Well, if you were not enlightened to something important by day's end yesterday, as mentioned in yesterday's report with the Mercury-Chiron conjunction, you very well may be today.  Look at the Sabian symbols for the degrees that the Sun and Earth are discharging today:

SUN: 29 PISCES - "light breaking into many colors as it passes into a prism"

EARTH: 29 VIRGO - "a man gaining secret knowledge from an ancient scroll he is reading"

If a scroll with knowledge about today was written by an ancient Sabian, it might tell us that by shining some light (even if it is just a glimmer of hope or possibility or imagination) on things today will bounce off in many directions in the future. 

One thought of love is an act of will.  Actively focused, the power is amplified.

The power to see our lives and the world from a much wider perspective opens up to us today.  Consciousness expands and grows.

It should be noted that the Sun is discharging the very last degrees of Pisces today and tomorrow.  You could say the "totality" of Piscean energy is being expressed.  It is like a tsunami of emotion, heightened psychic sensitivity, and spiritual inspiration.

We can also note a very special piece of knowledge from remembering what the energy is like when a planet conjuncts Chiron, like Mercury did yesterday.  Chiron is no joke.  Mercury and Chiron in Pisces go into the depths of the sea of the mind.  Therein, sea monsters lurk.  The Kraken is released.  We can unleash on ourselves with monstrous thoughts.

But those mind monsters are banished into oblivion today with the Sun breaking all of it up into pieces.  How do we see things today?

Today's other themes are:

AWAKENING to something or awakening another to something.  Venus discharges "a girl blowing a bugle," repeating the call to wake up to the truth about something.

GOALS - Venus moves on in the sky to later discharge "the race begins: intent on outdistancing his rivals, a jockey spurs his horse to great speed."  Where do you want to aim?  What is your desire? What is needed for this?  Events today link directly to February 26 - March 26, 2017, when this degree is the lunar month of the Pisces New Moon.  Aim far.

BLOW OUTS - Jupiter begins to discharge 17 Virgo, the archetypal energetic of "a volcanic eruption."  This energetic is in effect until March 26, with highlight March 20-22.  As I often repeat, Jupiter expands anything it touches.  Of course, we could expect increased geologic activity during this time, and eruptions of anger.  But this also brings "consciousness blow outs," which are wonderful things, albeit a little hard on the body.  Things that need to come to the surface will do so.  Parameters and past limits and restrictions are busting up, so it is good to not be locked into a certain way.

STEP BACK AND OBSERVE - Mars continues to discharge the energetic of "an old owl up in a tree), reminding us to use our energy wisely and see what is really going on.  We move out of chaos into the point of power - the inner center. Think before acting or speaking something important.  It is ok to take your time because we can warp or morph time much better nowadays.  Mentally move your awareness to a calm, still place if the world of "the matrix" pulls hard.

One thing that is an undercurrent right now: destiny.  Pain is being healed so that we can move on to another level - a higher level, a higher life.  What we are being shown individually forwards the group cause of life in harmony with Spirit.  The Second Renaissance is a spiritual eruption -- a revolution of consciousness.  The foundation for a future where life is sane and in balance with nature and the good nature of humanity is being laid.  It is destined and underway right now.

Let's take a full-spectrum analysis of it today.

(Note:  How much do I love all of the wise owls?  A lot!  That said, I am going to try something new.  Many times, the southern hemisphere wise owls and wise owls in earlier time zones than mine (Eastern), get the message from the reports too late for them to have helped.  This has bothered me for a long time.  I have only been able to write the daily report with the sunrise of a new day (where I am).  I am going to try today's advice to break parameters and try to morph time and space to write and post the report the day before.  I do not know if it will work, but I want to give it a try.  If the reports suck, I will have to return to my space-time and do it the old-fashioned way.  I hear you, wise owls Down Under.  Much love!)

As discussed in the audio recording for this lunar month (New Moon in Pisces at the homepage of www.oraclereport.com), this month is an exceptionally emotional one.  Today this effect is strong.

Mercury meets up with (conjuncts) Chiron today.  It looks like this:

Mercury (thoughts, communications) + Chiron (wounding, healing, and teaching) = we naturally feel pain more keenly (past pain, current pain, perceived future pain - our own and others

This can bring an emotional barrage of self-loathing thoughts and self-sabotaging actions.

Mercury and Chiron meet up at the degree of "a prophet bringing down the new law from Mount Sinai."  This tells us that the ultimate goal of the energy is to bring about a big change, individually and collectively.  New structures, new behaviors, new ways of thinking, new ways of viewing and planning for the future, and new spiritual understandings occur to elevate us.  We have the perspective that is achieved from a high position - a high mountain.

If today's energies present an issue emotionally or otherwise, we can attune with Mars playing the degree of "an old owl up in a tree," and be wise owls by:

1- Pausing if negative self-talk or sadness, pain, or loss begins.  Engage wisdom and stop the cycle for a moment.

2- Identify what you are feeling.

3- Recognize that self-loathing thoughts are not your own.  They come from an outside source:  Archons - psychic parasites operating on a sort of Wi-Fi system that activates inside the mind and body.  The self-loathing thoughts are theirs - not ours.  Human nature is kindness, compassion, love, creativity, and tribal -- even for ourselves.  Separate the thoughts out from your true nature.

4 - Allow the energetics of Mercury, as Messenger, and Chiron, as Healer, to handle the thoughts and feelings, the archontic programming, by releasing it and sending it back to Source.

5 -Recall that the energetic frequency that Mars and Chiron are discharging helps us conceive of new structures, new behaviors, new ways of thinking, new ways of viewing and planning for the future, and new spiritual understandings that elevate us.   Ultimately, we gain useful knowledge by day's end.

The Sun is discharging the energetic of "a fertile garden under the Full Moon," which bring things to fruition, but also adds another level of emotionality.  Venus shines also with "illuminated by a shaft of light, a large cross lies on rocks, surrounded by sea and mist," which adds yet another level of emotionality and tendencies to self-sacrifice or suffer, but also reawakening to things and renewal.

As we travel through the day today, we practice the skill of being like a wise, old owl up in a tree, peering out and observing.  From here, we have the best vantage point to see and understand what we are experiencing.  It's our job.

(It is interesting that often when there is an important message for the day, calamities of one sort or another interrupt the process.  Perseverance prevails.)

This month's themes of "revere, aim, and transcend" are up for re-examination today, with the Sun illuminating 28 Pisces and the Sabian symbol energetic of "the harvest Moon illuminates the sky."

The things to know today are:

KEEP IT SLOW AND STEADY - slow and steady is the way to go today.  Rushing things will turn them into a headache (an issue or problem) much more quickly than it normally would.  We can get way too far ahead of ourselves if we are pushing too hard or pushing in an old way.

Instead, we fall back on this month's theme of "a table set for an evening meal," where we return to an ordered or calm state and rearrange things (our thoughts, beliefs, feelings, expectations).  In other words, we re-set the "tables" of our minds.

This means we need to be open to rearrangement -- open to changes.  The veils between the worlds of Spirit and matter are paper thin right now.  Spirit is giving us advice and guidance, and prompting us to see via the way things are going today --" good" or "bad."  It has to get our attention, even through disrupting things -- in fact, often through disruptions.  If this happens to you today, consider how you can compose things to be more in line with what we want them to be.

DISPLAYS AND APPEARANCES - carry a lot of influence today.  Venus is discharging "a parade of army officers in full dress."  This focuses not only on the way things look, but more so on what is truly being represented.  True qualities of dedication, honor, care, reverence, and service that are held inside and reflected on the outside have far-reaching impact today.

REAPING - what has been "sown" or put out there comes home to roost today - again, "good" or "bad."  It's actually good all the way around because things need to be released, as this time of the solar-lunar year always suggests.  It's the "end of the year clearance," as I often call the month before the New Moon in Aries, the new year as calculated by the cycles of the Sun and Moon.  We are rewarded or enlightened to a need for a change today, and conditions are ripe for changes.

Today, things "mature."  People, places, situations, conditions, feelings, and reactions move from one level of development to another - a higher one, a wiser one.

In many ways, things mature to the point of being  "reborn" today.  The Sun is discharging the energetic of "the purging of the priesthood" (clearing and resetting, particularly spiritual understanding).  Mercury is discharging the energetic of "an Easter promenade" (celebrating the new).  Saturn is discharging the energetic of "an Easter sunrise service" (joining together for the new).  That is a lot of energy for rebirth.

Rebirth means transitioning from a state of degeneration or immobility to a state of regeneration or mobility.  Ways of being and behaving, thinking and acting, feeling and responding change today.  All of this aims to take things to the next level.  It applies to everything, as energy is pervasive.

Adding further data about the day's energetics, Neptune has just moved from the degree in the sky of "an aviator in the clouds" (10 Pisces) to "men traveling a narrow path, seeking illumination" (11 Pisces).  Things that were cloudy become clear.  This is a major influence that will be in effect until April 10.  Since Neptune is very far out in the solar system, it's orbit is long; so it takes a long time for it to change locations or degrees in the sky, and thus change energetics.  Neptune's specialties are the polarities of things being cloudy and things being clear.  The highest octave of Neptune's dynamic is to spiritually illuminate and enlighten.

Shedding old ways is inherent with rebirth.  Grief and feelings of loss can accompany it.  This effect is amplified with the Earth discharging the energetic of "a flag at half-mast in front of a public building."  This is particularly focused on achievements today, and the effort one has expended to get where one is or see what one sees.  Today's energy wants us to move on: to move from Venus discharging  "a petrified forest" (stuck on something - an idea, belief, way, feeling, relationship, habit, etc.) and more towards Mars at "a little child learning to walk" (entering a new phase of experience).

As a finale for the changes and rebirth of today, the Moon will oppose Saturn at 7:54 pm ET/11:54 pm UT at "the head of a robust youth changes into that of a mature thinker."

This month's mission is to metaphorically "set a table for an evening meal."  What does this mean to you? 

How would you like things to be?  What would you like to anticipate?  What do you expect?

The symbol requires that we engage our will - the one thing (other than love) that is targeted for siphoning by archontic (unintegrated, non-organic, shadow) energies.

Will.  Will power.  The power to get things done.  The power to set things up for the future.  The power to "set a table for evening meal."  How much do you feel you have?  Do you feel that you lack it?

There is much "on the table" this weekend to help us transcend limits or restrictions that leak our will power.  Let's break it down into areas:

COMMUNICATIONS AND THOUGHTS focus on what we are "carrying."  Burdens, heavy responsibilities, and the "weight" of things.  It is very helpful to share, vent, or process situations and feelings with another.  It will help to alleviate anything that might be weighing heavily on our hearts or minds.  Baggage can be unloaded.  There is a slight element of communications being confusing or taking a little longer to understand, so we want to be patient with ourselves and others.

SITUATIONS THAT ARE TROUBLING have a beautiful opportunity to resolve or come to peace. Rising above or taking the higher road is the directive this weekend.  Chaotic situations (or things that we are stuck on) can easily disappear before our eyes when we intend to go above it.  Peace seeks us to lift us.

THE MAGNIFICENCE of what we are capable of and what is possible for us, individually and collectively, is shown to us if we can understand that magnificence is the true nature of humanity.  We are conditioned to believe otherwise.  The true nature of humanity is compassionate, creative, free, generous, fun-loving, and loyal.  Seeing this is the hardest thing for us to do because a shadow side is running in the background.  The truth of this is cracking through.  Humanity is beginning to see its true nature.

THE SUNNY SIDE or a better perspective comes from connecting with nature, always, but especially so this weekend.  A grand trine is in play between the Moon, Jupiter, and Pluto, setting the table for emotional expansion and transformation.  Remember that we are in the last lunar month of this sonically-super year of the changing of the music of the spheres, and that the last lunar month of year is the most spiritually-infused time of the year.  It's like a month-long Balsamic Moon phase, the time when the veils between the worlds or dimensions of consciousness are thinnest.  It's a highly emotional month, so aiming for a higher truth sees us through.

As these themes are "set upon the table" this weekend, give some thought to the state of your will.  This is divine masculine inside each of us.  Let's take up our will and our desire to set the table of the future the way we want it.  How do you want your life to be?  How do you want the world to be?  Envision it and believe.  Higher forces are listening.

Today's report is written in two parts or two levels.  Part 1 is a usual look at the day's energetics.  Part 2 is an unusual look at consciousness, that may not be of interest to everyone.  So please take whatever works for you and leave the rest.  If anything, the Oracle Report aims for free thinking.

PART 1

Today's energetics carry one of the strongest signatures of healing.  This is wonderful, but there is a catch.  The healing can only come about one way - by pressing on the wound.  This double-edged sword comes courtesy of an astrological aspect that happens once a year.   When it happens, light shines on where our hearts hurt.  Our own wounds are felt, but, more importantly, the wounding of humanity is felt.

The Sun-Chiron conjunction is the reason for the high-profileor headline-making suicides that have occurred around different parts of the globe today.

There is great pain within the collective.  We understand that as one's consciousness grows, the more sensitive one is to the pain of others.  You may have worked out your own pain, surprised that today's energetics are inciting sadness for you.  This sadness is far beyond ourselves.

The intensity of this reaches a height between 7:36 pm ET and 9:12 pm ET.  This is because a few hours after entering Taurus, the Moon will activate the Chiron Point itself - the degree in the sky where Chiron was located when it was discovered in 1977.  This is the Degree of Wounding, Healing, and Teaching.  Chiron's double-edged Sword of Wounding becomes doubly sharp.

We become doubly hard on ourselves and others.

Can we put down the Sword, honor or revere our experiences, aim to bring higher truth from them, and transcend them?

Perhaps Part 1 of today's report is not so much like a usual report.  At any rate, the takeaway is to not make pain so personalized; release it instead of re-experiencing it again and again.  We can learn a new way.  Chiron teaches us.  Today's situations, conditions, circumstances and feelings are trying to heal and teach us something.

PART 2

Wise owls, we are not in Babylon anymore.

A special combination of planetary energetics is happening today that even more seriously dissolves the dissolving power and control systems.  Bob Marley wrote "the Babylon system is the vampire," and today the Sun and Chiron shine the light to further obliterate the crumbling control systems.

10:34 am ET/3:34 pm UT: COMING DOWN THE MOUNTAIN - Chiron moves to the 22nd degree of Pisces and the Sabian symbol of "a prophet bringing down the law from Mt. Sinai."  This energetic brings revelations, particularly about what is real or true.  We see some shade of things to come/what is coming down.  With this, we often say "enough is enough."  This energy wants to set things straight and draw the line.

11:06 am ET/4:06 pm UT:  NEW OUTLOOKS OR BEGINNINGS, LIFTING ONE'S VOICE, OR STANDING UP FOR SELF - The Black Moon moves to the 23rd degree of Libra and "a chanticleer's (rooster's) voice heralds the rising Sun with exuberant tones."  Under this energetic, people, places, and things make themselves known.  This is exciting energy, one that is filled with the anticipation of what is possible.  "Heralding" means to announce or initiate something new or the dawn of something new.  How is Second Renaissance heralded to us today?

2:01 pm ET/7:01 pm UT: SEEKING ANSWERS AND POTENTIALLY GETTING IN OVER OUR HEADS - Jupiter, which is retrograde, moves to the 18th degree of Virgo and "two girls playing with a Ouija board."  The energetic naturally prompts us to learn something or get an answer, but it may not be what we thought it was, and it may be a flat out trick or deception.  We tend to give over our power to others or the outside world when this energetic is in play.  Decisions can be challenging.  Jupiter expands, so things can be taken to the extreme.  Things we had not considered or recognized can overtake us quickly.  This energy actually calls for inner wisdom and following one's own guidance and intuition.  It also shows areas that need to be strengthened (through showing what is weak).

8:44 pm ET/1:44 am UT: THE ROAD AHEAD IS REVEALED - The Moon will conjunct Uranus at "the magic carpet of Oriental imagery."  This is the primary energetic for the next solar-lunar year (beginning on April 7, 2016) because it is the Sabian symbol for the Aries New Moon.  Aries New Moons set the tone for the year.  Today foreshadows the next year, so take special note of the circumstances and situations that occur for you today.  (Who needs a Ouija board when we have the Sabian symbols?)

FRIDAY, 00:57 am ET/5:57 am UT: USING THE INNER COMPASS TO RISE ABOVE CHALLENGES - Overnight, Mercury makes conjunction with Neptune at "an aviator in the clouds."  Once again, the energy for rising above the fray is in store.  Since Mercury is involved, the aviator is trying to deliver a message.  The message may have a hard time reaching us, since there is cloud cover.  It's actually just shadows and perceptions of fear.  While the Moon remains in Aries, we remain in a "Black Moon Day," when deep emotions are stirred up so that we do not have to leak our power away through our fears.  As aviators today, we use the instrument of Spirit to navigate through what clouds our vision.

FRIDAY, 1:59 am ET/6:59 am UT - REBIRTH AND REVOLUTION - The Moon will oppose the Black Moon at this time, once again activating the "chanticleer's (rooster's) voice heralds the rising Sun with exuberant tones."  It will be very interesting to see what develops today and tomorrow.

Mercury hits the familiar note of "a girl blowing a bugle," the energy that Neptune was discharging for so long this year.  Today, we recognize something important - a wake up call of sorts - which prompts an impulse for action.  This may be a continuation of something that was shown to us last month with the theme of "a large white dove bearingmessage."

Last lunar month and this lunar month go hand in hand, as both are like month-long Balsamic Moon phases - the time of the year when we release the past and prepare the "field" or the "future" for the next year.  This is based on natural planting and growth cycles, the cycles of the Sun and Moon.  So, we are "loading in" our hopes, wishes, and dreams for the future and "pulling out" that which we do not want to carry forward.

The hyper-emotional element of this month's energy is triggered today by the Sun making conjunction (coming to the same place in the sky) with Chiron.  This combination highlights past or present pain/wounding in order to help us heal and learn from it.  Acceptance, forgiveness (in whatever way this means to you), and release go a very long way today.  Exact conjunction is at 9:27 pm ET/2:27 am UT, but is in effect all day.

To gain wisdom and guidance about the wake up call and the healing and teaching the day offers, we look to the degree of the Moon at the time of the Sun-Chiron conjunction.  The Moon always provides wisdom.  The Moon will be at 5 Aries and discharging the energy of "a triangle with wings."  This advises us to lift above the situation, let it go, or take flight.  Triangles (trines) in astrology serve to bring balance, support, and acceptance.

Self-acceptance is definitely spotlighted with the combination of today's astrology.  The Moon will move into the sign of Aries, making opposition with the Black Moon in Libra, bringing atwo-plus day period of time when personal and collective shadow sides (core fears) come out.  The instinctual body is activated and we have a face to face encounter with some type of truth about ourselves.  If our shadow side is not well integrated, we unconsciously project our feelings about ourselves onto others.  As I often repeat on "Black Moon Days," we project onto others that which we cannot face in ourselves.  The take-away from all of this is: Do you see your own value? Talents? Strength? Brilliant light?  The stars shine on us today to help us see.

"Black Moon Days" increase the potential for sudden changes, emotional outbursts, radical or revolutionary thoughts (not such bad things when change is needed), various breakdowns or breakthroughs, and refreshment to anything that needs revitalizing.  Those with the Sun, Chiron, or the Black Moon in Aries or Libra are experiencing this in the sharpest of ways.  Surrender to it.  Dive gracefully.  Accept the rebirth.

We remember that situations and conditions this month carry strong potential to be  exceptionally emotional, and that emotions are indicators (alert systems) to change anything that hurts (forgive and release it maybe?) and enhance anything that leans toward happiness.

The New Moon in Pisces, the last cycle of this solar-lunar year, enters at 8:54 pm ET/1:54 am UT.  As mentioned in the audio recording overview (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d2IZN9gylt0), the Sabian symbol or prominent energetic for the month is "a table set for an evening meal."  A place in our hearts is set for us to return - to return "home."

This lunar month puts our hearts and minds into a higher, more orderly state.  The energy is designed to lift us higher, placing us into ease.

Because it is the last solar-lunar month before the New Year (which begins April 7 with the New Moon in Aries), it naturally gets things ready.  This entire month is like a month-long Balsamic Moon phase, the time when the veils between the worlds are thinnest and our connection with Source is strongest.  Balsamic cycles "prepare the field" by ploughing up and removing the psyche's "weeds" - things that limit us or choke out our growth.  So our "fields" or our "table" or our "mindset" will be perfectly set and ready for the New Year (April 7, 2016 - March 27, 2017) and its energy of the Sabian symbol "the magic carpet of Oriental imagery."

Wise owls recognize that there are two purposes for a magic carpet: 1) an adventure and 2) to transcend whatever is happening on the ground.

This month prepares us to take our place on the carpet.  Next month, the ride begins.

Four primary themes unfold this month in service of the mission to order, structure, and adjust our minds (for the future).  The themes tend to make themselves known with the circumstances and conditions of our lives today.  The day of the New Moon is the day all of the month's energetics are in play (or "played" as in music).  The notes of the planets make different formations or harmonies.  The four themes that play out today and then gradually unfold this month are:

1- REVERING - We discover our blessings and say grace.  Beautiful things are set in place for each of us.  What a gift.  We come to appreciate things in a different way this month because of this energetic.

2- AIMING - The grandest ideas and ideals are pinpointed.  The quest for answers is set in motion and targeted for manifestation.  The highest, most civilized, most refined values and foundations are supported.  Attempts to induce chaos are taken by a caring hand and re-ordered where they belong, in order to serve the beauty and value of life.

3- TRANSCENDING - The proper way of things is arranged with additions and subtractions.  Ideas, feelings, beliefs, projects, etc. are revamped in order to make things better.  The things that pose potential future issues or challenges are seen.  What does not belong on our table is being put where it does belong.  Everything comes to its place by month's end.

4- EMOTIONALITY - The element of water rules this cycle, and it is extremely powerful with the combinations of the planets being activated.  This runs the spectrum of gentle spring rain, thunderstorms, tropical storms, to even hurricanes or cyclones of emotions. This month, we remember that we are much more than our emotions and that our emotions are indicators.  Emotions are alert systems, catalysts for creativity, impetus for action, and, together with the mind, our navigation system.  Best bet when emotions get overwhelming this month is going above for a better view (Neptune at "an aviator in the clouds")  or diving underneath them for safety (Mars at "the ocean covered with whitecaps").

On this last day of the Aquarius solar-lunar month, messages seek their way to us, prompting us to ask ourselves the following questions:

What needs to be revived?

The Sun, very active right now, is discharging the energetic of "in a huge tent, a famous revivalist conducts his meeting with a spectacular performance."  Things come to life, take on a life of their own, and take center stage. 

Adding to the frenzy, Venus is discharging "a butterfly with the right wing more perfectly formed."  Things can easily become distorted or taken to the extreme.  This happens in order for us to stretch a part of ourselves into new areas, and then bring the rest of us along.  The intention with this is for us to come to a higher level (of consciousness, of functioning, of producing) and then rebalancing of ourselves at that level.

Mars has moved into lofty Sagittarius, beginning a time when the fires of THE TRUTH will roar.  Mars empowers; Sagittarius, ruled by Jupiter, seeks the ultimate knowledge and meaning.  It wants to know and it will not stop until it finds out.  Mars will station retrograde (appear to move backwards in the sky) on April 17, and will eventually move  back into Scorpio.  It will station direct (or appear to move forward in the sky once again) on June 29, and remain in Sagittarius until September 27.  Overall, this means that from now until September 27, the power of Mars empowers the truth, true meaning, true values -- true everything.

On this last day of the lunar month when a large white dove brought us many messages, I close this month, with gratitude and thanks to the Wisdom Goddess, Matangi, and the God of Will, Seth, with a final message:

Pluto, the Transformer, has moved to the 18th degree of Capricorn and the Sabian symbol of "the Union Jack flies from a new British warship." 

It takes Pluto 248 years to travel around the Sun.  This means that this energetic was last discharged between 1770 and 1773.

Tyranny and fascism suffered a devastatingly Plutonic blow.

Today Mars spends its last day in Scorpio for this go around of the zodiac.  What will arise?

Wise owls are aware that anger is one thing that can easily arise.  Mars at the last degree of Scorpio, the archetypal energy of the Sabian symbol "children in Halloween costumes indulging in various pranks," is mischievous.  When something gets "pulled" on us or we "fall" for something, usually our first reaction is anger.  We don't like to be fooled.  So we won't be fooled today.  We know that the energetics "in play" today include:

1- RESPONDING:  The Sun is discharging the energy of "an officer drilling his men in a simulated attack."  Simulations, drills, and rehearsals are inherent with this energy.  Our past experiences are re-engaged in some way.  Trauma can be re-triggered, causing a response (trauma response) that can manifest in a rapid change of mind, body, or mood.  This often happens before we even know that we've changed states of mind, body, or mood because there is a "dissociative" factor with trauma.  Trauma reactions take us out of the present, tricking our minds and bodies into believing that a traumatic event is about to happen.  This causes a flight, fight, or freeze reaction.  It's instinctual, and it's strongly in effect today.  What's real about the situation?  What's merely a simulation or mimicked experience?  How can the response be different -- more in line with what is natural and aligned with higher values?

2- ADAPTING - Mercury is discharging the energetic frequency of "a butterfly emerging from a chrysalis."  Realizations come upon us.  We see things from a new, more expanded perception.  When there is this level of growth or emergence happening, we need to take care that we are giving ourselves time and space to adapt.  Is some sort of modification or adjustment in order?  Is there a new position to take or stand to make?

3- RETURNING - to love and the possibilities that remain, even when deep disappointment is being experienced, comes with Venus disseminating the energy of "a woman disappointed and disillusioned, facing a seemingly empty life."  We can feel our perceived "failures" very sharply when this energy is activated.  We are tempted to look at what we feel has been wasted or lost.  This is an intense energy, but it help us lose our illusions.  The things that hold us back are often illusions.  We want to return to a state of wonderment of what the future could possibly hold.  What is your wildest dream?  What are you waiting for?

4- WEAVING - Like the weaving of "a fine lace handkerchief," the Sabian symbol of the degree of the Earth today, messages, inspiration, and information come from "the large white dove of Spirit."  Pay close attention to what you see and hear today, as signs and synchronicities are coming in rapidly, weaving their way to us.  Which themes are repeating for you?

Today, Venus reaches 20 Aquarius, reactivating the New Moon energetic and this solar-lunar month's energy of "a large white dove bearing a message," doubling the power for us to receive guidance and messages from Source.

It also means double trouble for the new world order, as their agendas are not in any way in alignment with a dove of peace.  We, however, do hold a mindset of peace as the cabal attempts to manipulate the world through North Korea.  Mars has moved to the last degree of Scorpio and "children in Halloween costumes indulging in various pranks," tempting the archontically-controlled Illuminati into playing tricks.  Any attempts are "end game" moves because they know their time has run out.  Their efforts to create order out of chaos (induce a problem, incite a reaction, ride in on horse with a solution that "saves the day") are falling apart in their hands, their energies scattered to the four directions.  Nothing that they do now can have any long-term effect because the Wisdom Goddess Gaia Sophia deems it so.  Sophia is recalling the Archons, reintegrating her shadow side into her psyche.

In addition to the heightened power of signs and synchronicities that put us on proper course with our lives, today also carries the energetics of:

1- RE-ANYTHING - In other words, the prefix "re" is applied to situations.  The prefix "re" means back or again.  The energy favors re-allocating, re-directing, re-applying, re-forming, re-introducing, re-placed, re-arranged, and re-cycled.  The dynamic shows us different or alternative uses or functions or methods of things.  This comes to us courtesy of Mercury at "a tree felled and sawed in winter to ensure a supply for winter."  What can be re-done with what already exists?

2- LESSONS FROM THE PAST or from family history help us solve something or gain the strength needed to change something.  We may have to dig very deeply inside of something or ourselves, going to the core or root of it, as the Earth is located at the degree of "a family tree."  What needs to be re-established? What have we learned from past experience?

3- MAGNETIC ATTRACTION, following the Resonance Principle of like attracting like and dis-alike repelling dis-alike, is strongly in effect.  The Sun is discharging the archetypal energy of "a lady wrapped in fox fur."  We look to see that the outer matches the inner when this symbol's energy is activated.  What qualities are being displayed?

Today we want to be extra-observant wise owls in our family tree, as signs and synchronicities are falling out of the sky, hoping that we can catch them.  They "tumble blindly as they make their way across the universe" - John Lennon, Across the Universe, The Beatles.

Today's energetics are hyper-emotional, so we will ride the wave with the intention of looking beyond emotions in order to gain the wisdom that is being offered.  As we do, we will keep in mind these two primary themes, as this month's "large white dove" continues to send messages:

1- SURRENDERING A BATTLE - What notion or notions need to be given up?  The Sun is discharging the energetic of "a sword, used in many battles, in a museum."  At its core, this energy involves our will and willpower and where/how we are using it.  Is it being focused on personal ancient history -- relics of the past?  This is the year of the shift in the ages, so all things are shifting and transmuting into different things.  If we are holding on tightly to something (particularly old mindsets, attitudes, and expectations), the universe will try hard today to get us to put it down.  Consider the words of Anais Nin:

"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."

2- OVERCOMING - Perfectly, just what we need to accomplish this (or anything) comes from the Earth at "a powerful statesman overcomes a state of political hysteria" and the Moon at "in winter, people cutting ice from a frozen pond for summer use" making squares with Chiron and Jupiter.  Situations that have become out of control or things that have been carried too far come into view for resolution.  Things can go even farther out of proportion, however, before they begin to resolve.

Gauging our emotions before acting is called for with Mercury discharging the energy of "a garage man (mechanic) testing a car's battery with a hydrometer."  This may prove challenging, as we are immersed in the waters of emotion with Jupiter moving to "a swimming race."  This energy addresses situations, circumstances, and conditions with malfunctions or dysfunctions (things that are not working properly or efficiently or in the highest and best interests of all involved). 

To overcome something or make it better, the state of it must first be recognized.  Venus helps us get there, with the energy of "a forest fire quenched."  We can stop the madness.

Keep in mind that Mars is in the final throes of its transit through Scorpio, significantly adding to the hyper-emotionality of the day.  If anything, astrology shows us that things are temporary.  The energies always change with the changes in the Moon and the stars.  So, if this energy is not to your liking, stick around.  It will change, as it always does.

Mercifully, when Mars moves into Sagittarius on Saturday, March 5, the ugly behavior (especially in politics) will begin to abate and return to a more civilized manner.  Sagittarius is lofty, so the "lowest common denominators"  - the "lowest" behaviors - will fade out to be replaced with higher aims.  Get ready, Archers of Consciousness.

Since the Moon is activating Jupiter and Chiron by making squares (90 degree angles), change is afoot.  Today we are martial artists of the mind -- adapting, moving, and transmuting.  Our emotions guide us toward seeing what we need to see to get the message.  We don't fight our emotions; we understand them as indicators.  Jupiter expands, and Chiron wounds in order to heal and teach, so the spectrum of emotions may be quite wide.  This is all ok when we realize that things are happening in order to facilitate growth.  Change is most easily handled when viewed as growth.

And the Parliament of Wise Owls, the readers of the Oracle Report, is strong and is blooming the Second Renaissance.  How?  We recognize that what we do for ourselves, we do for all, and we act accordingly.  Today, we grow.

The Third Quarter Moon phase (aka the Last Quarter Moon Phase) begins today, ushering a three plus day time frame that favors completing things, tying things up, and accepting personal responsibility. Third Quarter Moon phases flood the field with the energy to do our best. The solar-lunar month is in its closing out time, which means that this month's theme of important information being offered to us is also nearing deadline.  The large white dove (Spirit) is working overtime to get it done.

There are a few things that may be helpful to know:

1- DYNAMICS OF THE SACRED MASCULINE STRONGLY IN EFFECT with gale force winds.  As I consider the energetics right now, Mars, Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto are dominating the scene, and it would be hard to say which is the main player.  In hyper-focus is Mars, as this Third Quarter Moon phase sees Mars in its final five days of its transit through Scorpio.  It takes Mars about 58 days to move through one sign of the zodiac, so since January 4, 2016, Mars has been in Scorpio.  Mars rules energy levels, initiative, leadership, new ideas, strikes and striking new paths, anger, war, the head, impulsivity, decisiveness, assertiveness, and masculinity among many other things. 

Mars is the original ruler of Scorpio, so it is at home in Scorpio, but Pluto is now considered the dominant ruler of Scorpio.  The combination of the two planets being associated with Scorpio makes Mars in Scorpio quite "scorpionic."  People have a tendency to lash out.  It can get down and dirty, going into the Underworld, which is ruled by Scorpio.

Wise owls are aware of the heightened potential for conflict or warlike/aggressive  responses within our personal lives and within the world at large while Mars speeds out of Scorpio.  We are also aware of the clear and pure energy to leave any darkness of the Underworld behind and come to a higher level of understanding or awareness or action.  Ultimately, Mars in Scorpio desires to transcend.

2- DYNAMICS OF THE SACRED FEMININE SHIFT toward refreshment and nurturance, with the Black Moon moving to the 22nd degree of Libra today at 10:58 am ET/3:58 pm UT.  The Sabian symbol or energetic frequency of 22 Libra is "a child giving birds a drink at a fountain."  With its movement to 22 Libra, the Black Moon completes its opposition with the Eris Point - the energy of rebirth and revolution (Sabian symbol of "a boxer entering the ring").  If you have read my book on Eris (free on the Books tab), you know that this is the energetic the Illuminati used to use to forward control agendas.

The Black Moon now moves from activation (by opposition or 180 degrees) of the "boxer in a ring" energetic to "the gate to the garden of all unfulfilled desires."  We like this one.  Are we ready to open the gate.  I believe so.  This "gate" is open until March 9th.  What do you desire?  Open up to it.

3- DYNAMICS OF JUDGMENT, PRESSURE, ALERTNESS, AND SACRIFUCE are weaving throughout the day with:

THE SUN at "an examination of initiates in the sanctuary of an occult brotherhood" (judgment)

THE EARTH at "a bride with her veil snatched away" (pressure)

VENUS at "a watchdog standing guard, protecting his master and his possessions" (alertness)

MERCURY at "a man turning his back on his passions teaching deep wisdom from his experience" (sacrifice)

MARS at "an Indian woman pleading for the lives of her children" (sacrifice)

4- DYNAMICS TO ANALYZE AND RESTRUCTURE BASED ON WORTHINESS OR APPROPRIATENESS are provided with the Moon's conjunction with Saturn today (exact conjunction at 2:15 pm ET/7:15 pm UT).  The conjunction occurs at 16 Sagittarius and energetic of "seagulls flying around a ship looking for food."  With the above dynamics of judgment (including self-judgment), pressure, alertness, and sacrifice in effect, we want to align with true value and true values, not scraps or mediocrity.  Situations should be viewed in light of what is in the highest and best interests of ourselves and others.

We have come to the Disseminating phase of the Moon, the time of the solar-month when the energetics favor sharing our thoughts and ideas with others, and the time when Spirit sends us messages and feedback via heightened potential for synchronicities and heightened levels of communication.

This solar-lunar month happens to be all about receiving exactly these sorts of things, because the Sabia symbol or primary energetic is "a large white dove bearing a message."  Spirit bears a message.  Do we want to accept delivery?

Specifically today, the nature and content of the messages and information relate to:

THE WAY: The Sun is located at the degree of "men travelling a narrow path seeking illumination."  This energetic involves our highest ideals and values, and our ability to stay true to those things.  Perseverance is often needed.  Sometimes this places us at odds with something - other people, other values, other ideas, and other paradigms.  

Since we are in the Shift of the Ages, a choice between an old way (and the old, crumbling world of control systems) and a new way (the new, emerging world of life based on liberty and pursuit of happiness) may cross our "path" today.  The symbol tells us that it is a narrow path, one that is traveled one by one.  I see this also as energy that is like "threading the needle" -- energy that enables us to skillfully and accurately shoot into the other side of something. - a precise shot through a narrow pathway.

THE WHY: The "men travelling a narrow path" are seeking illumination and this is the purpose of today's energy.  Spirit is working very hard right now to help us see MANY things that are very important to the course of our lives and the course of humanity.  So, circumstances, events, and situations that occur today, though they may involve a conflict or clash of our old way of thinking and being and doing, ultimately serve to enlighten us.  Can we see ourselves and the messages clearly?

Venus at "a big businessman at his desk" also gives us the "why" for today's energy by pushing the need for decisions.  With the combination of these energetics it is vital to reject or disallow anything that seeks to take advantage of or "use" us.  We stay true to our hearts, even if it is unpopular or flies in the face of others' expectations of us.  (The Earth is located at "a boy molded in his mother's aspirations for him.")

THE HOW: The Moon will have its once-a-month meeting (conjunction) with Mars today; exact conjunction at 2:54 pm ET/7:54 pm UT.  This occurs at 28 Scorpio and the Sabian symbol of "the king of the fairies approaching his domain."  I love this symbol!  It's all about returning home.

The "narrow path to illumination" is the internal path of returning "home."  It is a journey of involution.  It is the calm, centered place removed from chaos.

Insight, information, and ideas about what we need to do and how we need to do it may become quite obvious or apparent (if we are paying attention), as Mercury, The Messenger, discharges the energy of "a big bear sitting down waving all of it paws."  Something tries to get our attention.

Where are we going today?  Energetic themes for today have a common theme of moving in a direction:

1) BEING ON THE FENCE - Today a decision or show of dedication or commitment may be in order.  It is important to remain true to our feelings and to have faith that right now (with Uranus so heavily in effect), people, places, and things are being aligned with their highest and best.

2) RECOGNIZING THE MERRY-GO-ROUND - The decision mentioned in number one above may come about from the return of a situation, circumstance, or interaction that seems to be something we keep repeating.  Do you want to go there again?  Do you want to take the same action or repeat something that feels like a mistake?  What has been learned since the last time this presented itself?  Where is the truth or true depth?  Do you want to do it differently this time?  What does your inner voice tell you?  This month a "large white dove bears a message" for us, so everyday we are receiving data to help us learn, grow, and build our future.

3) REVERSALS - Changes of mind and all-out reversals are in effect.  Something may not be exactly as we thought (maybe it is even better!).  The feeling that something is fleeting or passing us by causes us to re-examine priorities or values.  Opportunities should be thoroughly examined before dismissing them.  It is easy to miss something good today, especially if we feel undeserving or unworthy of it.  This energy can feel de-stabilizing and can press on sore spots (emotional traumas), triggering fears that are from the past.  We naturally look back to the past today, but this helps us apply the wisdom of it to the now.

4) DRESSING SOMETHING UP - The source field (Spirit, the mind of God) favors the best representation of anything today.  It asks us to take pride in a blessing.  Messages and information are trying to stand out to us, so we want to pay attention.  Synchronicities are happening very fast.  Yesterday, one random and obscure thing showed up for me three times within an hour and a half and has repeated already this morning.  So, the wise owl "super powers" of immersion and observation in the present moment are called on today.

Today's energetics combine to take us in a direction, and we are headed into Black Moon Days where tremendous rebirth comes from bursts of light that come seemingly from the darkest places (of our inner self).  There is only one thing to keep in mind through Friday: to thine self be true.  That's the only compass we need, but more navigational tools are in store tomorrow.  See you then.

The Full Moon phase's goal to help us become enlightened to something is kicked up exponentially today courtesy of the Moon making conjunction with Jupiter and the two opposing Chiron.  Additionally, Jupiter and Chiron will move to new degrees in the sky, which means they energetic or signature or frequency that they are discharging will also change. 

But Lord Uranus is the ruler today, as Uranus moves to the 19th degree of Aries, and the Sabian symbol of "the magic carpet of Oriental imagery" -- the degree of the new solar-lunar year that begins on April 7 with the New Moon in Aries.  As this year has disseminating the energy of "the music of the spheres" all year long, the energy of "the magic carpet of Oriental imagery" will disseminate (or be the overarching theme of the year) over the next year. We transcend problems with this dynamic.

The " Year of the Music of the Spheres"  hit a note so strong that it cracked "glass."

In the "Year of the Magic Carpet of Oriental Imagery," the cracked pieces begin to loosen and slowly fall away.  We not only hop on a "magic carpet" to move to a higher level with it, but have an adventure in the process. 

The conjunction of the Moon and Jupiter with opposition to Chiron occurs at 9:45 pm ET/2:45 am UT, and build toward that all day.  The combination of energies is about resonance and compatibility versus dissonance and incompatibility, teams, commonality, seeing differences among commonality, and making plans.  The Moon and Jupiter are at "a girls basketball team."  Chiron is at "a little white lamb, a child, and a Chinese servant."

Other dynamics today are:

SUN: "a church bazaar" (intentions of service to others, best plans or intentions can go awry, groups)

EARTH: "a man becoming aware of nature spirits and normally unseen spiritual energies" (seeing commonality, revelations and understandings)

VENUS: "a flag is seen turning into an eagle" (rise of ideals, projections made real)

MERCURY: "a train entering a tunnel" (keep going no matter what, plough forward, people and ideas linking up, connections)

MARS: "Indians making camp in new territory" (adjustment, the new, fear of change or the unknown)

On Friday, February 26, the Black Moon will make exact opposition with the Eris Point (21 Aries and the former favored degree of the Illuminati to exert terror and attempt control) at 8:30 pm ET/1:30 am UT.  Earlier in the day, at 11:15 am ET/4:15 pm UT, the Moon will conjunct the Black Moon before it exactly opposes the Eris Point.  Since we have "Archons Gone Wild" in effect, we may see some acting out.  The cabal has not been able to pivot anything off of activation of this degree since April 15, 2015.  The "music of the spheres" has driven them out of their minds, with many seeing the light and seeking refuge as a result. 

We have "re-taken" the energy of 21 Aries, and celebrate Gaia Sophia's integration of her shadow side (the Archons) with a wise owl (readers of Oracle Report) meditation ("Wings Around the World") when the Moon meets the Black Moon, Friday, February 26 at 11:15 am ET/4:15 pm UT.  All are invited to join in at that time or anytime thereafter, as the "hug" only grows.  "Wings Around the World" is a hug for Gaia Sophia.  I will post the "non-directions" on Thursday.

As the Full Moon phase continues, we are preparing for an adventure.  We are rising above the rocky glass road of the shattered control systems.  Our destination takes us where the values of life and liberty take further hold.

The Full Moon phase enters today at 04 Virgo and the energetic of "black and white children playing happily together."  This theme will be in play over the next four days of the Full Moon phase.  This symbol is about different things coming together as they naturally should.  This energetic enables us to integrate things (things that were seemingly disparate, dissonant, or incongruent) so that they can move forward.  We overcome obstacles, limitations, and barriers that prevented us from "connecting the dots" with situations and circumstances.  Full Moon phases bring the fullest amount of light by which to see.  From there, we make great strides.

The theme of mental and physical "places" and "spaces" is enhanced today with other planetary energetics:

SUN: "heavy car traffic on a narrow isthmus linking two seaside resorts"

MERCURY: "people on a vast staircase graduated upwards"

MARS: "Indians making camp in new territory"

These symbols tells us that:

1- SEPARATION IS AN ILLUSION

2- THERE MAY ONLY BE ONE WAY IN OR OUT OR ONLY ONE COURSE OF ACTION WITH SOMETHING (even if we do not want to admit it; a forced choice may be involved - which one brings pleasure and which one brings pain?)

3- PATIENCE WITH AND ACCEPTANCE OF where divine providence has placed us at the moment

4-ADJUSTMENTS IN OUTLOOK OR PERSPECTIVE may be needed or even required (to get to a better "place" or "space" or to alleviate panic or nervousness)

And, with the addition of Venus discharging "a child born out of an eggshell," the energy or impetus to realize the wisdom that is being offered today and also to facilitate a shift into better ways of thinking about or doing things.  Something new is generated or comes about.

Wise owls note the higher potential for the new world order-induced (primarily George Soros-induced) clashes between races during this Full Moon phase, with the Sabian symbol of the "black and white children."  Any efforts toward division are not only NOT supported by predominant energetics of the fellowship of humanity, but also because the symbol tells us that the children are playing well together.  So let it go, George, because it will backfire on you.  We do not need any more "Soros/(tyrannoSaurus/Sauron."

When the Sun moves into Pisces, we experience an influx of spiritual energies.  This is quite pronounced this weekend, and focuses specifically on healing us of our fears and showing us that we are always protected and connected with Spirit -- even when we feel most alone or threatened.  Consider the juxtaposition of Sabian symbols for the locations of the Sun and Earth:

SATURDAY - The Sun is at "a squirrel hiding from hunters" and Earth is at "a large white cross dominating the landscape stands alone on top of a high hill."

SUNDAY - The Sun is at "a petrified forest" and the Earth is at "two guardian angels bringing protection."

Do you see the pattern?  The Sun is discharging energetics that naturally heighten our instincts and our defenses.  We tend to be on guard, often not even knowing why.  Primal forces are in play to alert us to potential threats.  We tend to want to look for cover. 

What kind of position is the squirrel in if it is hiding from hunters in a petrified forest?  Is it stuck?  Is it stuck in time?

Looking from a different angle, is the forest itself petrified, as in fearful?  If so, the squirrel would be hiding within fear.

The Earth -- Gaia Sophia, Wisdom -- enters with the wind of two of the most spiritual symbols of the 360 degrees.  The "large white cross" stands tall and strong, seemingly alone, but behind it also comes "two guardian angels" and they bring the protection the squirrel seeks.

Messages, information, signs, and directions are fluttering in the wind like petals falling down all around us.  The way, the answer, the strength, the spirit, the belief, the wisdom, and the desire that we need with something tries to find us.  This weekend, Mercury is discharging the degrees of "a flag is seen turning into an eagle," "a popularity that proves to be fleeting," and "during a silent hour, a man receives a new inspiration which may change his life."  The latter is the energetic with which we end the weekend.  So, the conclusion to this weekend's energetics are designed to be, on some level, life changing.  We are energetically breathing in Spirit (inspiration = in-spirit).

One other thing: Mars is discharging the energy of "an x-ray photograph."  This dynamic goes deep below the surface level with things.  Anything that is not is alignment with the highest and best interests of LIFE and the VALUES OF LIFE loses luster.  There is no room for the fake or superficial with this in effect.  This energetic can deepen feelings of loss, however this functions to help us see or understand something more clearly and take action from the wisdom that is gained.

Ideas, feelings, and situations are morphing as the solar-lunar year is in the phase of closing out (new solar-lunar year begins on April 7).  As this happens, it may seem like things are slipping away, passing us by, or eluding us.  Things are changing into new forms, but they are also operating on the principle of resonance.  Like attracts like; dis-alike repels dis-alike.  Both happen within the Oneness of everything, so there is no judgment.  We can observe and experience the changes without judging them.

Today's energy makes quite a scene.  The Sabian symbols of the locations of the inner planets center around what is on display -- things being on display, things being featured, displaying the best or idealized versions, and even putting on a show.  The energy is quite theatrical.

Wise owls look at what is being presented today clearly and objectively, relying heavily on the super-power that results from "waking up" to the "reality" of the world: discernment.  Discernment is a skill that we have been practicing for a long time.  The process of discernment comes about from activation of the will (the divine masculine) with wisdom (the divine feminine).  We understand that propaganda is running wild right now, with Mars discharging the "scene" of "crowds coming down the mountain to listen to one inspired man."  We are able to discern who is truly inspired.  The rest is flimflam.

The other symbols involved are the Sun at "a crowded public marketplace," the Earth at "in a portrait the best of a man's features and traits are idealized," and Mercury is at "beautifully gowned wax figures on display."

We consider the "display" theme within both the microcosm of our personal lives and the macrocosm of the world at large.  What are you being shown today?  What is on the stage?  What is the message?  What are the signs?  Are there repeats or synchronicities?

On the side, Venus is discharging the energy of " a deserter from the navy," so the message or whatever is on display may prompt feelings of wanting to opt out, removal, or escape.  Most often, this energy involves our morals and values and situations that run counter to these. 

Often overlooked with this symbol is the key element that it is a sailor from the navy deserting.  The branch of service is the navy.  Sailors cannot desert anytime they like because they are often underway or at sea.  "Jumping ship" can only happen under certain circumstances, so we want to consider the consequences of our actions before taking important action today. 

The navy is defense by way of water.  In astrology and archetypal psychology water is symbolic of emotions.  Overall, this energetic seeks release from anything that is emotionally overwhelming or pressuring us.  Circumstances are designed to carry this out.

It should be noted that this dynamic also energizes rebellion against imperialism and any type of control system, a wider theme "underway" since April 18, 2015, the beginning of the current solar-lunar year.

So, in the "show" of today, we see what is being presented and pointed out to us.  We engage our discernment.  We are vigilant to signs and synchronicities.  We attend to wisdom.  And when the beauty of nature is displayed for you, snap a picture and send it in for all of the parliament of wise owls to enjoy!
