Love is a good reason for celebration any day, but today (Saturday) there's another reason to celebrate: today is the last day of the year-long energy of "the ruler of a nation."  The prime opportunity to establish agendas of control and domination over the collective effectively ends today.

This is because today is the last day of the Third Quarter Moon phase of the lunar month that is the Third Quarter time of year.  In the natural cycle of life, Third Quarter Moons signal the completion of energy established at New Moons.  When we apply this to the year, we are at the last day of the astrological "year" that began on March 30, 2014.  The cycle or opportunity closes.  The new (unnatural) world order's hopes for world domination are vanishing.  Those efforts are no longer empowered.  It could have been very, very bad, but it didn't happen and it was the best chance they had to make it happen.  We are all still here, poised at the edge of the return of the old ways, the natural ways.  V for victory.

Balsamic Moon Phase, the phase that begins Sunday, is the last phase of the Moon before it becomes new again.  It is not really part of the last month and not part of the next month.  Energetically, it is not the end of the month; it is the transition phase.  It operates outside time and space, clearing the field and preparing it for the new.  Sunday begins our entry into two months of Balsamic or transitional energy that prepares, builds, and leads to the new astrological year.  The new astrological year begins with the New Moon in Aries on April 18, 2015.  I go into more detail to explain this in the audio recording for the overview of the upcoming lunar month, which is posted on the Homepage of www.oraclereport.com.

So you could say that Saturday is New Year's Eve and then we go into two months of "dreaming" before New Year's Day on April 18.  We will be well-rested and well-prepared for New Year's Day because we have two months of the closest possible connection with Spirit.  Divine inspiration, guidance, and assistance is on the way to prepare us for the upcoming year, the year of "the music of the spheres."

You may notice the shift in energy on Sunday with a burst of energy or optimism or some other change in perspective.  It may be brief, but that's ok.  If you don't notice a change, that's ok, too.  Most likely your personal astrological chart is being influenced and has you occupied with other things, which is part of your own journey with the energy.  You will feel it later.

Saturday's energy is pure, simple and gentle.  However, mind chatter, expectations, and the need to break free from certain situations, relationships, and circumstances considerably complicates things.  Saturday's events are catalysts for clarity that arrives on Sunday.  Clarity on how our spirits can remain free is offered.  If a situation is suffocating you, it will become more evident this weekend.  Spirits want to break free under these dynamics.

The Sabian symbols for the weekend are loaded with illumination.  "Daybreaks in the Eastern sky" and "harvest moons" are included.  Light seeks us.  It is a time to reflect on what it has taken us to get to wherever we are right now in life.  Wise owls have been "holding the line" all year long, maintaining emotional equilibrium and keeping the field in place as best we can while the old structure has been falling. 

As it falls, we remain standing and at the ready for refugees of the old world.

Energetically, today is the second to the last day of this astrological year.  The year's theme of "the ruler of a nation" was designed to help each of us become more of who we truly are, to take our place of power within ourselves, to stand up for ourselves, and to assume the mantle of personal sovereignty.

That's a lot to do - especially all in one year! 

But it really hasn't happened just over the past year.  It is the culmination of many years of inner work and spiritual guidance.  It was the year that marked the change - the year we have been working toward all our lives, the year that humanity would take its place,  the year that we shifted into re-building the experience of life, the year the balance tipped toward goodness.

So, we can understand how we might feel a little fatigued today.  The year's energy is departing on symbols of mountains, deserts, and thunderstorms.  However, the symbol of a rainbow after a thunderstorm is in the mix as well, so we know the outcome.

People are inclined to "test" other people, places, and things with this energetic.  Alongside of this is a tendency for things to go their separate ways or take different paths.  People are also inclined to overanalyze, criticize, and distort things.

Wise owls are aware of this, monitor or gauge their own emotional responses, and focus on the rainbow that lies at the end of any stormy weather.  The Sabian symbol of the rainbow after a heavy storm shows us that whatever transpires in the world and in our lives today and tomorrow (even things that have people and projects going their separate ways) is designed to make things better for everyone involved.  We trust in the outcome.

Our minds are naturally active in self-reflection and contemplation of things that have happened since the "natural" year began on March 30, 2014.  We maintain balance in this analysis, aware of the potential to take things too far.  What would a wise old owl do?  It would look at the circumstances and situations of our lives since then from the perspective of what was learned.  The wise old owl recognizes that the year is old, thus so is the energy.  View it from high up and watch it pass.

To be clear, the intense energetics and struggle of the past year are long-lived and ready to transform into something new.  Are you?

Ironically, as the last three days of this year's hyper-dominant, aggressive energy of "the ruler of a nation" is completing, today's energy favors pure intentions and innocent motives. 

Balance tries to be restored today to places that are out of balance or are overcompensating.  Is something out of balance for you?  Does something need to be adjusted?  If a breath of purity and innocence blew through, what would change?  What would it cause you to do?

Balance within romantic relationships is particularly highlighted with this energy.  A transformation is trying to occur within hearts.  The energy aims to restore and rekindle dimmer flames.  It also aims to redistribute the "fuel" of heart fires, so that both people share in giving and receiving.  If the relationship heavily tilts toward one person doing most of the giving and one person doing most of the receiving, this issue will surface for revision (though it may mask ask another issue).

Balance within the body is also highlighted today, so if you have been neglecting your body, make up for it today.  Your body will thank you because today's energetics amplify any effort to strengthen the health of the body.  All bodies are connected, so when we work on the physical body, we are simultaneously working on the emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.

Balance within our work comes today when we bring a creative element into the logical realm.  Projects or tasks that have been mired in detail and need a little creative boost receive it today if we draw down the mental chatter and draw open space for something new to enter - to change it up.  Mercury has stationed direct and things are beginning to untangle, bringing air and area for movement.

The Moon will conjunct Saturn at 7:30 pm ET/00:30 am UT at the degree of "an old owl up in a tree."  As the day progresses, wisdom seeks us, though we may be too weary to receive it.  It's best to not overthink things after the Sun goes down wherever you are tonight.  Be the wise owl in the tree, observing and taking it all in, then turn it over to a higher power when you go to sleep.  Let go and let the field transform.

The field of consciousness is shifting as we energetically close out the past year and prepare for a new (and exciting!) year.  We continue to hold the line as the year abates, vigilantly watching the patterns change, and remaining firmly connected to nature and the beauty it brings to help us live in the full, present moment.

Energetically, today we begin the last Moon Phase of this astrological year, the year that was a marking point in time.  It has been the Year of Changes, the Year of the Grand Cardinal Cross, the Year to See Who Would Be Ruler, the Year the Divine Masculine revealed himself.

The Third Quarter Moon phase, which begins today, will close out and complete the energetics that flowed through the collective since March 30, 2014.  Mostly, this has involved change.  Balances of power have shifted.  The wave of that which is aligned with joy, beauty, love, freedom, respect, life, creativity, and human actualization has overtaken the wave that is aligned with control and destruction.  We have tipped the balance.

It is brilliant sunshine just after a storm, the symbol for the degree Jupiter moves to today.

Elements that have clogged or blocked progress (on the macro-level of the world and the micro-level of our lives) are being swept away with the sweet breeze of the Wisdom Goddess Matangi. 

Mercury will sweep back to forward motion today (9:51 am ET/2:51 pm UT), bringing with him all of the projections we've been putting into the future this month with the lunar month's energy of "an old adobe mission."  Mercury, the Messenger, takes all of it forward and gives it over to higher sources.  Our intentions are part of the way we co-create with Spirit (and co-dream with Gaia Sophia).

There could be dramatic events during this last bit of energy to be "the ruler of a nation," the Sabian symbol for the energy of this astrological year.  Last night the Sun moved to the degree of "a big bear sitting down waving all of its paws," and this energy will continue through half of today (though energy moves in waves).  This puts Russia in the spotlight.  This energy has historically favored Russia's interests.  There are reports and video of an explosion in the Ukraine Sunday (February 9), but there is not a lot of information coming out and what is coming out is unclear.  Take a look and see for yourself.  Does it look like a chemical explosion to you?  Maybe with Mercury stationing direct, things will become clearer.

(Note: On February 9, 1959, the first intercontinental ballistic missile become operational in Russia.  We don't know which side did what last Sunday, but the overall energetic favors Russia, not the western-backed faction.)

Wise owls will be carefully watching what happens in the world over the next few days.  Mars is moving towards the degree of the "purging of the priesthood" so we will watch that energetic.  This day in 2013, Pope Benedict announced he was resigning (the first to do so in more than 500 years).  So we have two imprints of the Sun and Mars replaying right now.  There is definitely "divide and conquer" fracturing the church, and this dynamic will affect it, whether it happens in secret or in view.

When the Balsamic Moon phase later this weekend, the field will be ripe for re-configuration for a better experience of life.  The creative powers of our minds are unleashed.  Until then, we are "holding the line" today and throughout this Third Quarter Moon phase.  Transition times are delicate, so we will flow with the gentle breezes of Matangi and stand by if she and her colleagues see fit to perturb the field any more before the end of this astrological year.

The Sun released a coronal mass ejection last night, the first since December 20, 2014. That flare was the mega-powerful X1.8-class.  An M2.4-class flare with CME occurred at 6:35 pm ET/11:35 pm UT.  We look to the degree of the Moon to get the most specific understanding of the energetics that the Sun was amplifying at the time.  For this we turn to the Sabian symbols, in this case the symbol for 27 Libra and "an airplane sails high in the clear sky."

Yesterday we were already going high above things as Saturn moved to the degree of "an old owl up in a tree."  But with the energy of the CME, the old owls became airplanes, leaving the trees and flying high for the sky - the clear sky!  Clarity is the goal.

Let's not forget that like the Earth (named Sophia according to Gnostic texts ), the Sun is also a divine being (named Sabaoth according to Gnostic texts).  We are given to understand through the writings that Sophia and Sabaoth collaborate in order to "grow" humanity and interact (dream) with humanity.  When Sabaoth delivers a coronal mass ejection it is purposeful in this collaboration.  The purpose is to lift us over our troubles, difficulties, and challenges - to transcend them.

Interestingly, the Sabian symbols of the locations of the planets today fall along the lines of sitting/standing down or standing up/flying high.  This involves the force of gravity.  We may need to "sit" on something, stand down, or let it settle.  Or we may need to defy forces, stand up for something or someone, and take it to another level.  Both require energy, but more energy is needed to take a stand than to stand down.  Sabaoth provided this energy last night, intending that it could take us to something new.

This CME is traveling at approximately 1000km/s or 2.2 million mph.  That's pretty fast in solar terms.  It is not a particularly intense flare, being M2.4-class, but it is moving at high velocity.

So situations for us today may require a stand down or a stand up.  Close encounters of both kinds are possible.  Sit or fly?

In the background, we have Venus trying to catch up with Mars in the sky.  This sky may not be quite as clear because the two lovers will travel through the nebulous ends of Pisces, just far enough apart to see each other but not touch.  "Touch" or conjunction occurs during the New Moon phase (exact conjunction Saturday, February 21 around midnight ET).  All of this is designed to bring in not only new relationships, but take existing relationships to new levels.  Venus and Mars will travel through the last degrees of mystical Pisces to meet up at the second degree of Aries - so right at the beginning of the zodiac.  Until that time, some relationships will run their course, as others enter or come to new heights.  Let's be clear about where this is going, so we can see beyond the mists of Pisces.

It's wise to know that Mercury will station direct (or appear to move forward in the sky once again) tomorrow at 9:51 am ET/2:51 pm UT.  Mercury has been sitting relatively motionless at the degree of this lunar month's Sabian symbol of "an old adobe mission."  Tomorrow it will slingshot forward, creating a certain degree of havoc with interpersonal communications, telecommunications, electronics, and travel plans.  Today we want to back up anything or any data that is important to mitigate an potential calamities tomorrow.

On Saturday, Valentine's Day, Mercury will finally move from the degree of "an old adobe mission" and move to the degree of "an unexpected thunderstorm."  This will only be in effect that day.  But, with Venus and Mars, the planets that rule romantic relationships, in such tight conjunction on Valentine's Day, and Mercury bringing storms, well, you get the picture. 

Valentine's Day is overly-charged with expectation that is mostly engineered from consumerism, not from the value of true love.  This creates unnecessary schisms in relationships.  People's value systems and ideas of love will clash under the astrological energies on Valentine's Day.  It is ridiculous to have one day a year that celebrates love.  It's a daily practice.

That said, we can bring the real beauty back to it.  This would come from heartfelt gestures.  The Moon will make conjunction with the Galactic Center, spiritual home of love and life in our galaxy, around 11:00 am ET/4:00 pm UT on Valentine's Day.  Let's think about it in cosmic terms of celebrating "home."  When unexpected thunderstorms are forecast, we know to seek the safety of home.  So, in this way, the Galactic Center (or the divine beings like Sophia who exist there) is our valentine.  Our inner sense of home connects us with it.

Today we will stand up for some things and stand down on others, but we know that changes are underway during these last ten days of the full energy of this astrological year, the year of changes, the year to see who would become "the ruler of a nation."  The last day of the energy of this past astrological year ends on Valentine's Day.  The Balsamic Moon phase signals the end of that old energy and the beginning of a new year of energy that is like "the music of the spheres."  The New Year doesn't fully enter until April 18, but we are preparing the field for it beginning Sunday, February 15.

Today, Saturn moves to the degree of our favorite Sabian symbol around here at Oracle Report: "an old owl up in a tree."  A time of restructuring of people, places, and things from the perspective of higher wisdom is opening.

Events today may require us to break through or break the mold on something.  The catalyst for the breakthrough may come from a recognition, a disappointment, or being disillusioned.  This is due to the Sun disseminating the energy of "a woman disappointed and disillusioned, facing a seemingly empty life."  This energy asks us to see that we gain wisdom from our journey.  Things that disappoint us often free us.  Things that disillusion us often show what was already there.  The energy wants us to learn and grow.

Mercury, retrograde for a couple more days, returns to the degree of this lunar month's Sabian symbol from the New Moon: "an old adobe mission."  What we are learning and how we are growing is shaping the future.  The foundation for the future is being laid this month.  The power to infuse dreams and plans is amplified today.  Spend some time thinking about how you want to take things in your life.  

To facilitate this, the gentle breeze of the Wisdom Goddess Matangi can be invited to sweep through your psyche.  She removes confusion and replaces it with enlightenment.  She is excellent at de-programming us from the illusions of the matrix.  She helps us free ourselves of disappointments and feelings of emptiness.

Disseminating Moon phase is the time of the lunar cycle when we communicate, share, and listen for messages.  Messages from Spirit come through symbols, synchronicities, signs, background chatter, other people, a prompting to read or do something, animal sightings or encounters, and any other way it can.  Several of the planets are delivering the "message from Spirit" energy today and tomorrow, so we are ready to receive.

Special Note:  Over the weekend (see report below from Saturday if you missed it), the outpouring of messages and support for continuing the daily reports was a beautiful wave of love.  I am rather speechless about it.  I had no idea that the reports were affecting people this way.  Thank you all so very, very much.

There is enough support to continue the Oracle Report as-is and free for everyone through the remainder of this astrological year.  These next two months are like month-long Balsamic Moon phases - the time when the veils between the worlds are most translucent and the time of transition into the new.  We will be preparing the "field" of consciousness and experience for the "music of the spheres" to usher in a new year (and truth be told, the beginning of the "new world" - the Second Renaissance).  The astrological new year begins with the New Moon in Aries, whenever that is each year.  This year the new year begins on April 18, 2015.

Most do not know that the Oracle Report takes me three hours each morning to write, and I usually write six days a week.  It's an intense toggling between the hemispheres of my brain, and it taxes my energy.  My strong desire to give and share has overridden the good sense of good friends who kept telling me I had to make a change.  It is the year of changes, after all!  But I am hard-headed, and after my back went down again shortly after the New Moon, I realized some things.  It has been a month to realize things.  We've not only been in a lunar month of projecting the plans, wishes, and infrastructures into the future, but also a month of inner reflection.  Here's my realization: The "Second Renaissance" supports itself and we all have to do that, too.

By far, readers who contacted me requested that I consider continuing the Oracle Report as a subscription.  There is widespread recognition of the need to keep the circuit of energy exchange flowing healthily and strongly (the parliament of wise owls is wiser than me).  This is the only way things work or are productive in the "new world" that is resurfacing.  The truth of the energy is exactly opposite of what the unnatural world order is trying to push: fascism masked as socialism.  We are all personally responsible.  We are also personally responsible for those in their wisest years (our elders) and those who have been injured (disabled, but I dislike the term). 

That said, by popular demand, the Oracle Report will transition to subscription at the New Moon in Aries on April 18.  There has been the option of a $5.50 monthly donation (subscription) on the "Donations" page of oraclereport.com for a couple of years, and I see no reason to change it.  However, I will have "scholarships" available and the daily reports will be posted a day or so later for everyone in the "Archives" page of the site.  I will continue to record and post monthly audio recordings for all.  No one is left out.   The "old adobe mission" will be fortified so the work can continue.  The Kali Chronicles will still be coming out and Oracle Academy will still be opening.  And if you've been trying to schedule a reading with me, when Mercury goes direct this week I will upload GenBook to the "Readings" page and you can schedule right there with your choice of available times.  No more messing with archontically-interfered-with email.  Hallelujah!

The Oracle Report will return Monday, February 9, 2015 for what will probably be the last week of posts.  This astrological year technically ends on February 14 with the end of the Third Quarter Moon phase.  The year of the Sabian symbol of "the ruler of a nation" is the last of the old world.  Despite my requests for support over the last few months to keep the reports free for everyone, this is not happening.  A dollar from the many would go farther than several from the few, and I can no longer sustain it.  Thus, it seems the appropriate time to end this format.  I am proud that The Oracle Report has served as a beacon for the last five years of the old world.  It has been my honor.

Full Moon Phase:  realization, enlightenment

The last day of the Full Moon phase is a big one, as the Sun will move to opposition with Jupiter and exponentially expand the complexity of the day's energy.  Jupiter excels at this, and with the full force of the Sun with it, the power for revelations is at maximum.  Exact opposition occurs at 1:15 pm ET/6:15 pm UT.

In astrology, oppositions (when planets are 180 degrees apart) are equivalent to Full Moon phases, the time when the fullest amount of light is available.  It's also the time when we can go a little crazy with Full Moon fever.

Since Jupiter expands all that it touches, this last day of Full Moon fever can spread like a virus (viruses are empowered with this energetic, incidentally.  Not good for the latest attempt by the unnatural world order with infectious disease here in the US - measles - and the continued war on children.).  Outbreaks of all kinds can occur.  Break outs, mix ups, shake ups, wake ups, break ups, come with this volatile energy.

Jupiter is located at the degree of  the Sabian symbol "a chemist conducts an experiment for his students," so the mix ups, shake ups, and wake ups, etc. are designed to teach us something. 

The Sun is located at the degree of the Sabian symbol "a man being unmasked at a masquerade."  We face ourselves with this energy.

With the opposition of the Sun and Jupiter today, we are learning something about ourselves.

The other ingredients mixed into the (al)chemical base today are the Moon and the Black Moon.  These two are trying to initiate and develop something within us.  The energy is related to discipline, practice, and focus.  But the combination of both of these moving through Virgo right now tends to make us very, very hard on ourselves. 

Since the energetic of the Sun is to show us something about ourselves and the energetic of Jupiter is expanding and mixing up things to highest proportion, the high potential for really beating ourselves up and feeling like we are failures follows suit.

The volatility of this energy de-stabilizes people, places, and things.

Mercury will contribute an ingredient of possible shock and awe, which is designed to clear the air of things that have built up.  There is a suddenness to events.

The highest view of today's energy is one of acceptance of what is being revealed, mixed, and shaken.  View the energy and view yourself as an experiment.  The purpose of an experiment is to learn something or discover something.  This is our goal today.  Of all things, facing ourselves seems to required the most bravery.  Today we are wise AND brave owls.

(Note:  After considering a question from a wise owl Fernando on Andrew's Oracle Report Facebook community about how the "negative" imprints for the day often are things that enable us to move into the "positive" imprint or learn something, I am prompted to change the heading of "negative imprint" to "catalyzing imprint."  I couldn't agree more, Fernando, and it is a nuance that deserves discussion.  Recognizing that we are in a "negative" imprint mode, instead of staying there, we can continue the flow with the realization that an opportunity -  a catalyst - for change has opened.  We are in a point of power at that moment.  Let's experiment with it.)

(Note for Virgos, Pisceans, and those with the Black Moon in Virgo or Pisces:  Hold tight.  The Moon will move out of Virgo and into Libra on Saturday at 1:44 pm ET/6:44 pm UT.  This month's go around with the Moon and the Black Moon has come under very intense energetics, amplifying the shadow side.  Full Moons amplify anyway, but the aspect of the Sun and Jupiter are blowing things far out of proportion.  Emotional destabilization, deconstruction, and dismantling is happening for you in order to bring you to a higher state of consciousness and develop untapped power and talent within you.  It does not come easily, but you can ease the situation through acceptance.  Minimize the self-judgment because that will become a mental loop that is hard to escape.  Accept without self-judgment.  And then endeavor to do better.  That's what the Black Moon in Virgo does - it does better.  Remember that you are undergoing massive regeneration through August 25, 2015.  Then...look out world.  Those of creative service are birthing the Second Renaissance.)

Full Moon phases intensify energetics, bringing light to situations so that we can fully see them for what they are.  But Full Moons also bring out shadows, and shadows can quickly turn into more than they are.

In general, people often respond and react from fear on the one day each month when the Moon makes conjunction with the Black Moon.  That day is today.  These energetics will affect Virgos and Pisceans and those with the Black Moon in Virgo or Pisces the most.  It's an opportunity to learn, grow, and re-integrate personal power that is trapped in false beliefs that one is not good enough, one does nothing but fail, and one's trust is always betrayed.  It's a trick of the mind meant to divert you from your course in life.

Beginning last night, an energetic entered that "tests" us in some way to gain a higher level of understanding.  It brings in pressure.  But, the energetic coming in right behind around 6:00 pm ET/11:00 pm UT tonight brings assistance and insight for solutions that will unfold tomorrow.

The desire to break free from something that restricts us is very strong with this, but so is the fear of what that would be like (because it is new/unknown).  We are in luck because the Wisdom Goddess who sweeps through like a gentle breeze (or a hurricane, if needed), Matangi, is clearing space and clearing a path.  She is sweeping the field.  It can make things feel weird or jarring because the field is being perturbed.  Remember that this accompanies energetic shifts and that it will settle out.

Step aside from the energy and let Matangi clear the way.  There is ample support and protection in place as the field shifts.  We are along for the ride.  And if you need something to hold on to, think about beautiful things that were created during the Renaissance.  That is happening now.  Can you imagine the things that the Second Renaissance will create?

As the Full Moon phase continues, an energetic wave sweeps through to clear and refresh the collective “field of consciousness.” Today, ample energy is available to re-organize, re-assess, re-configure, and re-structure things, situations, ideas, projects, and plans for the future (our own personal “adobe missions”).  This makes them better.

A “re-set” of the field actually began yesterday with the conjunction of Uranus and what astrologers call the South Node of the Moon and an opposition with the North Node of the Moon.  The South Node represents the past and connections with the past.  The North Node represents the future and destiny.  Uranus operates like lightning, quickly electrifying and shocking systems – systems of the body, the Earth, and the consciousness that connects the two (the dream we are dreaming with Gaia Sophia).

Something may have crossed your path yesterday that is a key piece for your future.  This could be a random communication, a meeting, an event, a serious thought, a glimmer, or even a feeling.  If you are unsure of what that might have been, ask the Wisdom Goddess Matangi to enlighten you.  (The Moon is ripe for assisting with this.)

Under current energetics, dominant structures and systems of the past are continuously being disempowered and dismantled.  A revival of structures and systems of the past are returning in new ways.  Here’s an example:

Sweep your own “field” of consciousness today.  Mentally hit the “refresh” button.  We are closing out the past year this month, which is like a month-long Third Quarter Moon phase.  It’s the time in the natural course of life when we accept responsibility for the way things are now, complete what needs completing so we can move on, and think about how we can do and be better.

This is the official end of today’s report, but here is an additional element for consideration as the field re-sets:

Today’s energy fits in perfectly with the directive of this lunar month to begin “out posting” or projecting ourselves and our desires into the future.  Our desire coupled with our wisdom is what is merging the world of spirit and the world of matter to create the Second Renaissance on Earth.  This is the time when we transcend the control system that has enslaved us.

The aspects of Uranus with the South and North Nodes are also re-activating the Grand Cardinal Cross energy of last year that was so monumental.  The Grand Cardinal Cross was the marking point in time when those on Earth with a mission to bridge-build the Second Renaissance were called to begin fully actualizing it.  It sounded a bell that rang out, signaling the shift.  It was reveille.  And the time was set up a long time ago.

But, it was also the signal of something very beautiful – the rise of the Divine Masculine.  The Divine Masculine is expressed in the counterpart of Gaia Sophia, Thelete.  Thelete is the aeon (divine being) the Gnostics understood to be the partner of Sophia. 

The Sacred Marriage of the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine is also the Sacred Marriage of humanity.  The inner unification of the parts of our self is our reunion with The Divine.  This is the part people are missing about unification of the Sacred Masculine and the Sacred Feminine.  It is about reconnecting those two inner parts of ourselves, the feminine and the masculine, but the deeper story is that this produces the reunion with God.

I have a lot to say about Thelete and the Sacred Marriage as divine reunification and have been waiting a long time to say it.  As this month draws to completion and Mercury turns direct, I will happily begin to share it.  The book I am finishing serves as a foundation for these notions, one which everyone can build from in their own ways. 

Sophia and Thelete are the foundation and structure of our future – our adobe missions.  It’s time we knew more about the building plans.

Today, wise owls will view detours, do-overs, misfires, false starts, and obstacles as an opportunity.  This is something of a test for us today.  Instead of succumbing to frustration, we "clue in" when things start going sideways and let the soft breeze of Matangi take over.  She will untangle the situation for us, showing or teaching us something in the process.

The primary catalysts for the disruption are Mercury retrograde.  But the energetic of the Sun today at the Sabian symbol of "a train entering a tunnel" directs us to keep going no matter what. 

This can happen with actual detours on your travels today, electronic malfunctions, miscommunications, accidents, things that cause things to come to a standstill, alarms, and unexpected events.

When these kinds of things happen, take a deep breath of Matangi's energy.  Matangi means soft breeze in Maori.  Relax yourself and let some air into the situation.  Don't turn around; keep going.  There's a reward for doing so.

I know this for a fact already today because Mercury retrograde caused me to have to venture out for wi-fi.  Keep going if you face obstacles today.  It will be worth it.

On Saturday, Mars will make conjunction with Chiron.  This dynamic can bring strong impulses to lash out at others or ourselves (in the form of self-sabotage).  But energetics are in place instead to push this dynamic toward a massive offensive to clear out old energetic fields of ourselves and the collective of humanity.  Old imprints (the past) are severely disempowered, and space is cleared for the insertion of new imprints (the future).

Ground is not only cleared out, but it is fertilized due to the conjunction of Venus and Neptune on Sunday.  Venus and Neptune bring things to new heights - exaltations.  It is energy that is deeply concerned with beauty and creating beauty, art, music, spirituality, and expression.  We are all dreaming the dream, and Venus-Neptune takes our dream to a whole new level.

To fully experience the beauty of the Venus-Neptune dynamic and the spiritual heights it can take you to, play.  Engage a playful attitude as much as possible given your circumstances this weekend.  We have to disengage ourselves as much as we can from "the matrix" in order to maximize the spiritual connection and inspiration that is possible right now.  Play music to help get there.  If you are a musician, higher forces of the divine feminine and the divine masculine ask you to play this weekend.  Just play and send your sounds out into the air.  If you have a drum, you are asked to take it up.  We are clearing the way for the music of the spheres, the energetic for the upcoming astrological year (which begins April 18, 2015).

The danger zone with these energetics can produce feelings that we are not enough - attractive enough, creative enough, good enough - for whatever and start a downward spiral.  Mars and Chiron are both warriors.  They can strike and wound.  Venus and Neptune try to take the superficial to the sublime, but it can get mired in over-valuing appearances and stuck in social status and judgments.  That's a waste.

It's also a waste to take the perspective that anything you've put a lot of yourself into has been for nothing.  Energy that has been expended can be molded into anything as part the next stage in its evolution.

Most definitely the energetics encourage us to go within this weekend.  Contemplation and reflection bring inspiration and wisdom.  The inspiration and wisdom helps us see the subtle, first light of the daybreak of the future.  Perceptions of the light change.

Speaking of light, Sabaoth (name of the divine being that is the Sun, according to the Gnostics) is showing signs of potential activity for the first time in a couple of weeks.  A few lower-level M-class flare have erupted, but none with coronal mass ejections.  M-flares look to be strengthening now.  Perhaps Sabaoth will send us a message.

Multiple strong astrological aspects are in effect today to bring us inspiration, wisdom, or an experience that may change our lives.  The Universe breathes out so we can breathe it in; we then breathe out so the Universe can breathe us in.  These powerful energies blow through with gale force winds today.

If I had posted a report yesterday, I would have highlighted the severe upswing in mental and emotional confusion, and an overall racking of the brain trying to figure something out or create something.  If you experienced that, some sort of insight or resolution should come your way today.  This is related to the theme that things can change our lives.

As Winds of Change come through, they may wipe things out.  The Wisdom Goddess "on call" this month, Matangi, has a way of doing this.  If a sudden feeling and mantle of power overtakes you to take a stand today, this is Matangi's hand.  She strives to make everyone feel safer and more secure.  She brings anyone who has felt disempowered or victimized (especially by society at large) back into the group.  She has a tender heart for anyone who feels like they belong in the "land of misfit toys."  A lingering signature of this today brings special blessing to any group efforts.  What we do or give in support to others is multiplied under the multiplicity of astrological aspects today in combination with the multitude of Matangi's energies.  We aren't interested in getting something back by giving, we are interested in applying our energy and resources at opportune times for the maximum benefit for all.  It multiples.

Matangi often works in close association with the Mahavidya (Wisdom Goddess ) Shodashi, Goddess of Beauty, who makes an appearance today.  This is fitting for "astrological beauty week" that is courtesy of the conjunction of Venus and Neptune (exact conjunction Sunday).  This ought to be interesting.  It looks to me like the goddesses are gearing up for the Full Moon, but today Shodashi adds her energy for the potentially life-changing effects.  Shodashi moves the lines of our lives into proper course.  She makes marks. 

Shodashi is using the energy of Uranus, the Planet of Changes, in tight conjunction with the South Node and therefore tight opposition to the North Node, which represent the past and the future respectively.  It's all geared toward out-posting and outreaching ourselves into the future.  Everyone should be giving ample thought to where they have been and where they want to go.  The future we want is happening right now at a marking point in the future.  It's happening now and we will experience it then.  The Wisdom Goddesses help us get there.

Today is a day of metamorphosis - change of mind set.  Things change shape right before our eyes.

Like wise owls high up in a tree, our eyes watch what unfolds today from different perspective.  The mechanics of the stars are working to transform something from one thing to another.  It's shamanic shape-shifting of the highest caliber.  If we are paying attention, the energy is designed in such a way that before the sun rises again, wisdom enters and we see something about ourselves, others, our lives, or our world entirely differently.  Spiritual energy is inspiring the transformation.

This brings a grand opportunity to empower ideas, projects, goals, visions, missions, wishes, and dreams.  All that is required is attention.  Direct some of your energy into something that you want to bloom.  Take some sort of action with it.  Give it some love.

Creativity is rising to massive peaks, thanks to the muse that accompanies the energy of Mercury retrograde while Venus makes conjunction with Neptune.  This dynamic continues through Sunday.  Lucky us!

We've had a few days lately with energies that harkened back to previous lunar months.  Today the themes from the Aquarius 2014 cycle, which began on January 30, 2014 (remember the Supermoon?) and was in effect for most of February.  Consider this in context to what you didn't think you were capable of then and where you are now.  How has the shape of that shifted with time?

The word for the day is "projection."  This needs to be kept in mind in all things.  In general, there is a tendency to project the good, the bad, and the ugly onto others.  While this may not be what you are doing, someone may do it to you.  Look behind the scene of any dramatic interactions to see if someone was projecting their own feelings about themselves onto others or you.

"Projecting onto screens" is definitely a strong element in the energy right now.  The entire lunar month is about projecting into the future - setting up things that will develop later.  Venus moves into Pisces today, joining Neptune, Mars, and Chiron.  It's a Piscean sea full of love, beauty, creativity, spirituality, initiative, and wisdom. 

There's also a Piscean sea monster with tentacles of gloom, isolation, depression, anger, confusion, and wounding.

We can choose what we project onto the field of consciousness today.  Will we unleash the Kraken or swim like merpeople (mermaids, mermen...)?

Be particularly mindful of what you are watching this week.  I mentioned that this week is like Astrological Beauty Week, so we are naturally inclined towards things that catch our eye.  Television (the projection of a vision or message) screens (insertions to reality) are the primary method for controlling people.  Remember that it is a projection of a certain perspective of reality meant to exploit our natural, mammalian tendency to model or mimic what we see.

Today also foreshadows the next lunar month, with Venus activating the degree today.  Venus will "set-up" events that will unfold with February 18th's New Moon.

What's on display?  That's the thing for each of us to watch in our own lives and in our world today.

(An aside:  In the United States, New England has certainly become a captive audience for what's being projected on television with the shutdown from the anticipated super storm [that wasn't].  This area is on the Arcadia ley line that I've talked about before that has been so heavily imprinted with fear, grief, terror and death - traumas.  This area is ripe for a violence that may be staged as part of this weekend's big football game, since one of the teams hails from New England.  It could also be imprinting an energetic that will repeat at the next New Moon.  This storm was most likely geo-engineered, and poorly so.  Remember the Sabian symbol energetic last week of trying to control the forces of nature?  The new world order has not figured out it cannot control Mother Nature.  But this area has been targeted for a reason, so we watch for what might have been exchanged, orchestrated, or fixed while everyone went home.  The major cities of the Northeast shut down early yesterday.  The Associated Press today reports, "Light snow fell steadily early Tuesday in midtown Manhattan as a few municipal trucks rumbled down empty streets.  The city had an almost eerie, post 9/11 feel to it: No airplanes in the sky.  An unexpected quiet."  Was this a ritual to reinforce past rituals and to set the stage for a future one?  One thing for sure:  whoever owns the trucking companies hired by the state departments of transportation is making a killing from New England to the mid-Atlantic.  Wise owls know to always follow the money.  And the Sabian symbols!)

Today's energy brings in details that enable us to see a bigger picture.  With this, we come into fuller participation with life.

As the details and events of your day unfold, do-overs, interruptions, errors, dropped calls, electronic malfunctions, and loss of data could be encountered.  But these things happen today to help us pick up, process, or re-think important things - things that help us see a bigger picture of ourselves, our lives, our world, our future.  So while these sorts of things seem to set us back or put us behind schedule, they are really advancing a greater cause.  Just having to stop something midstream will re-direct the course of your thinking.  The course of your thinking may have nothing to do with the actual situation that is being halted.  If you experience this today, take a break and let Spirit infuse and guide you.  What wisdom is trying to be revealed to you?

An undercurrent or hint in the energetic today leans toward us finding new ways and doing new things that are a truer representation of who we are.  Things are quite reflective today; there is a linking between the inner and the outer.  How is the inner and outer matching up for you?  Is there something that has been latent, dormant, or altogether forgotten that is trying to return?  What did you love to do in the past that you have not done in a very long time?  What did you love to do (or want to do) as a child?  Would doing it make you happier?

If you do not know the answer to this today, you may know it by Sunday.  Tomorrow begins what I am calling Astrological Beauty Week with Venus moving into Pisces to meet up with Neptune.  Venus and Neptune bring the heights of beauty, but when they converge in Pisces, we have an explosion of creativity!  The most beautiful forms for the future can be envisioned under this energetic.  Any efforts put toward your own personal "adobe mission" - your outreach into your future - will multiply a hundred fold and will fully bloom and yield by October 17, 2015.  (Remember, it's a big picture kind of day, so we are seeing far ahead.)  Beauty Week is good.  The best of it is found in nature.

The little element that is not so little with Venus' entry into Pisces tomorrow is that it will begin transiting in opposition to the Black Moon in Virgo.  The Black Moon is transiting Virgo through August 25, 2015.  During this time, we are coming to new understanding about our fear of failure and our fear of being vulnerable.  Some do better with these things than others, and this is indicated through one's astrology chart.  But as Venus transits Pisces through February 20, 2015, we come to a new understanding of how we want to measure up to ourselves.  The measure of who we are is self-determined.

This weekend, we are asked to "post up."

In basketball terms, posting up is turning a certain way so that you can establish a position to receive a pass of the ball.  The Universe asks us to post up and claim our spot so that we can receive spiritual guidance.

This comes as part of the lunar month where we are projecting our plans, ideas, wishes, and selves into the future.  We envision the construct of what that looks like.

 A major component of the construction comes from a foundation, an undercurrent, of our inner wisdom.  Inner wisdom is divinely directed.  As we establish "adobe missions" in the future - outposts where we will arrive later in time, we are reinforcing the structure now with inspiration from Spirit.  This weekend we are posting up to reinforce our outposts.

Old adobe missions are spiritual retreats.  Other names for old adobe missions and spiritual retreats are temples, medicine wheels, churches, groves, schools, farms, vineyards, mountains, beaches, theatres, museums, studios.  What is yours?

It is a good idea this weekend to spend some time in whatever place or space is spiritual for you.  Spirit is sending key insights into matters.  The energy naturally places us in alignment for inner wisdom.  There is a lot happening for our inner contemplation; complex sets of dynamics are in effect.  Here are the highlights:

• Relationships, particularly romantic relationships, are undergoing revision, restructuring, and reassessment.  Changes occur this weekend to bring things to better states.
• Mercury retrograde is acting as a muse, inspiring us with ideas and actions.  The energy is design-oriented and functional.  Mental architecture takes place.
• New things are being built from the past.  All kinds of things are repurposed or even fully restored.  On Saturday, our experiences from the Leo 2014 lunar cycle (July 26 - August 25,  2014) return for a visit and reconsideration.  On Sunday, our experiences from the Pisces 2014 lunar cycle (March 1 - March 29, 2014) follow suit.  Consider all of this in context and look at how those experiences have enabled you to claim more of your power and become who you are today.  (Another element of this energy is a heightened ability to connect with our ancestors.)
• Leaps of faith, discussed at the New Moon of this cycle, may be necessary because the energy shifts quite palpably this weekend.  The Moon catapults into Aries after an energetic journey through shadow lands over the last two days, which is a definite shift.  But both Saturn and Pluto move to new degrees this weekend.  Saturn moves away from energy for strategizing and toward energy that takes us to higher levels.  Pluto moves away from energy for permanent structures and toward energy to heal and raise the spirits of people, particularly children.  (Heads up: The Wisdom Goddess Matangi is getting ready to roll through on those who prey on the weak, disadvantaged, and marginalized.  Whereas the goddess Dhuamavati "sweeps" through the field, Matangi razes it.)

Today, the Sun moves to the degree of "a Hindu healer."  How about we all go forth today with a powerhouse wave of love?

The planets favor it, and there is extra help from Uranus.  Readers who have been following the Oracle Report since last spring know that Uranus has been the main player in the energy and events of the last year.  Today we bid farewell to the energy of Uranus at "a bomb which failed to explode has been safely concealed."  Uranus will not return to this degree in our lifetimes.  The bomb has finally been safely concealed.

Until the hour of the next New Moon (February 18, 2015), Uranus will be disseminating the energy associated with "a serpent coiling near a man and a woman."  Kundalini rising is implied with this symbol, and it is reinforced by the fact that it is Uranus, which rules kundalini and all things electric.  Uranus also rules changes - sudden, shocking, life-altering changes.  This energy attracts, allures, and entices, but it also tends to attract people, places, and things that can obstruct or build a wedge in relationships.  All of this serves to put things into proper order.  Uranus aligns and sets things right.  Serpents bring wisdom.  We will be the better for it by the time the Moon is renewed.  We will have found new ways to relate.

The Moon continues to move through Pisces, activating everyone's shadow sides.  This is in effect until tomorrow morning, Saturday, January 24, around 8:30 am ET/1:30 pm UT.  It is best to keep a gauge on emotional reactions, especially if you are a Virgo or Pisces or have the Black Moon in Virgo or Pisces (see the appendix of my book on the Black Moon available for free download at www.oraclereport.com to determine the sign of your own Black Moon). 

On "Black Moon days," as I call them, if we are under stress or if our astrology chart is being activated, we default to projecting our own thoughts and feelings onto others.  We project onto others that which we cannot face in ourselves.  Be aware that energetic triggers are in place to help us integrate the parts of us that are fragmented.  The Black Moon aims for wholeness and takes full advantage of her opportunities.  The Black Moon is the Queen of the Underworld, and she often takes us down to the bare bones to enlighten us.  Be gentle with yourself if she takes you into her realm.  Remember that you are much more than your emotions.

There is the tendency today to over-do things, which is the quintessential issue with the Black Moon in Virgo (the current location of the Black Moon).  In fact, we tend to "way" over-do things today.  This comes about quickly when a competitive element kicks in.  Competition with oneself is the preferred match for the Black Moon in Virgo.  It staves off feelings of incompetence, incapability, and not measuring up because of some nebulous, inherent flaw.  This flaw is unidentifiable because it does not exist.  It is a shadow.  So we will see through the screens that have us feeling like we cannot do, have, or build what we want.  We are qualified for life by virtue of being here.

It may be helpful today to keep in mind that there is nothing to prove.  Nothing has to be put on display to impress or draw attention.  Bragging about successes, achievements and conquests really turns people off today.  It backfires.  Don't engage that battle.

This is the wisdom needed to go forth today in a powerhouse wave of love.  As the Parliament of Owls, we focus our intent and send it out to the world with a great big bow around it.

Today is the last day of the New Moon phase of this lunar cycle.  According to ancient wisdom, the directive for the days of thee New Moon phase is to set goals and intentions and make wishes (or reinstate previous ones).  So if you have not done this, today is your chance to plant your heart's desire into the field of consciousness.  This month is all about building things, so we want to set them on good foundations - ones that are aligned with and empowered by Divine Time.

There is a caveat here.  The natural time of the energy is one of beginnings.  But today's energetic specifically carries strong signatures of rebellion, giving up, and quitting.  There may be something that we want to walk away from today.  The situation may seem no longer bearable.  But this energetic lasts only for today (with a little bit of bleed through yesterday and tomorrow, since energy moves in waves).  The thing to keep in mind is that the energy will change tomorrow.  Do you want to quit now or wait it out?  The answer is different for each of us.  Consequences need to be kept in mind.

The better use of today's energy is to express it.  Share the wisdom you have gained from a tough life lesson.  Express it through art, music, words, voice, cooking, cleaning - any action.  The foundation for constructing our psyches as "old adobe missions" is knowing what we know.  We build from our deep experiences that engendered wisdom.

Today and tomorrow the Black Moon's energetics become features of what we are building.  It is critical to not weaken the foundation of your adobe mission (your temple, your future) with feelings of failure and disappointment.  These will form cracks in the foundation.  This is especially true for those with the Sun in Virgo or Pisces or the Black Moon in Virgo or Pisces.  These wise owls are spiritual carpenters by nature, but their skills of strength are re-tested and re-formed while the Moon is in Virgo or Pisces through August 25, 2015.  Remember that fears of failure and vulnerability are shadows that attempt to hold us back.  Failure is only more information to make a better decision or get to a better outcome.  Failure means "more data required."  Some decisions or outcomes are so monumental that they require a lot more data, which means a lot more failure.  Failure is acceptable.  Letting "failure" stop us is not.

From the intensity that is being generated by the astrological aspects in play, a drive from deep within us come to strive for something new.  We get a glimpse of a vision of something and want to strive for it.  This is coming from the inner part of us that is called the sacred masculine.  It is prompted internally and then manifested externally through our desires.

Take what you have learned thus far and put it into context of desire.  Where do you want to project yourself?  What does the future you want look like?  On which values is it based?  Where does it feed?  What new thing needs to happen now to make it happen later?

We have a day of potential extremes on tap.  The nature of the energy is stormy and unexpected.  Shocking things can happen suddenly and test our inner fortitude.  Wise owls know that responses that are above and beyond the normal limits or the call to duty may be required all month long, but especially today. 

This usually entails leaving our comfort zone.  We are stretching ourselves beyond where we have been because we are building "outposts."  We are out-posting or out-reaching ourselves into the future.  As the old system flails and fails, a new one is re-emerging with a twist.  The wisdom of the ancients returns to a now technologically-advanced collective of humanity.  Imagine the possibilities.  (Actually imagine them - the mission of the New Moon phase is to set intentions and insert hopes, wishes, and dreams into the field.  This is how we shape reality or co-create with Spirit.  It all starts or stops with desire, so do not discount what your heart is saying to you.)

Mercury will station retrograde (or appear to move backward in the sky) today.  Long-time readers know that the day a planet stations retrograde or direct is usually intense, hectic, and chaotic.  When Mercury stations direct, interpersonal communications, electronic communications, electronics in general, and travel are the areas where challenges surface.  Allowing extra time, having plenty of patience, and sometimes walking away and coming back later is the best advice.  Mercury retrograde always makes things better than they are, but it is rarely on our preferred time schedule.  We have to wait until it is time for things to be "unlocked" or "activated."

In the meantime, the parliament of wise owls is testing out the theory that Mercury retrograde is a muse and we are aiming to be amused by it (in other words try to have fun with it as much as possible).  The energy seeks to inspire something that is pivotal to your future.  In this month's audio recording I talked about how there are certain safeguards and protections that accompany this Mercury retrograde to make sure we get the messages.  If forward momentum slows or if your best laid plans are laid to waste, step back and let the field re-arrange.  Let Mercury put a new spin on things.  Let him spiff them up.

As we are trying to do things a different way, we want to discern if we are compromising ourselves in any situations and/or just going through the motions.  The energy is not supportive of any part of the past that is organized around power and control dynamics.  This month, these types of dynamics play out in relationships (personal, professional, familial) in order for us to clearly see what is happening.  Demands for attention or to be the center of attention are strong today.  Jealousy easily rears its ugly head.  Competition can get ugly.

A warning comes for the most challenging part of the day, the hour between 2:30-3:30 pm ET/ 7:30 - 8:30 pm UT, when the Moon will oppose Jupiter in the midst of the already-chaotic energy.  A chain of events could tip off and send frustration, impatience, and control to extreme levels.  Emotional outbursts, blow ups, or breakdowns are trying to liberate energy that has been pent up.  Our job is to moderate extremes so that things don't become too untethered.

Mercury is our muse, not our enemy today, or at least that is the test.  If you feel tested yourself today, reach beyond your normal limits.  Don't hold yourself back or hide your light.  You are needed.
