An airy, breathy day is in store today.  The energy blows in to bring refreshment and vitality.  It brings things to life and to light.  It creates form out of the formless.

With this comes a shift in perspective.  Our eyes are greatly opened to a bigger picture.  Like rock formations towering over a deep canyon, we find the need to rise above a situation.  Things may appear puzzling at first, but the pieces will begin to fit together.  Take this in as you are able.  Don't rush yourself.  Master your emotional reactions by taking the stance of observer until you have integrated the whole picture.

In the midst of great changes that necessitate leaps of faith this month, the tendency today is to fall back into old patterns, behaviors, and beliefs.  This makes obstacles.  The Crescent Moon phase energy usually creates challenges in order to help us grow.  If you are in "mid leap" in a leap of faith, keep going.  There is ample support for leaps toward the future, but minimal support for diving back into the past.

Today Venus is located at the energetic degree of "a man studying a mandala in front of him with the help of a very ancient book."  The symbol implies that we find what we need and we do so artfully.  The hidden or deeper meaning of things is discovered.  In celebration of this energy, today's picture is a grayscale colorization of the Oracle Report logo created by wise owl Szabi.  Szabi colorized the logo in various ways, and each rendition reveals new pictures within the mandala.  What do you see within and behind the tree in the version pictured here?  Coloring or studying any kind of mandala or picture or symbol today will yield impressive insight.  The line drawing of the mandala is available here to download, print off, and color for yourself in your own way.  Or choose another.  Mandalas to print and color are easily found on the internet.  (Like reading the Oracle Report, coloring the Oracle Report mandala is challenging but worthwhile.  They both work on integrating the layers of the mind.  Thank you, Szabi!)

This month's ruling Mahavidya, Bhairavi, is associated with books (in line with the "very ancient book" of the Sabian symbol for Venus today) and also associated with breath (in line with the Sabian symbol of the Sun today with "glass blowers shape beautiful vases with their controlled breathing").  Knowledge comes to us from the breath of spirit - inspiration.  Follow where you are lead.  A book may call you to open it.  A long-lost notation may be discovered.  An unfinished piece of art may beckon to be completed.  A forgotten wish may be recaptured.  A heavily-defended heart may open like a lotus.  Again, just follow where you are lead and prepare to be expanded.

Chiron's themes of wounding, healing, and teaching are strong today with the Moon opposing Chiron and Mars in opposition with the Chiron Point.  This wave serves to push any lingering pain out of our hearts so that our heart's desire shines through.

Hungry hearts result also.  We have an inner drive to satisfy something, possibly something that is developing as an overwhelming need.  When we are healing, we eventually become hungry.  It's a good sign.  So the mission today is to answer the call of your heart.  The Wisdom Goddess (Mahavidya) Bhairavi is working hard to bring burning passions to life.  She sparks all kinds of things to creation.

Challenges to the status quo/standard order of things arise today.  This energy has deeply imprinted political tones and tones that are used to call things to action.  It arouses things.  Things also spread very quickly, so take care with what you say.  Of course, this means GOOD things can spread quickly, too!

Cooperation with others to achieve a certain goal is heavily favored over going things alone today.

All month long things that look good on the outside but have little merit or foundation on the inside cross our paths.  Flashiness and superficiality cause clashes and crashes.  We just can't stomach certain things anymore.  If you've reached your end with something that is grossly out of balance, rest assured that a new direction/way/opportunity is on its way.  Soak up the Sun until then.

This month's themes of bridging the gap, taking a leap of faith, and standing watch are pronounced today.  Remember that together, we are like a ring of singing stones, emitting a song (frequency) that reverberates around the planet.  It's a song that upholds love and value of life - life right here and right now, life that is free from intrusion and control by others.  It's a heart-link that comes from the very bedrock of Gaia Sophia.  Link up today.

Positive Imprint: acceptance, seeing patterns, finding new ways, rebirth

Today our hearts undergo healing.  You may even feel a twinge or tweak in your heart sometime today.  If so, don't be alarmed.  You are feeling the energetic re-patterning that is part of the process of change that is in full force this year.  It's an "alchemy of the heart" that produces lionheartedness.

In the process, however, traumas of the heart - places we were hurt - rise up.  We can easily tumble into the deep canyon of an underworld today.  This is happening because the fierce heart that is settling in requires the room these heartaches are occupying, so to speak.  Emotional pain is being moved out, making way for an inspirational breath that ignites the heart.  So, if emotions, especially emotions about things from the past, come up today, let them be.  Allow them to rise up to the surface, but keep it as appropriate as possible.  This is a deeply personal experience that doesn't need to filter into daily business.  Honor your feelings but don't let them overtake you.  Excuse yourself if necessary.  Remember that even though you might be taking a journey through a deep canyon today, in truth you are the solid and ancient rock formation that towers over that canyon and can return there at any time.

Part of today's energy sparks us to find new ways - new ways of doing things, new ways of thinking, new ways of relating, new ways for the future.

In the latest audio recording I discuss how the Sacred Masculine is being heavily activated over this lunar month.  This is enhanced today by Neptune's movement to a different degree in the sky.  The Sabian symbol for this degree is "a parade of army officers in full dress."  This energy, in its myriad forms, invokes duty to protect and uphold the value of life and all that is true and beautiful about life.  The energy respects the respectful.  It rails against anything that smacks of special privilege - particularly if it comes at the expense of another.  The spirit of the sacred masculine sees right through parades (charades) of pride that are not based on true hearts.  You may notice this theme in your own feelings about situations in your life or as the events of the world unfold.

No matter where your heart takes you today, understand that it is sparking you to greater experience.  It's the path of the lionhearted.

The Moon continues to travel through the sign of Leo after making conjunction with the Black Moon earlier today.  This means the theme of change is strong today, particularly change to the order or status of things.  Those with the Sun or Black Moon in the signs of Leo or Aquarius feel the effects most keenly, though each of us faces our shadow side at one point or another while the Moon is in Leo.  As I discussed in the new audio "Singing Stones Bridging Over the Chaos" (available on the top of www.oraclereport.com), where I talk about what's ahead this month, we want to be particularly mindful of when the Moon enters the sign of our own natal Black Moon, as well.  When that happens, it will produce a face-to-face encounter with ourselves in order to call forth something from deep in our hearts. (If you do not know the sign of your natal Black Moon you can refer to Appendix I in my book on the Black Moon, available for free download, and read the corresponding information in Chapter 2.)

Today's energy tends to bring the need to make a choice about something significant.  A combination of the old and the new is the best option.  Things must change, but they can build from the familiar.  Leaps of faith and the crossing of chasms is implied all month long, as is heart-healing.  If you are feeling stuck, boxed in, or trapped, or if there are conflicting views, use your heart to guide you.  The heart has neural (brain) cells also, so it is truly a heart/mind combination when we listen to our hearts.

A revitalization of our energy is on tap today if we are open to changes.  Self-care/self-nurturing activities multiply the refreshing effects.  Spiritual warriors tend to put others first, thinking they can tap their inner well of resources for a long time without need for replenishment.  Today, be willing to extend yourself to yourself.  Fill yourself back up.  Taking in some of the glorious Leo sunlight.

If a grand dramatic performance unfolds for your viewing today, look deeper.  Are you being played?  It is easy for things to not be as they seem today.  As such, we want to be wise in what we reveal.

We are living in the midst of systematic deconstruction of the new world order's agenda.  This has been planned for quite a long time.  My initial experience with the Mahavidyas, the personae of the Wisdom Goddess Gaia Sophia, was in early 2009.  At that time, the Mahavidya Kali explained to me that the "time of change" was upon the world.  This time last year during the Mahavidya Bhairavi's cycle, we were fortifying our hearts for what was to come - for what has developed over the past year.  We became brave-hearted.  We are now becoming lionhearted.  And, like Bhairavi, lions are fierce.  We face the changes with ferocity of spirit and the vision of life in natural world order.

The Sabian symbol for the new lunar month that begins today with the New Moon in Leo "rock formations tower over a deep canyon."

Jupiter is conjunct the New Moon, expanding the energetics.  The Sabian symbol for the position of Jupiter is "a mature woman keeping up with the times having her hair bobbed" brings a energetic refreshment and revitalization that lasts all month. 

Mars is in square to the New Moon, energizing all of the effects.  Mars just entered Scorpio yesterday, and has radically changed the energetic dynamic.  Mars has been in Libra since December, delivering the warrior feminine energy over it's long retrograde and transit.  Mars in Scorpio brings the warrior masculine energy through the middle of September.  The Sacred Masculine is called to action.

The New Moon squares the Chiron Point, delivering a bounty of healing frequencies and teaching us very deep lessons on the inner level.

The New Moon joins the Black Moon in the sign of Leo, shadowing certain things and revealing other things.  The Sun's influence in its home sign of Leo brings the full-spectrum of light, which frees shadows and makes other shadows even darker.  The contrast can be stark.  The primary influence of this is that it takes us a little longer to understand things completely.  We are looking for a missing piece and then one day it falls into place.  Think of how a child becomes frustrated when trying to learn something and is not getting it.  It does not feel good and it tends to make us angry.  This is why we need to have patience with ourselves as we gain the wisdom this lunar cycle offers us.  It may take until the very last day of the Balsamic phase to truly integrate things.  So the wisdom is to enjoy the process!  Enjoy the ride this month, fully confident in the knowledge that you will gain something quite individually valuable this month.

The Sabian symbol for the degree of the Black Moon at the time of the New Moon is "a volunteer church choir makes a social event of rehearsal."  The idea of unified voices (people/energies in harmonic resonance) in action continues the thread that was imprinted with the Gemini New Moon ("aroused strikers around a factory") of humanity's voice rising and uniting.  The Sabian symbol of Mercury's degree for this New Moon reinforces the vocal/harmonic theme with "a prima donna singing."  So the "rock formations" this month - humanity - are more like a ring of singing stones, with tones and tunes coursing through us in unison.  The contingent of humanity that has deeply rooted itself with the planet and the consciousness of Gaia Sophia while also reaching toward the stars unites to amplify a divine frequency this month.  As such, it is formidable.  In collaboration with the Sun (the Gnostic Sabaoth) and Gaia (the Gnostic Sophia), humanity vibrate a frequency that crumbles the plans of the new world order.  Their efforts erode this month.

Bear in mind that there is also another level of this energy that may be experienced this month.  Some of us, perhaps all of us, at some time or another, may feel like we are "on the edge" of the precipice or we may feel like we are deep down in the canyon.  We can be edgy or low.  People who do not have a part of their consciousness rooted to the planet (and are therefore rooted or plugged in to the matrix) have the tendency to go over the edge with this month's energy.  People who are rooted with the planet will take a leap of faith.  We are acrobatic and aerodynamic, and can change our perspective at any time.

No matter where you are on the planet and no matter what the weather, you will want to take in the Sun as much as possible this month.  Light for healing and creativity is exemplary when the Sun travels through Leo.

The Wisdom Goddess Bhairavi returns this month to open our hearts, call us toward heroic destiny, and fiercely defend the spirit of freedom.  She is The Lionhearted and she walks right alongside of us.

Another fiery day is on tap - the fiery eve of a fiery upcoming month.  Jupiter is in conjunction with the Sun, expanding all of the energy the Sun is delivering.  Now that the Sun and Jupiter have entered Leo, a fire sign, we are sparked into action.  That spark wants to blaze brightly.

Leo also rules the heart.  Our hearts are igniting.

But today, Mars moves into the limitless depths of Scorpio, tempting us to burn too hot with anger, impatience, and insensitivity.  Mars in Scorpio can get down and dirty.  The initial entry of Mars into Scorpio can hit us hard.  We can react from a "lower" place before we know it.  The land of Scorpio is an underworld.  We will use the Mars in Scorpio energy to see deeply into things for better understanding (and better fixes, alternatives, and solutions).  Wise owls on the continuing search for wisdom will flip the anger, impulsivity, impatience, and dissatisfaction into sharp powers of x-ray vision.  If you find yourself beginning to react from the negative polarity of Mars in Scorpio, switch your mind into spiritual warrior mode and see a better way to handle things - a way that is respectful of all. 

The stance that can take in the whole scene and see what can be improved for the betterment of all involved is the stance of power.  This is the message Dhumavati and Kali leave us with on their last day of duty this month.  Tomorrow's New Moon disseminates the energy of "rock formations towering over a deep canyon," and with it Bhairavi - The Fierce One, The Goddess Who Ignites Our Hearts, and The Goddess Who Calls To Heroism - takes the reigns.  More on that in the audio recording on the way today.  (I've been taking instruction on the next lunar month for over a week and think I am finally able to structure it.  It has been a mind-blowing experience, which is only fitting for a lunar month with the New Moon conjunct Jupiter.)

On this last day of this lunar cycle that had us operating like game birds feathering their nests, let's give thanks to all of the beings who comforted and assisted us through it.  The Mars-Eris energy was used to incite chaos and destabilization in the world.  Games, games, games.  We aren't game birds, guys, we are wise owls.  It's our game now.  And we have an ace up our sleeves.

The Sacred Masculine rises high next cycle, seeing beyond and finding new ways.  Joy.

Today's report is abbreviated.  The energy is all about appearances and how well the outer (or what is presented/projected) matches the inner (or what is the truth).  We are able to see.  We pierce through masks to see the reality.  The power of vision is high, so be attentive to what you see and look for the signs.  Information, solutions, and key insight comes to us through signs and synchronicities.

We are also able to see how we can combine/add new things and how to recombine existing things for something new.

Projection is also heightened today.  The high octave of projection is projecting a vision for the future.  The low octave is projecting falsity and projecting feelings (usually negative feelings about oneself) onto others.  Spiritual warriors own their feelings and don't take them out on others. Instead, project something positive forward (like forward thinking and plans).  What needs advancing?

Amidst all of this, today's energy activates our primary instincts.  People easily respond from the base level, with hair trigger reactions.  This will show up especially in situations where there is limitation and restriction.  Frustration arises when we feel like something is beyond our capability.  We tend to act out our frustration.  We tend to abandon rules; dignity eludes us.  What will the consequences be?  Keeping this in mind helps to tame these responses.

More than usual, maintaining a mindset where we are grounded (firmly connected mentally) with Gaia Sophia and watchful of signs and synchronicities is recommended today.  Mars will enter Scorpio tomorrow and we are getting a taste of it today as the energy ushers forward.

Today is the day of the year when things spread like wildfire.  Moods, feelings, and sentiments are contagious.  The power to spread or widely affect things is heightened, so we want to be mindful of what we are spreading.

The energy also comes with a potential to surprise.  We may find ourselves taken off guard or tested by something.  After the initial shock wears off, the result may be that we are liberated. Liberation from something that holds us back has been the universe's mission this month.  Today, a clearing of the air comes to discharge things that have built up. 

There is a certain element to this energy that promotes hysteria, imbalance, and emotional swings.  This comes on suddenly.

If you do not like the flavor of what is being spread (either by you or others), halt it.  Walk away or separate yourself in some way.  Disengaging changes the dynamic.  You can return to it after getting back in balance or after the situation has changed.  This includes states of mind and emotional states, not just the environment in which we are physically located.

The creative powers of the imagination are heighted today, as well.  It's dreamy energy during the dreamiest phase of the Moon - the Balsamic phase.  The thoughts and feelings we have during the Balsamic Moon phase set the stage for the next lunar month.  Heightened imagination is best used to envision desired experiences and the future you want.  But an adverse effect can result when our imaginations run wild and lead us into delusion, which is easy with today's tendencies toward hysteria.  To facilitate the best use of this energy, let go and let things flow without worry of practicality or utility.  Think pleasure and satisfaction.

 It is never beyond the realm of possibility for miracles to occur, but today there is much power for such things.  When something that was hidden is revealed or when something that was thought forbidden is seen in a new light, the results can be rather miraculous.  Today, let's engage our imaginations in the Realm of Possibility and hold space for the miraculous to happen.

Positive Imprint: building or uncovering structure, believing, liberation, spiritual connection

Today's photograph demonstrates what it feels like the day the Sun moves into Leo.  The Sabian symbol for the energy is "under emotional stress, blood rushes to a man's head."  Things come at us quickly and it is easy to become overwhelmed.  Emotions can be hard to contain.  Leo is the Sun's home sign and things get twice as fiery when the Sun is in residence.

There's a twist: the Sun is making conjunction with Mighty Jupiter - the planet that expands everything it touches.  So things aren't just twice as fiery right now, they are exponentially fiery.  It's easy to get fired up about things.  This is good when we use it to energize good deeds and projects, but bad when we let it control us and blow up at others.  You can make your point without a blow up.  It's more effective to channel the anger to have force behind what you are saying than it is to lash out uncontrollably. 

Jupiter will still be in conjunction with the New Moon in a few days, so the fiery effect beginning now will be continue throughout the next lunar month.  Today is rushes in, but tomorrow it will flow like it normally does - powerfully but not so overwhelming.  The initial rush happens today.  It can definitely produce headaches.

With today's energy, we have to be good at sitting tight and observing like a wise owl.  Resistance to whatever the rush of energy is pushing is futile.  So we won't push anything today.  We have patience.  Patience is the keyword today.  It's much better to let this energy rush by.  Elemental forces are too strong to tackle, so wise ones will not attempt to control it.  Don't personalize what can't be done today.  Recognize that a higher force is at work.  Releasing to this notion will alleviate headaches.  So will going outside and tuning in to nature.

Pretenses fall down with today's energy.  It's hard for people to project what they are not.  We see true colors.  Motives are clearer.  Today's rush of energy goes to people's heads, causing the heights of arrogance and even wildness.  It's a jungle out there.  Lions are roaring everywhere.

Retreat or withdrawal from things from time to time today is helpful, especially if we think of them as spiritual withdrawals and use the time to replenish ourselves.  Take breaks.  Don't get too carried away by anything.

Now that Saturn has stationed direct, the frameworks and structures of things or the way to frame or structure things is being revealed.  Great things are in store from this.  This wave is helping to birth the Second Renaissance that is underway.  I can't think of a better purpose for Saturn's energy.

The lunar month that began on June 27 is now dissipating and we enter the space between the worlds as the New Moon approaches on July 26.  Something has been released (freed) within each of us.  An internal shift has occurred.  Today's rush of blood to the head helps us understand it.  Have patience today, take breaks, and dare to believe.

Positive Imprint: revolution, knowledge, loosening blocks

Like a pounding hammer breaking chains, this month's energy has tried to free us.  One final and fierce blow comes today to liberate us from something that has bound us.  This is courtesy of the sacred feminine using the degree of the Sun and the degree of Uranus' retrograde today to bring release.

Freedom from rigid structures, imperial power, limiting mindsets, control systems, old habits, and the like comes the energy of "a daughter of the American Revolution" and "two prim spinsters sitting together in silence" (the Sabian symbols for the Sun and Uranus respectively today).  The symbol of "two prim spinsters sitting together in silence" belies the need for a break up or shake up  There is a loosening of emotions with this energy.  "Tectonic" or foundational changes occur, especially changes to the status quo.

Uranus and the two spinsters station retrograde just before 4:00 pm ET/ 8:00 pm UT.  Recall that Uranus is the major player for the entire astrological year because it was conjunct the New Moon in Aries (which is the energy that disseminates all year long).  Uranus delivers swift, unexpected changes.  Its nature is to realign things.  It puts us where our souls need to be emotionally, mentally, and physically.  Since Uranus is in Aries, the sign that impels forward movement, the changes are particularly forceful.  The day Uranus stations retrograde or direct brings a certain amount of chaos, accidents, surprises, and changes in direction.  Electricity and fire come together today, so take care.  Double check appliances and allow extra time to travel.

Today's energy also carries heightened potential for arguments, conflicts, imbalance, "to and fro-ness" or back and forth-ness (especially with decisions), and standoffs.  A lighthearted approach is best today because it enables us to ride along the top of the wave of change and not be buried by it.  This means we recognize that more is going on than meets the eye right now.  We don't focus on the many conflicts, we understand that something bigger is happening.  The new world order (life structured on control and devaluation of life) is scrambling as it crumbles apart and as natural world order (life structured on freedom and the celebration of life) is emerging from the mists.  It was always there, just purposely and methodically hidden.

The power of collectives and groups is high today.  Make sure to include others in decisions that will affect them.  This is revolutionary energy, so it involves "the many."  Actions can be taken to affect great swathes of people.  Answers are most likely found with the input and assistance from others today.  If you are struggling with something, seek out someone who knows about the subject.

Today we feel inner chains breaking free.  Change can be scary, but it is the way of life and the feelings that come with it are growing pains.  These changes are designed to make things right, even when they look darkest.  Deep breaths can alleviate the heaviness.  But, of course, the best medicine is to go outside and connect with the natural world.  She's revolutionary.

This month's themes of independence and foundations are reinforced this weekend.  The energy is complex and quite intense.  But when the weekend ends, much will have shifted.  In many ways, it is like the end of a relay race.

This weekend squeezes the last drops of the Mars-Eris aspects.  The power of this transit ends as Eris stations direct, and Mars continues to move out of range.  So the Illuminati's war efforts will not have that dynamic to work off of after Sunday.

But the potential for things to break loose even more is amplified with Saturn stationing direct on Sunday (around 4:00 pm ET/ 8:00 pm UT).  Keep in mind that energy comes in waves and is present for varying lengths of time.  The Moon will be making opposition to Saturn at the same time.  The Moon in strong aspect will greatly multiply the effects of Saturn moving direct.  Remember that the day a planet stations retrograde or direct (appears to move backward or forward in the sky) is like a slingshot effect.  Saturn is located at a degree that breaks things apart.  Saturn rules foundations and structures and it is closely associated with control issues, so this is a wily mixture.  On the global level and in our individual lives, things can break into more chaos, break loose wider to include more people or areas/issues, break apart, break free, etc.  Structures and situations that have been degrading further degrade under this barrage.

But this month we have been "feathering our nests" - the nest of our psyche and the nests of our lives.  We have been constructing/building new frameworks or reinforcing existing frameworks - ones that are strong and in alignment with higher order.  This includes frames of mind, frames of emotion, and frameworks of new ideas.

With this, the weekend's energy brings heightened ability to go to new heights and see the future.  We can leap ahead.  We see the symbols and get the message about something in our futures.  It prompts planning.  The negative polarity of this is comparing oneself to others and finding weakness.  We are all unique and we are all the same.  If you are compelled to compare, recognize what's truly valuable.

When we come to the Third Quarter phase of the Moon, it is a time to assess and re-evaluate.  We consider all that has developed since the New Moon and assume responsibility for wherever we are right now.  It's natural to see what we need to do better with, but it is divine to not harshly judge ourselves.  We don't cry over spilled milk; we clean it up and pour another glass.  Another month is on the way, bringing another opportunity to progress our journey.

This weekend's stage of the journey takes us to a finish line of sorts.  The Wisdom Goddesses Dhumavati and Kali are hard at work facilitating liberation from what has bound us.  What is liberating inside of you?

Positive Imprint: protected, journeying, reward, deep feelings, channeling wildness productively

Flashback to the New Moon on June 26 when the dominant energy of "game birds feathering their nests" was put into motion for the month.  In preparation, I discussed how the new world order's favored energy to forward its agenda would be present (Mars and Eris aspecting at the Eris Point of 21 Aries).  I also discussed how we would be targets - game birds - who understood they were targets.  I discussed how we would, first of all, not be surprised or taken off guard by the new world order's moves this month; and secondly, how we would not react in fear.  We saw the potential for what has developed on the world stage and it is our job to now remain emotionally centered and grounded with the planet.  We hold our position - our emotional equilibrium.

This means we hold our emotional composure with anything that transpires in our individual lives today as well.  What happens at the macro level happens at the micro level and vice versa.  They are mirrors.

The energy brings stormy conflicts and pressured situations.  It's highly volatile.  There is a good bit of showing out and showing off with nothing of substance to back it up.  People who are "shown up" or "show out" as fake are dangerous today because they feel exposed as truly powerless (contrary to the mask they wear).  People change allegiance very easily under this energy also.  It's a day where one form of order changes into another.

Also, it's very easy today to get way too deep into something and have trouble getting out.  This is particularly true of mind sets.  If you do not maintain centeredness and grounding, an emotional roller coaster ride is in store.  The major effect of the beating of war drums (and now the "whistle of missiles") is that it produces FEAR.  There is a psychological element that whips up a frenzy of emotion.  A vampiric syphoning of this collective energy ensues.   Graham Hancock's fictional book Entangled perfectly describes the scenario.

So we won't fall for that trap.  We were wizened to the high potential for what has happened in the world to happen.  It's time now to practice the skill of remaining emotionally centered and grounded as the chaos of war swirls.  This goes for the little wars in our lives, as well.

It is a natural reaction to be deeply saddened by the tragedies that are being performed in the world.  Don't deny your feelings when you are affected by the suffering.  Grief needs to be expressed.  Going outdoors helps.  Acknowledge your feelings, but remember that there is more going on here than meets the eye.  There is a much bigger story in play.  Each of plays our role.  We honor that role by endeavoring to squeeze life from day and finding beauty no matter what the circumstance.  When it is all said and done, we stand for life and living.

Our imaginations have the tendency to run wild today, which can add fuel to already-hot situations.  The best use of the imagination today is using it to strengthen and reinforce "the grid" or using it to create something love-ly (doing something with love).  Creativity affirms life.  It counters destructive acts.

Finally, a group of owls is called a "parliament."  When we hold our center and our ground, we are a parliament of owls who are in the mode of observer, ready to act at any moment.  In yoga terms, we are in Warrior I position.  The Mahavidyas each have their own version of Warrior I; today each of us stands in our own personal Warrior I position.  This parliament of owls is not fooled by the new world order's moves.  We've been watching all along.  Today we will not react from fear.  We are deeply anchored in our partnership with Gaia Sophia and align ourselves with all that is in natural world order.

Today's energy liberates a burden.  There is an allure towards lightness of being.  We are prone to indulge in whatever produces the feeling of relief from pressure.  This isn't something to deny.  It is human.  We are spiritual beings having a human experience.  The key is to be wise in what you indulge.

No matter who you are, something is trying to be released within you.  Something seeks liberation and it is strong today.

The Moon has moved into Aries, ruled by Mars, the planet that gives energy, impetus, and fire to things.  The Moon will enhance the effects of Uranus in Aries today, as it makes conjunction.  This means we remain vigilant and cautious while driving, as the potential for accidents remains high.  Things come in from out of the blue - especially changes.  Impulsivity is also higher.  The best way to work with this is to view it as energy that produces changes for the better.  Focus on enjoying the feeling of being released from something that has held you back.

Today's energy runs contrary to responsibilities and rudimentary productivity, but since we don't want to shrug those things off, we can reward ourselves and enjoy after-the-fact.  Recognize that the dominant energy favors relaxation, not work, but do what you need to do.

This energy does promote conditions where we are able to perform the mission of Disseminating Moon phase: to share our thoughts, feelings, and ideas with others (and Spirit) and receive feedback.  This is the time of the lunar cycle when other people's input can make something better.  Fresh eyes, fresh ears, and fresh thoughts usually add a lot.  Disseminating Moon phase engages our sense of hearing, so pay attention to what you hear.  This includes things you hear on the radio, in line somewhere, etc.  It may not be your own conversation that catches your ear.

Mischief is an underlying signature with today's energy.  This ranges from child-like mischief that is mirthful to mega-mischief that is vengeful.  Friendly enemies show out.

There's definitely a sense of luxuriousness that we crave today, but what is more luxurious than indulging ourselves in the luxury of Gaia Sophia?  Not only does she cocoon us as our habitat, but she made it a pretty one to be in.  Look around at nature.  What kind of mind could indulge such creativity?  Let's luxuriate in her dream.

Several new dynamics with the stars enhance an energetic shift today.  This shift comes in with a bang.

The major contributors to the explosiveness are Jupiter's entry into Leo and the Sun and Mars making a square.

Jupiter's range is extreme.  It rules "expansion."  It expands the energetics of whatever it contacts astrologically.  Today it has moved into the fiery sign of Leo with the Sabian symbol for 1 Leo being "under emotional stress, blood rushes to a man's head."  The symbol discusses feelings of paralysis/immobilization, difficulty containing emotional responses, and the physical effects of emotional suppression.  Things come loose when a planet moves into the sign of Leo because this is the energy of the first degree of Leo.  Resistance (fighting the flow of what's happening in your life - the changes underway right now) only makes it difficult.  It happens this way every time.

But it is even more the case when Jupiter enters Leo because Jupiter multiplies things exponentially.

At the same time today, the Sun and Mars are making a square.  Squares are 90 degrees.  Squares change things up.  They enable us to see things a different way and then they spur us into action.

When the Sun and Mars are in square, things become fiery!  The combination prompts power seizure and power struggle between people (on both the global and individual scales).  It's the energy of a coup (a highly successful, unexpected stroke, act, or move).

Be prepared to witness or experience anger, getting fired up, arguments, dramatic emotional reactions, acts of arrogance, road rage, power struggles, shocking developments, and things spilling out.  Also, we are prone to accidents under Sun-Mars energy, so slow down and take extra care while driving.

Something that is out of your control (at the moment) may develop, leaving you to sit by and watch it happen.  Instead of feeling defeated, build your resolve.  You may not be able to act or rectify now, but you will at another time.  This will surely take the endurance of a very wise owl, but you are equipped for this.

Today's energy definitely comes at us hard at times.  But we are aware of what this is and know that the energy changes again tomorrow.  The universe shakes things up now and again to winnow out what no longer serves us (worn out emotions and beliefs).  The jewel in today's energy is Mars's conjunction with the asteroid Vesta as the Sun makes the square.  The asteroid Vesta, the Keeper of the Flame, Tenderer of the Heart Fires, burns away whatever keeps us from our heart's desire.  She brings us home.

Amidst the blaze today, we remain in our hearts and deeply connected with our planet.

Today is a day that calls for practicing the skill of being like a wise owl inside a tree peering out and observing what is happening.  It's a special skill that involves moving your consciousness inside of yourself while immersed in the activities of your day.  This is especially true for those activities that take place outside of your home (essentially in the "real world" of the matrix).

The shamanic skill of being like a wise owl in a tree is a state of consciousness that holds the mind of humanity in place when chaotic energies and events are underway.  The impending retrograde and direct motion of several planets causes this type of chaos.  When multiple planets change direction around the same time (as discussed in the latest audio recording), changes come very rapidly.  It's somewhat destabilizing.  Destabilization is the new world order's primary mission right now, and their efforts are trickling down to put pressure on systems and people.  It's an attack.

And so wise owls are called upon to maintain a grounded, centered, balanced connection with the planet to help keep the collective experience of humanity from flying off and being sucked into the minds of the Archons.  When we practice the skill of the wise owl in a tree, we are reinforcing - re-empowering - all of the varieties of "grid work."  We are the calm in the crisis.  This is because we are able to maintain a spiritual perspective while the chaos swirls.  We can be in the two worlds at once - the outer world of the new world order's matrix and the real world of natural order with Gaia Sophia.

The energy actually favors inner work.  We have a natural instinct to retreat, walk away, or escape from something.  We are also inclined to see very clearly, as the Full Moon continues to illuminate something important for us.  If you are experiencing disappointment or disenchantment about something, it will help to voice or express it.  If you've been neglecting yourself (especially your physical body), there is ample energy to start taking better care.  If you feel overwhelmed by choices or the pressure to make choices, step back for a bit.  Let things be for a short time and then see how you feel.

The stance of the wise owl in a tree also help us avoid mental "traps" that can occur under changeable astrological aspects.  Pay careful attention to any gut instincts today.  If you feel like you are being led into a trap - a trap of commitment, a trap of investment, a trap of believing a certain way, a trap of self-sabotage, anything - follow your instinct!

Keep in mind that the only things that should be sacrificed today are the things that limit, restrict, and control us - especially limitations on our minds.

The energy is particularly dreamy and naturally engages our imaginations with flights of fancy.  Wondrous things can be created.  A meal, a group, a melody, a poem, a vision, a conversation, a walk can be infused with love.  This makes the act more meaningful.  Simple things done with love are affirmations of life, and therefore are powerful medicine.

Reinforce your grounded connection with Gaia Sophia and remember that the instant cure for worries and overwhelming emotions is to go outside and sit in nature.  Restoration of mental stability and clarity are only footsteps away.

The Full Moon phase continues to bring super-illumination of information that is gold to us.

Students of the Mysteries lived by the principle of "know yourself, know the universe."  Today we learn.  The trend will continue throughout the Full Moon phase, as Jupiter passes its last few days in Cancer and moves into Leo.  When Jupiter shifts signs, especially under the radical, liberating energetics in place this month, it brings tremendous insight.  Jupiter rules Sagittarius, which involves higher learning and the quest for truth.

Jupiter has been traveling through Cancer since June 27, 2013.  Since that time, our emotional bodies have undergone expansion.  We've reformed our individual sense of independence and our collective sense of Gaia Sophia.  Heart chakras have been overhauled.  We feel different things now.

On Wednesday, July 16 at 7:22 am ET/ 11:22 am UT, Jupiter will enter Leo and embers of light begin the initial stages of a blaze that will spread like wildfire.  Leo is ruled by the Sun, the divine being Sabaoth to the Gnostics.  In more ways than any, we are children of the Sun.  The Sun's light and energy grows us day by day.  The light of humanity will burn brightly through August 2015, when Jupiter moves into Virgo.  I will be happy to tell the story of Jupiter in Virgo when that time comes because awareness and connection with Gaia Sophia will have increased by magnitudes.  And much of this will be due to the efforts of light workers and wise owls between now and then.  People like you.  This will be fun.

The Spirit of Liberty, so strongly present this month with the energetics to liberate, ushers in this blaze of light of Jupiter in Leo and will softly underpin it during the long transit.

Today the energy prompts a critical review of our emotions.  We seek to understand what has happened to our emotions since last June and reframe them within a greater meaning.  We honor the teaching and review it now for mastery before beginning higher instruction.

Recognition, reward, and appreciation for long-standing efforts (an efforts of valor and labors of love) are possible today.  On the other end, some people will show off and try to capture attention today.  Themes with recognition/ignoring are strong.  Perhaps you need to recognize or show appreciation to someone.  Efforts along this line will ripple through the collective.

The energetics of this lunar month focus on bringing us liberation - freedom - from something that has blocked us.  With the Full Moon, we have fullest light to become enlightened to what that is.  We look back to what has transpired for us since the New Moon on June 27th.  From what are you being released?  What is changing?  Is it your mind?  Is it your heart?

Full Moon phases bring the fullest expression of the energy imprinted back at New Moon phases.  Things reach a head during Full Moons.  A fever often stirs.

Full Moon phase energy is closely associated with three people - particularly love triangles.  The Sabian symbols for the Full Moon phase repeatedly emphasize the number 3.  This will manifest in various ways.  You could have an unusual sighting of three animals, see an unusual animal three times, be the odd person out, or triangulate a destination.  It can show up in any way.  This energetic signature will be present for the rest of this lunar month.  It's a signal to us and usually coincides with thinking about or being in the middle of a certain situation.  This situation is undergoing shift and change.  Remember that this month, things that have been coming apart, loosening up, or breaking apart are in an accelerated process of decline.

And, as discussed yesterday at the end of the audio recording posted above at www.oraclereport.com, the other question that presents itself for consideration for the remainder of the month is What has been forbidden to you?  The Wisdom Goddess Dhumavati wields this question for our instruction as the Moon wanes back to darkness and rebirth.  Things that have seemed unattainable, unthinkable, unbelievable, or undoable perhaps are not so much so.  The point is to liberate our minds to at least entertain the idea.  It may seem quite radical to you based on previous beliefs.

One other thing to keep in mind as we continue under the heavy Mars/Eris energy of aggression, conflict, battle (and personal revelation) is that the Moon will aspect Jupiter around 10:30 pm ET Saturday / 02:30 am UT Sunday - just before the Moon moves into Aquarius.  This is the last time the Moon will aspect Jupiter while Jupiter is in Cancer.  When the Moon moves into Aquarius and as it transits through Aquarius for a couple of days, shadow sides will be activated ("Black Moon days" as I call them).  This is because the Black Moon is in Leo, and triggers not only Leo but also Aquarius.  Wise owls who are Leos and Aquarians and those with the Black Moon in Leo and Aquarius will feel this most intensely.  Themes involving caretaking, being appreciated, and recognized are present Saturday and morph into themes involving change, order, and status Sunday.  If the energy gets to be too much, go outside and reconnect with nature.  Ask for assistance.

On the eve of a magical Full Moon, a "super moon," we begin to feel the release and the relief from energies (situations, thoughts, beliefs, encumbrances, relationships, obstacles, habits, negativity) that have bound us.  This is the blessing of the divine feminine energy that cradles us right now.  We are held very closely.

The day's energy is so powerfully life-affirming and aligned with rebirth that I will just direct you to the past few days' reports in the Archives at www.oraclereport.com.  All of that is still in play with the new world order.  It's getting plainer and plainer for everyone to see, and the light of the Full Moon will only accelerate the vision.  So we understand that we are still under the Illuminati's favorite energy for attempts at control - the Mars/Eris energy, the Battle Twins.  Mars will make exact opposition with Eris overnight (July 12 01:00 am ET/ 5:00 am UT).  This is when the transit reaches the apex of its power.

Back to the beauty at hand.  Today's energy unleashes a wave of imagination, creativity, and heightened intuition.  It ranges from romantic to etheric to sonic to harmonic to simplistic.  It's like floating on a current.  It takes you wherever your mind can go.

With this in mind, we are super-sensitive to our own inner voice - our intuition, guidance, and stirrings in the heart.  Remember we are released from something and almost magnetically drawn toward something else.  Free your mind of what this might mean or look like.  It could be a thought or belief about yourself or a situation.  Whatever it is, it is something that has metaphorically bound you in chains.  It may be multiple things.

Positive Imprint: loyalty, playfulness, balance, creativity (especially with writing and music), change to the status quo

This is quite a day, guys.  In fact, until the Full Moon on the 12th, the skills of wise owls across the world are needed.  The matrix is pushing an emotional maelstrom with Mars' opposition to the Eris Point and now Mars' opposition to Eris itself.

The archetypal energy of these battle forces, the twins Mars (Aries) and Eris, tears through things.  It prompts a great deal of anger and conflict, even as it tries to work the high end of the energy.  On the macro or collective level, the energy produces revelation of truth and social change.  On the micro or individual level, the truth about ourselves, others, and our lives in general is shown.  Mars and Eris blaze through on their horses, tearing back the veils.

Eris also tends to throw "apples of discord."  In the story, the Trojan War is incited by Eris after she crashes the gods' party and throws the Apple of Discord.  The Apple of Discord is labeled "To the fairest" - which is the same thing at "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is fairest of them all?"  A fight breaks out and the gods use humanity to solve the matter. 

Eris energy makes us want to throw things.  She shakes us out of superficial pursuits.

In addition, today's energy also carries a signature of consecration.  The Sabian symbol of the degree of the Sun is "a priest performing a marriage ceremony."  Be wise to what you are committing or vowing.  Don't sacrifice yourself for another and don't force things.

This energy is most effectively navigated by moving your body.  Anger is channeled productively through activity.

This month's ruling Wisdom Goddesses, Dhumavati and Kali, have a special message today.  First off, they are ON IT and they have been all month.  They are using the Mars-Eris energy to tear down the systems of enslavement of humanity - even though it looks differently, like the new world order is creating chaos and winning.  When it comes to chaos, Kali rules.

The goddesses would like us to know that all of the death, destruction, and ungodliness that the Archons and their minions are inflicting is only taking them down.  It saddens us to our souls to watch the suffering and the manipulation, but it is being rectified and we are part of the process.  Our mindsets are a tremendous force.  The goddesses would like us to take heart and be courageous.

Secondly, they wish us to consider the inverse of what we typically believe.  We tend to think we are human beings having a spiritual experience.  This is true.  But it is also true that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.  Do you feel the inner shift this produces?  We are so brainwashed into thinking that we are puny, powerless humans locked in a cycle of repetitive lives paying for our choices over eons of time.  The Mahavidyas call bullshit on that.  (Yes, they curse.)  We are much greater than this.  The goddesses would like us to remember this.

As the emotional maelstrom tries to entangle us, we see through to the bigger truth.  We understand that our emotions are triggered and that shadow sides are coming out.  Think before you act.  If someone acts or lashes out, remember that everyone's shadow side is being activated right now.  We don't ignore it (because truth is trying to be revealed) but we do not have to engage it or take it head on.  It's a shamanic feat to be able to stop ourselves from overreacting under this energy.  If you feel the need to "lob" something back, be wise about it.  Throwing an apple of discord has far-reaching consequences.

The Sun released an M-6 flare yesterday at 12:20 pm ET/ 6:20 pm UT.  At that time, the Moon was located at 25 degrees of Scorpio.  Solar flares enhance the energy of the day, most specifically the energy that the Moon is broadcasting at the time of the flare.  The Sabian symbol for 25 Scorpio is "an x-ray photograph."  Energetics to be able to peer deeply into things, like the layers of an onion, were delivered.  This is the energy of insight, which reveals the structure and reality of things.  What did you obtain insight with yesterday?  What changes were you working toward?  How is the structure of your life shifting under the intensity of this month?

Today's energy takes us on a bit of a quest.  We are searching for satisfaction with something - something we need.  Along the way, we see situations that have "dried up" or no longer provide what they did.  We see what's pointless.  The search for protection or guidance is also part of this, as is the search for relief from heavy burdens, responsibilities, or things that are weighing on our hearts and minds.  Remember that this month is all about being liberated from what holds us back or drags us down.  We have all the power to leave something behind or let it go.  The best things to leave behind are negative mental constructs and beliefs about ourselves that have been introduced by the parasitic infection of the Archons.

Today's quest also reveals artifice.  Artificial shows of strength and posturing (by people and nations) are exhibited.  Over-doing, over-stating, and overreactions go over-the-top.  We find ourselves shaking our heads with the waste.

Sub-elements of today's energy involve a plethora of choices, indecision over the plethora of choices, and second chances.

Remember that the Sabian symbol for this lunar month is "gamebirds feathering their nests."  I've discussed what this means in two audio recordings (which can be found on the Audio page here at www.oraclereport.com).  We are targeted right now - like gamebirds.  The new world order is making big war moves under the Mars-Eris energy.   We have three more days to go in the window of time I highlighted.  Stay grounded with the planet and spend time outdoors to moderate the emotional effects that are being produced.  And don't forget we have two mighty Wisdom Goddesses on duty this month, including Kali herself.  All of the destruction and death that the new world order is pelting us with is being mirrored back to them in short order.  The more they do, the more they are destroying themselves.  We align ourselves with Gaia Sophia and her emissaries as the dissolution of everything contrary to natural world order happens before our eyes. 

We are the parliament of wise owls and we are grounded, aware, and watching.
