Today could prove to be quite momentous.  The intensity of the astrological energetics continues today with complex archetypal elements and one particular event that lights off a time of fireworks

The "complex archetypal elements" are:

BLOW UPS AND CLOSE CALLS - The Sun is discharging the energy of "a bomb which failed to explode is now safely concealed."  With this dynamic, pressures that have built up (with anything) seek release.  Alternately, problems or things that may been hidden or averted for a time, but have a way of seeping or leaking out anyway. 

People tend to lose their tempers, act out, throw tantrums, and vent frustrations.  If conditions or situations turn this way at some point today, defuse things and think about how you can restore equilibrium.  You may need to be the voice of reason, since you are aware that it is energy that is triggering people's reactions.

The potential for the "pressure release" part of this energetic is enhanced by the particular event that lights off a time of fireworks mentioned above.  We will get to that, but first let's finish out the overall themes.

BUBBLES - The Earth is discharging the energy of "children blowing soap bubbles."  This symbol emotes wonderment, free-spiritedness, simplicity, and pleasure.  Wishes are carried through the air when we blow bubbles.  The outbreath sends our will into the world.  What is your wish?  Now is the time to decide.  The Astrological New Year and New Moon in Aries on April 7 is the time to make the wish.

BEGINNINGS - The notion of making wishes with the Moon is echoed with Venus at the degree of "a New Moon reveals that it is time for people to go ahead with their different projects."  This energetic encourages us to diversify, expand, and follow our intuition.  It does not necessarily mean that people go different ways or separate.  It's more like giving the "green light" to something that has been put in place or set on the "table" for the future since this lunar month began on since March 8.

BLESSINGS - Mercury is discharging the energetic of "the gate to the garden of all fulfilled desires."  Wishes -- desires -- repeat once again within today's dynamics, this time really pushing energy to help us clearly understand what we want or what we wish.

The reason for all of the "wish" energy is the due to the fact that we are in the twilight of the astrological year.  It sets or ends on April 6.  The time before the new astrological year is mystical.  And mysterious.  Holding an open mind goes a very long way - into the next year.  Holding an open mind and concurrently having an aim, goal, or wish turns the mystical into the material.  It makes things real.

We like real.

When we come to the place where we can appreciate what's "real," looking around we see that we are or have been quite blessed.

Since I always endeavor to "keep it real" with the Oracle Report, let's look at the real deal with the astrological event that lights off the time of fireworks.

URANUS BEGINS TO TRANSIT THE ERIS POINT - Uranus moves to 21 Aries, the degree in the sky where the planet Eris (the planet beyond Pluto, see my book available for free download at www.oraclereport.com/books) was located when it was discovered.  The Sabian symbol for this degree is "a boxer entering the ring."  Essentially, Uranus enters a ring of fire (cue Johnny Cash).

Uranus rules change, freedom. the unexpected, and revolution.

Eris rules rebirth, shadows, chaos, revelations of truth, Oneness, balance of the masculine and feminine, and rebellion.

Both seek the elimination of restrictions and tyranny - of the mind, body, and spirit.

Revolution (Uranus) and rebellion (Eris) can also be viewed as "alignment" with what is real, true, good, and natural.  Things "get right" or "get straight" under this influence.

Since Uranus rules the unexpected, we can only know to expect the unexpected.  But Uranusputs things the way they need to be, no matter what.

All of this brings fireworks.  Uranus will be discharging this energetic through April 19, with that day, today, April 9, and April 12-14 (big blast of the fireworks show on April 14) highlighted.

In reality, the "new world order" is the "crumbling old world order," but as a dying paradigm of power of control, the potential for it to become rabid is high between today and April 19, with emphasis on the above mentioned days.

Before wrapping up, Mars, Eris' twin brother, is discharging the energetic of "deep within the depths of the Earth, new elements are being formed." 

Gaia Sophia (Wisdom) is rising along with a groundswell of human consciousness in proper alignment with Thelete (Will/Desire).

MERCURY CONJUNCTS URANUS 3:49 pm ET/7:49 pm UT- The firestorm that was briefly mentioned yesterday comes today with the conjunction of Mercury and Uranus.  This combination brings unexpected news, surprising or sudden (even shocking) events, higher potential for accidents (especially car accidents), radical changes (especially radical changes of mind), torrential weather, arguments, relocations, and emotionally-charged communications. 

Mercury and Uranus are in Aries, a fire sign, and both planets are governed by the element of air.  This gives the conjunction a massive boost of power to make a lasting impression or have a ripple effect.  This is one of a few days each year that brings the opportunity to make a mark.  You could say today's energy "brands" itself in time, so what we do with it can be just as permanent.

As if we needed more, Pluto and Saturn are in aspect to Mercury and Uranus, making quite a bonfire.  This means that the things that develop from the Mercury-Venus conjunction (the themes in bold in the first paragraph) serve to transform and structure (or restructure) something for us.

The thing to understand is that several planets, several heavy-hitting planets, are aspecting each other today.  This makes the energy much more complex and definitely more intense.

The Mercury-Uranus conjunction occurs at 20 Aries and the Sabian symbol (energetic frequency) of "a young girl feeding birds in the winter."  This energy relates to responsibility and taking on too much responsibility -- more than one is capable of maintaining, thus being detrimental to self.  There can strong resistance to change.  This symbol also relates to themes/issues of trust.

BONFIRE OF THE EMPIRES - Venus' energetics of "the purging of the priesthood" (clearing out what is not spiritually aligned) conspire with Pluto at "the Union Jack flies over a new British warship" (transformation of empire and imperialism) and Saturn at "an Easter sunrise service" (emergence of spiritual order) to overhaul old systems and constructs (our own and global ones).  With all of the fire energy, we might say a "bonfire of the empires" is underway. 

This solar-lunar year has been the Year of the Shift or the Year of Mass Awakening with the energetic of "the music of the spheres" re-tuning human consciousness to be able to see the truth about all things, but particularly the truth of global shadow government.  Today's energetics cause hierarchies and power/control systems to suffer further losses in their eons-old hold over the human mind.  All is aligning or standing with what is true and "proper" (natural, sane).  We are witnessing, experiencing, and contributing to the transition into that civilization.  It's the "Second Renaissance" and it is a spiritual revolution.

THE DEPTHS - The Earth is discharging the energetic frequency of "miners emerging from a deep coalmine" and Mars is discharging the energetic frequency of "deep within the depths of the Earth, new elements are being formed."  We want to "mine" or plumb the depths of ourselves to align with our highest course, hope, wish, or dream for ourselves and the world.  Our inner world speaks to us, giving us wisdom. 

Now is the time that we are preparing for a new year, according to the natural count of time -- the cycles of the Sun and Moon.  We can put anything we want on our "table set for an evening meal" - our foundation for the future.

9:37 pm ET/01:37 am UT - THE MOON CONJUNCTS PLUTO just a few hours after the big Mercury-Uranus-Pluto-Saturn mash up.  Pluto rules the "underworld," and we are already in the "depths" with the Earth and Mars' energies, so things can get downright ugly.  Wounds inflicted by words are particularly devastating, so we are careful to think before we speak (especially if emotions are running high).

Finally, a reminder about Uranus: it always puts things the way they need to be.  It will do it the hard way if it has to, but it prefers not to.  It prefers that we free ourselves from what limits us.

Take good care today, wise owls.  Be attentive while driving, double check that candles are extinguished and electrical devices are turned off.  Choose words wisely.  Listen to the inner voice.  Change something.  Adapt to changes that are happening.  Free something.  Bring something out of the darkness and into the light of this bright and fiery day.

Catalysts for Change:  false flags and performances, shallow and self-absorbed, pushing ourselves or others too hard, drained (rest is needed - these energetics are hard on the body and psyche), incorrect assumptions, not giving fair share, feelings of superiority, interrupting the flow by needing to be in control, hostilities, harsh self-judgment

Planetary energetics are highly active today, which means that a lot of things happen in our lives and in the world.  These things are not necessarily dramatic or eventful.  They may be quite subtle.  Insights or inspiration of great magnitude and depth have just as much effect as physical or material events, perhaps even more.

No doubt about it, the day is emotionally charged.  Venus makes conjunction (comes to the same place in the sky) with Chiron today.  This energetic brings energy to heal "heart wounds."  Painful experiences with past or current relationships (ranging from sore spots togaping holes) are triggered by Venus and Chiron's conjunction.

Venus "rules" relationships, love, comfort, jealousy/envy, acquisitions and possessions, security, pleasure, desires, beauty, and money, among other things.  Chiron, The Wounded Healer and Teacher who becomes The Archer in mythology,  takes aim at all of Venus' themes today.  The exact conjunction occurs at 4:02 am ET/8:04 am UT, but is already in effect. 

The Venus-Chiron conjunction occurs at the Sabian symbol of 23 Pisces, "a materializing medium giving a séance."  Nuances become realities.  Subtleties are as thin as paper ghosts.

Since energies (including planetary energies) are waves, the influence lingers.  If we learn anything from following the cycles of the Sun and Moon it is that energetics always change when the Moon changes.  The Moon will change signs at 12:46 pm ET/4:46 pm UT, and it will change phase tomorrow.  Otherwise, the Venus-Chiron conjunction energetic would still be quite powerful tomorrow.  An altogether different planetary structure comes tomorrow, and it is a firestorm.  (Let's "table" that for a moment.  One massive planetary aspect at a time.)

Within the context of the Venus-Chiron conjunction and its triggering of healing and teaching us about the pain we inclict(ed) on others and ourselves, there are three undercurrents weaving throughout:

1- COMMANDING - The Sun discharges the energetic frequency of "the ruler of a nation."  This energy prompts feelings of needing to take charge, engage self-discipline, and summon willpower.  The energy is trying to help us gain or regain strength.  We can be extremely hard on ourselves (a continuation of a wave from yesterday's energetics with the Moon and Saturn).  The point of power resides in the position of commanding -- not demanding.  Command comes from love of wholeness; demand comes from fear of lack.

2- MAJOR SHIFTS IN PERCEPTION - begin today and are almost beyond measure and description tomorrow.  The Earth is discharging the energetic of "a professor (Gaia Sophia, Goddess of Wisdom herself - a teacher), peering over his glasses at his students" (changing lens of perception) and Mars is discharging "deep within the depths of the Earth, new elements are being formed" (new things coming to life and shifting values).  Questions with this would be: What is fair? and What is deserving?  Our teacher, Sophia, wishes us to expand our minds and go deeply with her in our minds to places that we want to form - the world we want to create, Second Renaissance. 

Visualization and putting wishes and desires into the field of consciousness now (setting "the table set for an evening meal") determines in large measure what we will experience in the upcoming new solar-lunar year.  It's basically the time of year when we consider where we want to go next with our lives.  It's important to maintain as much of an open, hopeful attitude now because it makes for better "soil of the mind" to "plant" or set our intentions for the next year.  It's not magical thinking; it's co-creation with spirit

3 - ALIGNING WITH A HIGHER MIND -  Evidence of what we might call a Divine Hand in action comes today, as we see that something else seems to be working with us - something on our side, but grander than us or a grander portion of ourselves, depending on your perspective.  When the Sabian symbol of "deep within the depths of the Earth, new elements are being formed" tends to demonstrate the power of Mother Nature and the power to bring things to life. 

New things are crossing our paths to set us into better alignment with the highest calling of our souls.  We are preparing to go deeper or higher, united behind the knowledge that we are all students in Sophia's classroom.  She hopes that many will attune with her consciousness and so she is flooding the field with information about The Mysteries.  People are being led to what they need.  The world around us is arranging it now.

As things "materialize" today, we want to breathe gently with ourselves and others.  We are in command of our responses to the planetary energetics.  We stand in our centers, like wise owls high up in trees peering out at what is happening but seeing it from shifting our perception, aligning with a higher mind, and responding with a commanding stance.

Here's what's happening right now.

10:18 am ET/2:18 pm UT:  The Moon conjuncts Saturn at the degree of the Sabian Symbol (energetic frequency) of "an Easter sunrise service."  Saturn is retrograde right now, re-doing and re-structuring everything, in the way that only Saturn's energetics can re-do and re-order.  Saturn retrograde creates opportunities for chaos, and with it, creates opportunities for order.  The energetic creates scenarios of "death and rebirth" - endings and beginnings - with all kinds of things.  Saturn is about structure and this Sabian symbol is about rising, so new structures (thoughts, feelings) rise.  We see things anew.

SEEING ANEW - is highlighted once again with the Sun at 10 Aries and the Sabian symbol of "a teacher gives new symbolic forms to traditional images."  We learn lessons with this energetic.  New things are brought to light, especially brought out for discussion today.  Rebirth, rising, and revitalization are inherent with this energetic, just as the "Easter sunrise service."  A "refresh" or a new version of ourselves is emerging.  We can be very hard on ourselves when the Moon conjuncts Saturn each month, like it is doing today.  There is no need to do this, no need for suffering.  All experiences ultimately bring wisdom.  Endeavor to do things a different way (bring "new forms to traditional images").

UNSEEN ASSISTANCE - comes with Mercury discharging the energetic of "brownies (fairies) dancing in the setting Sun."  Saturn is working with sunrises, and Mercury is working with sunsets.  Things are reshuffled and re-sorted, and our emotions can be all caught up in the mix.  Ups and downs are more common.  Energetically, this is a drain on the physical body, so we want take this into account.

The theme of "unseen assistance" is seen again with the Earth discharging the energetic of "a canoe approaching safety through dangerous waters."  This energy sees us through hard times.  It comes at the end of journeys, like the end of our journey through this year.  We are even more guided and protected when this energetic is in effect.  It reminds us to keep the faith, even under the most challenging circumstances.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, March 30, Venus will make conjunction with Chiron (exact conjunction at 4:02 am ET/8:04 am UT).  This will press on wounds or personal pain and heartaches, and often brings up the past.  This is an energetic that makes things hazy or nebulous or confused (or obfuscated).  The conjunction occurs at 23 Pisces and the Sabian symbol of "a materializing medium giving a séance."  Things develop with his energy, despite its seeming lack of form.  Things from the past can be revitalized or brought back.  We are aware of the tendencies that come with tomorrow's energy.

Today, we approach the energetics as gently as dancing fairies, as smoothly as a canoe through safe waters, and as warmly as an Easter sunrise service.

(A deeper look:

The season is ripe, we might say, for inciting chaos in an attempt to regain control.  Consider the temptation of the symbol of "an Easter sunrise service" by those obsessed with symbols that they believe can control human minds.  Look at was has been done during this "season" (in the symbol) of Easter.  A holy war is being waged on all of humanity.  The God-given rights of free thought, speech, and belief are being crucified - sacrificed in front of us.  Ritual is being played out and "loaded in" to consciousness.  It's happening all around.

This is because in the natural cycles of reckoning time, the cycles of the Sun and Moon.  These are the cycles of life.  They are the cycles of planting - as in a seed that grows and matures.  We are in the time of the year when soil is fertilized - pulling weeds, tilling it up and turning it over, and getting it ready for planting.

The same is true for us.  This is the time of year that we "weed out" our minds or go through a release of thoughts and feelings (that are not in alignment with the highest ideals).

In some circles and Illuminati triangles, this is considered a time of "high magic."  It is the time before the New Moon in Aries, the new year in the true count of time, the time of shadows.  It is the "shadow" of the season, the season's shadows.

The season's shadow is cast only because there is so much light shining - it's sunrise.  We all rise.

The cabal is trying to get a rise out of us, their way, through terror.  It is not unexpected, though nonetheless terrible.  They are playing the same old game, only it is now dramatically amplified because it has to be.  Desperation is setting in.  The "acting out" has begun.  For the Archons and their minions (the cabal), nothing is off of their table set for an evening meal.

They believe they are preparing to take us for a ride - a magic carpet ride of their design.

In the tradition of the Sabian symbols and archetypal energy, these lyrics from 2002 could be seen in a new light:

Flames and all things "fiery" fuel the air today, as the Moon enters Sagittarius and later makes conjunction with Mars at 3:11 pm ET/7:11 pm UT.  The Earth at "three old masters hanging in a special room in an art gallery" gives us three themes for "mastery" today:

1- MAGNIFICATION - With the Sun located at the degree of "a crystal gazer," something comes into larger focus today.  We see what is "refined" (purified or matured) and what is "coarse" (rough or crude).  Things can quickly become overblown or exaggerated, especially where people's perceptions clash.  What do you see?  At what dream do you gaze?  What is true for you?  It may not be the same for another.  It is, however, important to identify it for ourselves.  We are able to read people, places, and things better with this energetic, which means we should be able to get at least a quick gaze at the future.

2-  MYSTERY - The Black Moon moves to 25 Libra and the Sabian symbol of "the sight of an autumn leaf brings to a pilgrim the sudden revelation of the mystery of life and death."  A pilgrim is a person on a long journey, sometimes as an act of devotion.  Pilgrims are sometimes newcomers.  Regardless, something that has been mysterious or elusive is brought to our attention today.  It is common to feel a certain "prescience" of the traveling hands of time.  We need to make hay while the Sun shines.  Solutions to something that has plagued or perplexed can come with this energy.  Note the key term "sudden revelation," indicating that things may come about quickly.

3- MATERIALIZATION - Chiron has just moved to 23 Pisces and the Sabian symbol of "a 'materializing medium' giving a séance."  What this energetic is really about is sensitivity, spiritual awareness, and "sitting" or contemplating before taking action.  Materialization means something is demonstrated in reality.  Signs and synchronicities (especially three-peats today) materialize or show up today to make progress for the future.

Three masters, the Moon, Mercury, and Mars are active today.  The Moon will conjunct (come to the same place in the sky as) Mars at the degree of "Cupid knocking at the door of a human heart."  This is about opening the doors of the heart's desires.  It asks us about our choices.  It wants to remove barriers.  I love this symbol for obvious reasons, but to me, the singularity of the image of "a human heart" poetically reinforces the notion of what the love of one person can do.

Adding its effect, Mercury is at the degree of "a serpent coiling near an man and a woman."  This is about wisdom, confusion, tension, or something coming between things or people.  There is every reason to take the initiative today, and every reason to keep an even temper.  If we fee we are not getting closer to what we want, we are more prone to be angry (and to project it onto others or direct it inward as sadness and depression).

These symbols involving love and relationships are setting the stage (the "table for an evening meal") for Venus' conjunction with Chiron on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Do you remember when Mercury made conjunction with Chiron back on March 17?  Remember I said Chiron is no joke?  Well, with Venus the source of wounding, healing, and teaching involves love, relationships and money (not necessarily together, but sometimes very much related).

Today is a powerhouse, with the Lord of Time, Saturn stationing retrograde or appearing to move backward in the sky.  When a planet stations retrograde, it is like the beginning of pulling back on a slingshot.  Pressure begins to build.  Today's energetics have a great deal of pressure involved because Saturn is very good at applying pressure.  Things may become chaotic today as a result of the pressure of Saturn's retrograde.  All kinds of things can spill out of containment.

All kinds of things can erupt also.  Jupiter is discharging the energetic of "a volcanic eruption." 

Today, Jupiter is making a T-square with Venus, which is discharging the energetic of "an Easter promenade," and Saturn, which is discharging "an Easter sunrise service.

"A volcanic (like) eruption" + "an Easter sunrise service" + "an Easter promenade" = events and situations that catalyze rebirth/renewal

All week I have discussed how this would be an intense energetic time.  The Sabian symbols that are being activated and combined now serve the purpose of Higher Truth.  It is energy for transcendence.  We are taken beyond our perceptions -- perceptions about where we have failed, what we have lost, what we have won, what we have given, and what we have gained.  Our perspective changes today.  Dramatically, even.

Because the "air" is so highly "charged," chain reactions can occur, setting off a series of events.

The religious tones of the Sabian symbols that are activated today, Good Friday in the Christian tradition, bear close watch.  The potential for terror events is heightened.  Displays or shows of religious commitments come with the "Easter promenade" symbol.  Reverence for Creation and the cycles of degeneration and regeneration come with the "Easter sunrise service" symbol.  We are all undergoing rebirth, and the focus is the rebirth of the level of consciousness.  The architecture of our psyches is changing.  The Sun accentuates this today with its discharge of the energetic of " a square brightly lighted on one side."

The side we are interested in is the bright side, but we are aware that other sides (other perceptions) are trying to illuminate.  Jupiter's discharge of "a volcanic eruption" is forcing things to come out into the open.  This is needed for healing.  It is evident in all areas of life.

With Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn in aspect, relationships undergo expansion and restructuring today.  Things are trying to free up.  If we feel like we are not in control, problems can arise.

Oh yeah.  It's a Shodashi day.  We like those.  Shodashi sets things straight.  The week of intense astrological aspects continues, today with these themes resonating out, Shodashi-style, one after another:

1- THE SHAPE OF THINGS - The status or shape of things today gives us a good idea of what things will be like through the first half of August.  The things that are on our minds, the events and conditions that develop today, changes in forecast or fortune, and anything that stands as a barrier to what is in the highest and best interests of everyone involved are brightly illuminated for us.  Guidance is offered with the answer to the question of "What shape is it in?

2- BOXES - Feeling boxed in, boxed out, and boxed around causes us to go outside of the box or out of bounds.  Power and control dynamics, especially within relationships, flare today.  An inordinate amount of anger and aggression is present within current astrological energetics, so the tendency is to rail against restrictions.  This reaches a peak at 5:37 pm EDT/9:37 pm UTC.  A natural inclination toward rebelling is easily triggered because the energetics favor freedom.  Any place we feel restricted will reveal itself today through strong feelings.

3- TRIANGLES - The theme of shapes repeats, this time with triangles - meaning three people, three places, three things, three signs, etc.  (Issues related to "love triangles" often come up during Full Moon phases.)  Stabilization or transformation of issues or situations is trying to happen. Be aware of the potential for communications to be forceful and emotional today.  Words (and letters) are powerful under today's energetic influences, and they may come out before we know it.

4- AROUND AND ABOUT - Ease of function and performance is a mission of today's energetics.  This comes about through doing something a different way - going about it another way.  If things aren't flowing, pause and take a break.  Listen to a song or break into a dance.  Doing something that is fun but does not necessarily take a lot of time will enable the creative mind to re-engage.  Reverence (or the restoration of reverence) for a task or responsibility results from this process.  This makes life richer.

5- DIVIDE AND CONQUER tactics are in effect, but no longer as effective since April 18, 2015 - the Shift Point or Recalibration of Human Consciousness.  The tendency for people, places, and things to split apart rapidly turns into the opportunity for people to come together.  Many things are deeply mended and healed today.  (Note: Since the cabal's tired divide and conquer tactics face resistance, the only other option for them is full-spectrum dominance or "mastering the human domain" or going for broke.  Signs of this show today.)

6- TRUTH AND REBIRTH - Pat of seeing the shape of things (number 1 above) involves seeing the truth of them.  Truths about ourselves, others, and the world have been arising this week.  Today, this happens like light bulbs going off above our heads or through an Aha! moment.  We put pieces together and figure out what they mean. With two planets discharging two Sabian symbols involving Easter (Venus and Saturn) tomorrow, Good Friday, rebirth is at hand.  The control systems of the past are falling and the Spirit of Liberty is rising.  The cabal refuses to accept this and is ripe for acting out (having tantrums) through the weekend, but primarily through Friday.

7- SLINGSHOT EFFECTS - "Reversals" of many different types of things are setting up.  The Law of Cause and Effect is fast and furious today.  Consequences come about almost instantly.  Spiritual sources are aligning us on our proper course, so we may find ourselves thinking or going in a direction we had not anticipated.  Saturn will station retrograde or appear to move backward in the sky tomorrow, Friday, March 25 at 5:01 am EDT/9:01 am UTC.  The day a planet stations retrograde or direct is always intense.  Saturn is rigid, so when it stations retrograde, the energetic effects can be hard on our bodies.  Overall, Saturn is a buzzkill and a drag, but it does make for "orderliness."

8 - LOADING IN - We are in the last Moon phases of this solar-lunar year, and this is the time of year when the "veils between the worlds" are thinnest.  Spiritual messages and guidance are immersed in the field around us.  It is the season for preparing rich "soil of consciousness," which is "fertilized" by our states of mind.  It is the time of belief.  What mindset are you "loading in" or "believing in?"  For all intents and purposes, what we believe now is what we will retrieve later, good or bad.

The Full Moon phase enters at 07:01 am ET/11:01 am UT at 04 Libra and the Sabian symbol or archetypal energetic of "a group of young people sit in spiritual communion around a campfire."  The spirit of unity pervades the phase.

The notion of unity is what we want to keep in mind over the next few days, since the planets will be active.  The intensity of the energetics can be quite emotional.  The next three days are pivotal.  Here is what we need to know:

1- SHADOW SIDES - are in full force through Friday 1:10 pm ET/5:10 pm UT when the Moon will move out of Libra and into Scorpio.  Face to face encounters with ourselves and the truth of matters accompanies the energy.  While the Moon moves through Libra, shadow sides will have a tendency to come out, and some will project their feelings onto others. 

The Aries-Libra polarity's themes of success/failure, self-esteem or self-value/seeing self as less or less than valuable, decisions/indecision, dissonance/harmony, and self/others are highlighted.  Those with the Sun, Chiron, or Black Moon in Aries or Libra experience an amount of light that penetrates deeply into these areas. Be brave and remember that a new you- a more unified you - is being forged.

2-   03:06 pm ET/07:06 pm UT - Mercury makes conjunction with the Sun at "two lovers strolling through a secluded walk."  Heart to heart communications and expressions of love try to wind and find their way into the world.  This energetic seeks ease, mellowness, and enjoyment of other's company.  There is purpose or meaning to the things that are expressed, as the dynamic is "walking" us somewhere.  The catch here is Mars, which is in a trine to the Sun and Mercury's conjunction.  Mars is located at "a game of cricket," which can cause challenges with communications because things can be missed or can get through the gaps.  Mars energizes. so it will amplify the effects of the Sun-Mercury "lovers stroll through a secluded path" and its expressions of love, but it can also bring up a great deal of conflict.  Anger levels (at self and others) are certainly higher.  Ultimately, the energetic seeks to unify love.

3- VENUS - Venus is activating Saturn, Jupiter, Neptune, and Pluto.  The major aspect is Venus' square to Saturn, which will be exact on Friday, just a few hours after Saturn stations retrograde.  But it is in effect already.  Venus-Saturn brings up control issues in relationships, but everything builds toward unity.  Let's look at the degrees Venus discharges over the next three days:

WEDNESDAY: "an officer drilling his men in simulated attack" (false flag potential is high, especially given current geopolitical situations; theme of practicing or preparing for the future, unity through commonality)

THURSDAY: "in a quiet moment, a creative individual experiences the flow of inspiration" (higher forces intervene to create unity between individuals; Spirit shows us the truth of ourselves)

FRIDAY: "an Easter promenade" (unified faith, theme of rebirth) - Venus will be discharging this energetic while it makes a square to Saturn at "an Easter sunrise service."  Two symbols with Easter on Good Friday.  This is a very rare occurrence.  High alert for continued religious terror.  All owls: heads up.  Aim for unity.

The planets are working hard as we come to the last two weeks of this astrological year.  The "music of these spheres" is coming to the end of its recalibration of the individual and collective consciousness.  Where we are coming to with this is the staring point for the next year, the "magic carpet (ride) of Oriental imagery, " which begins with the New Solar-Lunar Year on April 7.

We continue to maintain emotional and mental equilibrium as the planets churn out chaotic frequencies right alongside of calm ones.  Remember: no matter what, everything is leading to unity right now.  We are all around the campfire together - all in this together.

Alright, we can expect a great deal of "theatre" the rest of the week.  The energetics of the planets are setting up in advance of the Full Moon tomorrow.  As noted in yesterday's report, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday carry intensity.  Since we are aware of this, we will not be so easily swayed or drawn into any drama that could be destabilizing.  Equilibrium is our goal.

Today the Theatre of Life plays a theme of destiny.  Everything serves to set up the future.  Everything should be viewed in context of the future.

With this, a primary focus is an end to something that has been long-standing, yet no longer serves nor belongs.  This could be a long-held paradigm, thought, belief, concept, interpretation, feeling, method, representation, relationship -- anything.  But the key component here is a change, transition, adjustment, or finale of something with which we have "history."

The "historic" astrological opposition (180 degree angular separation) between Chiron and the North Node and Jupiter is one cause for this.  Chiron (which heals wounds but also deals wounds) is located at the degree in the sky of the Sabian symbol "a prophet bringing down the new law from Mount Sinai."  The North Node (destiny, the future) is located at "a royal coat of arms enriched with precious stones."  Jupiter (expansion, higher truth) is located at "a volcanic eruption."

Do Chiron, the North Node, and Jupiter seem to be, with a volcanic eruption from the grassroots (Gaia Sophia), bringing down the destiny of the Law (Oneness) on the "monarchy" of the globalists?  Is their precious heritage and triangle (volcano) of power crumbling to rubble?

If the answers are yes, we can expect tantrums.  And the skies are ripe for tantrums.  We are too wise for distractions via tantrums.  We understand that a Higher Power is rectifying everything now, bringing the world into alignment with life as we were meant to experience it.  We observe what is happening, understanding that things are actually re-organizing ("table re-set for an evening meal"), not crashing down.  It is important to remember this throughout the week.

Today, Mercury begins a conjunction (comes to the same degree) with the Sun with a trine (120 degrees) to Mars.  Mercury-Sun-Mars aspects in fire signs bring heightened potential for aggression, especially aggressive communications and aggression resulting from people feeling disempowered, manipulated, or misinformed (or dis-informed).  People can hurl vitriol with their words.  This is the lower polarity of this energy.

The higher polarity of Mercury-Sun-Mars aspects in fire signs is increased energy to accomplish things, move them forward, communicate them more effectively, understand what is better for ourselves, stand or speak up for something, receive inspiration/come up with a new idea, and burn a heart fire.

The Sun and Mercury make exact conjunction tomorrow, Wednesday, March 23 at 3:06 pm ET/7:06 pm UT, but the energetic wave is in already in effect.

For today, the Sun is discharging the energetic of "a cameo profile of a man in the outline of his country."  Situations that develop today ask us where are our limits?  Where do we draw a line?  This energy also is excellent for making a mark, imprint, or impression on something.  This frequency of energy obviously relates to borders of nations, so the conflict that is being pushed with this issue is activated (and possibly fueled) by the fiery Mercury-Sun-Mars aspects.

The Earth adds the flavor of "the dawn of a new day reveals everything changed."  What feeling does this symbol evoke?  First reactions are telling.

This report is almost its own article, but a lot is happening.  One note, the Moon will move into Libra after midnight ET/4:24 am tonight.  This means the dynamics of the Black Moon (which is moving through the sign of Libra through May) and "shadow sides" are close to the surface.  With the light of all of the fire energy of the Mercury-Sun-Chiron aspect, shadows may show up quite starkly.  Irritability, impulsivity, and the potential for conflict are heightened.  Self-esteem issues, perfectionism, and difficulty seeing beyond perceived "failures" and "failings" also come with this.

Maintaining perspective, we remember that all of this is a function of energetics.  With wisdom and will engaged, we can override the effects.  Remember who you are.  We are all a part of Creation, and our souls are being multi-faceted like gems by the experiences that are happening at this historic time for humanity.  It makes us even more brilliant, which is our destiny. The coat of arms of humanity is indeed enriched with precious stones.

Astrologically, this week is intense, which means that life gets intense.  You will want to make sure to check back for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday's reports, as these days will be complex due to the number and nature of the astrological aspects.  On Wednesday (March 23), the day of the Full Moon, all of the planets, including the Moon, are activated in one way or another.

The "table" for this is being "set" today, with the Moon pivoting off aspects to Venus, Jupiter, and then Saturn.  All one really needs to understand with this is that very special and rare times that could be called "volcanic-like eruptions of rebirth" are happening.  This is the undercurrent of everything right now.

This dynamic comes courtesy of Jupiter at the degree of the Sabian symbol "a volcanic eruption" making a square (90 degrees away) with Saturn at the degree of "an Easter sunrise service." 

Jupiter is "releasing" things, especially things that have been pent up or stored or in hibernation, or in hiding.  Deep catharsis is happening.  The word "cathar" means clean or "pure" in Greek.

Saturn is discharging an energetic that brings "rebirth" to things, especially ourselves.  Darkness, doubt, and despair fade out with the rise of the Sun, and the possibilities that come with an awakening or new beginning.

Saturn also grinds to a halt this week, as it prepares to station retrograde (appear to move backwards in the sky) on Friday, "Good Friday."   Saturn stations retrograde on Good Friday at the degree of the Sabian symbol of "an Easter sunrise service."

"Holy Week" portends to be quite something.

Jupiter's "volcanic eruptions" and Saturn's "Easter rebirth" changes up the field of consciousness.  This month's mission of re-setting things into proper alignment or what is best ("a table set for an evening meal") is forwarded.  Situations, circumstances, and conditions in our lives - on our "tables of consciousness" -- are re-setting things in place for an abundant experience.

Since Saturn will retrograde at the degree of "an Easter sunrise service," it will be discharging this degree through April 16.  Light progressively rises and new ways follow.  It is a great blessing to have this energetic at this time.

Volcanic eruptions of rebirth (sudden changes in the way we are, the way things are, and the way they ought to be) happen today in relation to feeling like we are being tested or judged (even by ourselves).

The Sun and Earth provide answers to help with any eruptions,  The Sun is located at "a comedian entertaining the group."  Humor and a light-hearted approach work best today.  Laughing is good medicine, especially when we are prone to beat up on ourselves with predominant astrological influences. 

The Earth is located at "the light of the sixth race is transmuted to the seventh."  This is about taking the best of the past with us -- good memories that happened even within "bad" experiences.

Ideas come in fast and furiously, so we can write down all of the ideas and then implement them over the next astrological year that begins on April 7, just a couple of days later.  We embrace new thoughts, beliefs, and expectations. 

9:05 pm ET/1:05 am UT: potential for eruptions (emotional outbursts, conflicts, arguments, disruptions, or terrorizing) is higher.

9:26 pm ET/1:26 am UT: revelations, insights, and understandings about what needs to change in order for it to be better for us are higher.

As we build towards Wednesday's New Moon energetics and the intensity that follows Thursday and Friday, wise owls are called to maintain equilibrium.  We will keep ourselves in balance by spending time outside in nature, savoring the last two weeks of the Year of the Music of the Spheres -- the year when everything changed, the year when the deck became stacked in favor of free humanity.

Knowing in advance that the middle to end of the week has high potential to be tumultuous, enables us an opportunity to experience the week in a different way.  We know that we want to take care of or complete as much as possible (task wise) today and tomorrow, as our energies may be called for in other ways by mid-week.  Energetic resources may be needed then to help keep the fabric of humanity's psyche in a strong state.

I close with an expansion on a big theme here at Oracle Report: Second Renaissance (2R).  I often talk about how we are simultaneously watching the old world of control systems (Archon-driven) dissolve and turning toward the real ways, the true ways, the fair ways.  The infrastructure of 2R is already in place.  FOr example. "awake" people who are focused on health and wellness have put themselves in place (to forward the anti-GMO movement) to offer healthy, organic food.  People have returned to learning a craft or trade.  People are beginning to discuss Archons.  These are but a few examplesNo worries.  Second Renaissance is; it has been constructed over the past several years by people who have the natural way in their hearts.  Now, we just have to be it.  For this, we follow a true value system, and place our time, energy, attention, and resources on that which is in alignment with goodness.

We are ready for the energetics this week brings, we hold the line and hold the space for Oneness, and find joy and beauty in life, no matter how hard it may be sometimes.  We have all that we need.  We just have to believe.

Strong shifts are in effect this weekend, as the Sun shifts out of the energy of Pisces (the last sign of the zodiac) and is "reborn" in Aries (the first sign in the zodiac).  The two energetics are quite different.  Pisces is sensitive, artsy, dreamy, and floats in the waters of Spirit.  Aries is action-oriented, new, innovative, impulsive, and burns brightly with the fires of Spirit.

On Saturday, the Sun discharges the last degree of Pisces and the archetypal energetic of "a majestic rock formation resembling a face is idealized by a boy as his ideal of greatness, and as he grows us, begins to look like it."  If you have been reading the Oracle Report for a year, you will remember that this was the degree of the New Moon in Pisces last year -- the last month of the "old world," which was the second half of March and the first half of April 2015.  How things have changed.

Saturday's energy encourages us to aim for the ideal -- that which would be most desirable in given situations.  We are a traumatized species, and as trauma "victims," we have eliminated notions that good things could happen.  We dare not engage the process.  Who wants to get their hopes up when they were dashed a long time ago?

Hopes, wishes, and dreams are an innate part of being human that has been "written out" of our nature via archontic interference.  Today, as the Sun completes its revolution around the zodiac (from our geocentric or Earth-based viewpoint), it leaves us asking us about ideals of greatness.  What does that conjure for you?

The best guidance for Saturday is to let our imaginations run wild.  From there, things begin to come into form - into "concrete manifestation," as Sabian symbol Queen Lynda Hill writes of the symbol for 30 Pisces.  The Sun will leave Pisces and enter Aries Saturday at 11:31 pm ET/Sunday at 3:31 am UT.

Emotions are heightened all weekend, with Mercury discharging three separate energetics around the emotional themes of the Moon.  Beginnings, going different or separate ways, coming to fruition, and maintaining equilibrium are the top themes.

There is a Grand Trine in effect Saturday between 7:28 am ET/11:28 am UT and 5:08 pm ET/9:08 pm UT involving the Moon, Saturn, and Uranus.  This combination begins and ends with the Sun, as it starts with the Moon at "brilliant sunshine just after a storm," and ends with "American Indians perform a ritual to the Sun."  There may be some surprising, hard, or necessary lessons, but it all serves to enlighten us and set things up in a better way for us.  Anything that feels like rejection can be placed on hold before the final outcome is in.  This energy wants to free us from what has held us back, and will do what it needs to in order to make it happen.

The shift is quite palpable Sunday, with the Sun entering Aries, and now moving through the opposite sign as the Black Moon in Libra.  This is going to intensify the effects of the Black Moon in Libra.  I believe I could make a good case for the Black Moon (or what remains of it) being the binary or counterpart to our Sun.  In this way, the Black Moon could be called the Black Sun.  But that is a discussion for another day.

What we remember Sunday is that shadow sides begin to come closer to the surface for the next month.  People will project their cognitive and emotional dissonance onto others.  People's fears are brought to face.  Defensiveness, especially if the status quo is disrupted, can be expected.  Things will begin to move very fast, as Aries likes to rush forward. 

Recall that Jupiter is discharging "a volcanic eruption" for several more days, and the potential is high for anger to rise with the Sun moving into Aries.  Depression is anger turned inward, and inward is the Black Moon's domain.  The energy works both ways.

While the Sun and the Black Moon/Sun dance in opposite signs over the next 30 days, the sky is the limit for what could develop.  Pandora's box comes to mind (and has been the image in my mind regarding the situation "on the ground" during next solar-lunar year's "magic carpet ride" or theme for the astrological new year that begins April 7, but China already used that phrase (incorrectly) last week, referencing the race for a Republican candidate for the presidency here in the US).  Still, the sentiment remains.

It is definitely getting interesting.  More so, even, when you consider that Sunday the Sun will be discharging the first degree of Aries and the Sabian symbol of "a woman has risen out of the ocean; a seal is embracing her."  This speaks of emergence into, again, concrete manifestation.  The Universe seeks to bring us back to life.

This weekend, we want to think about, find, or create what is majestic, what is ideal, and what is rising inside of us.  How are things setting up?

Well, if you were not enlightened to something important by day's end yesterday, as mentioned in yesterday's report with the Mercury-Chiron conjunction, you very well may be today.  Look at the Sabian symbols for the degrees that the Sun and Earth are discharging today:

SUN: 29 PISCES - "light breaking into many colors as it passes into a prism"

EARTH: 29 VIRGO - "a man gaining secret knowledge from an ancient scroll he is reading"

If a scroll with knowledge about today was written by an ancient Sabian, it might tell us that by shining some light (even if it is just a glimmer of hope or possibility or imagination) on things today will bounce off in many directions in the future. 

One thought of love is an act of will.  Actively focused, the power is amplified.

The power to see our lives and the world from a much wider perspective opens up to us today.  Consciousness expands and grows.

It should be noted that the Sun is discharging the very last degrees of Pisces today and tomorrow.  You could say the "totality" of Piscean energy is being expressed.  It is like a tsunami of emotion, heightened psychic sensitivity, and spiritual inspiration.

We can also note a very special piece of knowledge from remembering what the energy is like when a planet conjuncts Chiron, like Mercury did yesterday.  Chiron is no joke.  Mercury and Chiron in Pisces go into the depths of the sea of the mind.  Therein, sea monsters lurk.  The Kraken is released.  We can unleash on ourselves with monstrous thoughts.

But those mind monsters are banished into oblivion today with the Sun breaking all of it up into pieces.  How do we see things today?

Today's other themes are:

AWAKENING to something or awakening another to something.  Venus discharges "a girl blowing a bugle," repeating the call to wake up to the truth about something.

GOALS - Venus moves on in the sky to later discharge "the race begins: intent on outdistancing his rivals, a jockey spurs his horse to great speed."  Where do you want to aim?  What is your desire? What is needed for this?  Events today link directly to February 26 - March 26, 2017, when this degree is the lunar month of the Pisces New Moon.  Aim far.

BLOW OUTS - Jupiter begins to discharge 17 Virgo, the archetypal energetic of "a volcanic eruption."  This energetic is in effect until March 26, with highlight March 20-22.  As I often repeat, Jupiter expands anything it touches.  Of course, we could expect increased geologic activity during this time, and eruptions of anger.  But this also brings "consciousness blow outs," which are wonderful things, albeit a little hard on the body.  Things that need to come to the surface will do so.  Parameters and past limits and restrictions are busting up, so it is good to not be locked into a certain way.

STEP BACK AND OBSERVE - Mars continues to discharge the energetic of "an old owl up in a tree), reminding us to use our energy wisely and see what is really going on.  We move out of chaos into the point of power - the inner center. Think before acting or speaking something important.  It is ok to take your time because we can warp or morph time much better nowadays.  Mentally move your awareness to a calm, still place if the world of "the matrix" pulls hard.

One thing that is an undercurrent right now: destiny.  Pain is being healed so that we can move on to another level - a higher level, a higher life.  What we are being shown individually forwards the group cause of life in harmony with Spirit.  The Second Renaissance is a spiritual eruption -- a revolution of consciousness.  The foundation for a future where life is sane and in balance with nature and the good nature of humanity is being laid.  It is destined and underway right now.

Let's take a full-spectrum analysis of it today.

As discussed in the audio recording for this lunar month (New Moon in Pisces at the homepage of www.oraclereport.com), this month is an exceptionally emotional one.  Today this effect is strong.

Mercury meets up with (conjuncts) Chiron today.  It looks like this:

Mercury (thoughts, communications) + Chiron (wounding, healing, and teaching) = we naturally feel pain more keenly (past pain, current pain, perceived future pain - our own and others

This can bring an emotional barrage of self-loathing thoughts and self-sabotaging actions.

Mercury and Chiron meet up at the degree of "a prophet bringing down the new law from Mount Sinai."  This tells us that the ultimate goal of the energy is to bring about a big change, individually and collectively.  New structures, new behaviors, new ways of thinking, new ways of viewing and planning for the future, and new spiritual understandings occur to elevate us.  We have the perspective that is achieved from a high position - a high mountain.

If today's energies present an issue emotionally or otherwise, we can attune with Mars playing the degree of "an old owl up in a tree," and be wise owls by:

1- Pausing if negative self-talk or sadness, pain, or loss begins.  Engage wisdom and stop the cycle for a moment.

2- Identify what you are feeling.

3- Recognize that self-loathing thoughts are not your own.  They come from an outside source:  Archons - psychic parasites operating on a sort of Wi-Fi system that activates inside the mind and body.  The self-loathing thoughts are theirs - not ours.  Human nature is kindness, compassion, love, creativity, and tribal -- even for ourselves.  Separate the thoughts out from your true nature.

4 - Allow the energetics of Mercury, as Messenger, and Chiron, as Healer, to handle the thoughts and feelings, the archontic programming, by releasing it and sending it back to Source.

5 -Recall that the energetic frequency that Mars and Chiron are discharging helps us conceive of new structures, new behaviors, new ways of thinking, new ways of viewing and planning for the future, and new spiritual understandings that elevate us.   Ultimately, we gain useful knowledge by day's end.

The Sun is discharging the energetic of "a fertile garden under the Full Moon," which bring things to fruition, but also adds another level of emotionality.  Venus shines also with "illuminated by a shaft of light, a large cross lies on rocks, surrounded by sea and mist," which adds yet another level of emotionality and tendencies to self-sacrifice or suffer, but also reawakening to things and renewal.

As we travel through the day today, we practice the skill of being like a wise, old owl up in a tree, peering out and observing.  From here, we have the best vantage point to see and understand what we are experiencing.  It's our job.

This month's themes of "revere, aim, and transcend" are up for re-examination today, with the Sun illuminating 28 Pisces and the Sabian symbol energetic of "the harvest Moon illuminates the sky."

The things to know today are:

KEEP IT SLOW AND STEADY - slow and steady is the way to go today.  Rushing things will turn them into a headache (an issue or problem) much more quickly than it normally would.  We can get way too far ahead of ourselves if we are pushing too hard or pushing in an old way.

Instead, we fall back on this month's theme of "a table set for an evening meal," where we return to an ordered or calm state and rearrange things (our thoughts, beliefs, feelings, expectations).  In other words, we re-set the "tables" of our minds.

This means we need to be open to rearrangement -- open to changes.  The veils between the worlds of Spirit and matter are paper thin right now.  Spirit is giving us advice and guidance, and prompting us to see via the way things are going today --" good" or "bad."  It has to get our attention, even through disrupting things -- in fact, often through disruptions.  If this happens to you today, consider how you can compose things to be more in line with what we want them to be.

DISPLAYS AND APPEARANCES - carry a lot of influence today.  Venus is discharging "a parade of army officers in full dress."  This focuses not only on the way things look, but more so on what is truly being represented.  True qualities of dedication, honor, care, reverence, and service that are held inside and reflected on the outside have far-reaching impact today.

REAPING - what has been "sown" or put out there comes home to roost today - again, "good" or "bad."  It's actually good all the way around because things need to be released, as this time of the solar-lunar year always suggests.  It's the "end of the year clearance," as I often call the month before the New Moon in Aries, the new year as calculated by the cycles of the Sun and Moon.  We are rewarded or enlightened to a need for a change today, and conditions are ripe for changes.

Today, things "mature."  People, places, situations, conditions, feelings, and reactions move from one level of development to another - a higher one, a wiser one.

In many ways, things mature to the point of being  "reborn" today.  The Sun is discharging the energetic of "the purging of the priesthood" (clearing and resetting, particularly spiritual understanding).  Mercury is discharging the energetic of "an Easter promenade" (celebrating the new).  Saturn is discharging the energetic of "an Easter sunrise service" (joining together for the new).  That is a lot of energy for rebirth.

Rebirth means transitioning from a state of degeneration or immobility to a state of regeneration or mobility.  Ways of being and behaving, thinking and acting, feeling and responding change today.  All of this aims to take things to the next level.  It applies to everything, as energy is pervasive.

Adding further data about the day's energetics, Neptune has just moved from the degree in the sky of "an aviator in the clouds" (10 Pisces) to "men traveling a narrow path, seeking illumination" (11 Pisces).  Things that were cloudy become clear.  This is a major influence that will be in effect until April 10.  Since Neptune is very far out in the solar system, it's orbit is long; so it takes a long time for it to change locations or degrees in the sky, and thus change energetics.  Neptune's specialties are the polarities of things being cloudy and things being clear.  The highest octave of Neptune's dynamic is to spiritually illuminate and enlighten.

Shedding old ways is inherent with rebirth.  Grief and feelings of loss can accompany it.  This effect is amplified with the Earth discharging the energetic of "a flag at half-mast in front of a public building."  This is particularly focused on achievements today, and the effort one has expended to get where one is or see what one sees.  Today's energy wants us to move on: to move from Venus discharging  "a petrified forest" (stuck on something - an idea, belief, way, feeling, relationship, habit, etc.) and more towards Mars at "a little child learning to walk" (entering a new phase of experience).

As a finale for the changes and rebirth of today, the Moon will oppose Saturn at 7:54 pm ET/11:54 pm UT at "the head of a robust youth changes into that of a mature thinker."

This month's mission is to metaphorically "set a table for an evening meal."  What does this mean to you? 

How would you like things to be?  What would you like to anticipate?  What do you expect?

The symbol requires that we engage our will - the one thing (other than love) that is targeted for siphoning by archontic (unintegrated, non-organic, shadow) energies.

Will.  Will power.  The power to get things done.  The power to set things up for the future.  The power to "set a table for evening meal."  How much do you feel you have?  Do you feel that you lack it?

There is much "on the table" this weekend to help us transcend limits or restrictions that leak our will power.  Let's break it down into areas:

COMMUNICATIONS AND THOUGHTS focus on what we are "carrying."  Burdens, heavy responsibilities, and the "weight" of things.  It is very helpful to share, vent, or process situations and feelings with another.  It will help to alleviate anything that might be weighing heavily on our hearts or minds.  Baggage can be unloaded.  There is a slight element of communications being confusing or taking a little longer to understand, so we want to be patient with ourselves and others.

SITUATIONS THAT ARE TROUBLING have a beautiful opportunity to resolve or come to peace. Rising above or taking the higher road is the directive this weekend.  Chaotic situations (or things that we are stuck on) can easily disappear before our eyes when we intend to go above it.  Peace seeks us to lift us.

THE MAGNIFICENCE of what we are capable of and what is possible for us, individually and collectively, is shown to us if we can understand that magnificence is the true nature of humanity.  We are conditioned to believe otherwise.  The true nature of humanity is compassionate, creative, free, generous, fun-loving, and loyal.  Seeing this is the hardest thing for us to do because a shadow side is running in the background.  The truth of this is cracking through.  Humanity is beginning to see its true nature.

THE SUNNY SIDE or a better perspective comes from connecting with nature, always, but especially so this weekend.  A grand trine is in play between the Moon, Jupiter, and Pluto, setting the table for emotional expansion and transformation.  Remember that we are in the last lunar month of this sonically-super year of the changing of the music of the spheres, and that the last lunar month of year is the most spiritually-infused time of the year.  It's like a month-long Balsamic Moon phase, the time when the veils between the worlds or dimensions of consciousness are thinnest.  It's a highly emotional month, so aiming for a higher truth sees us through.

As these themes are "set upon the table" this weekend, give some thought to the state of your will.  This is divine masculine inside each of us.  Let's take up our will and our desire to set the table of the future the way we want it.  How do you want your life to be?  How do you want the world to be?  Envision it and believe.  Higher forces are listening.

Today's report is written in two parts or two levels.  Part 1 is a usual look at the day's energetics.  Part 2 is an unusual look at consciousness, that may not be of interest to everyone.  So please take whatever works for you and leave the rest.  If anything, the Oracle Report aims for free thinking.

PART 1

Today's energetics carry one of the strongest signatures of healing.  This is wonderful, but there is a catch.  The healing can only come about one way - by pressing on the wound.  This double-edged sword comes courtesy of an astrological aspect that happens once a year.   When it happens, light shines on where our hearts hurt.  Our own wounds are felt, but, more importantly, the wounding of humanity is felt.

The Sun-Chiron conjunction is the reason for the high-profileor headline-making suicides that have occurred around different parts of the globe today.

There is great pain within the collective.  We understand that as one's consciousness grows, the more sensitive one is to the pain of others.  You may have worked out your own pain, surprised that today's energetics are inciting sadness for you.  This sadness is far beyond ourselves.

The intensity of this reaches a height between 7:36 pm ET and 9:12 pm ET.  This is because a few hours after entering Taurus, the Moon will activate the Chiron Point itself - the degree in the sky where Chiron was located when it was discovered in 1977.  This is the Degree of Wounding, Healing, and Teaching.  Chiron's double-edged Sword of Wounding becomes doubly sharp.

We become doubly hard on ourselves and others.

Can we put down the Sword, honor or revere our experiences, aim to bring higher truth from them, and transcend them?

Perhaps Part 1 of today's report is not so much like a usual report.  At any rate, the takeaway is to not make pain so personalized; release it instead of re-experiencing it again and again.  We can learn a new way.  Chiron teaches us.  Today's situations, conditions, circumstances and feelings are trying to heal and teach us something.

PART 2

Wise owls, we are not in Babylon anymore.

A special combination of planetary energetics is happening today that even more seriously dissolves the dissolving power and control systems.  Bob Marley wrote "the Babylon system is the vampire," and today the Sun and Chiron shine the light to further obliterate the crumbling control systems.

Consider the Sabian symbols or archetypal planetary energetics in effect today in context of the Sun-Chiron conjunction, which dominates:

We have a changeable day on tap today, with multiple astrological aspects and multiple planets moving to different degrees in the sky.  Multiplicity is the keyword today.  Multiplicity brings opportunities.

Though the exact times of activation are listed below, these themes follow waves of energy, so they disperse throughout the day.

10:34 am ET/3:34 pm UT: COMING DOWN THE MOUNTAIN - Chiron moves to the 22nd degree of Pisces and the Sabian symbol of "a prophet bringing down the law from Mt. Sinai."  This energetic brings revelations, particularly about what is real or true.  We see some shade of things to come/what is coming down.  With this, we often say "enough is enough."  This energy wants to set things straight and draw the line.

11:06 am ET/4:06 pm UT:  NEW OUTLOOKS OR BEGINNINGS, LIFTING ONE'S VOICE, OR STANDING UP FOR SELF - The Black Moon moves to the 23rd degree of Libra and "a chanticleer's (rooster's) voice heralds the rising Sun with exuberant tones."  Under this energetic, people, places, and things make themselves known.  This is exciting energy, one that is filled with the anticipation of what is possible.  "Heralding" means to announce or initiate something new or the dawn of something new.  How is Second Renaissance heralded to us today?

2:01 pm ET/7:01 pm UT: SEEKING ANSWERS AND POTENTIALLY GETTING IN OVER OUR HEADS - Jupiter, which is retrograde, moves to the 18th degree of Virgo and "two girls playing with a Ouija board."  The energetic naturally prompts us to learn something or get an answer, but it may not be what we thought it was, and it may be a flat out trick or deception.  We tend to give over our power to others or the outside world when this energetic is in play.  Decisions can be challenging.  Jupiter expands, so things can be taken to the extreme.  Things we had not considered or recognized can overtake us quickly.  This energy actually calls for inner wisdom and following one's own guidance and intuition.  It also shows areas that need to be strengthened (through showing what is weak).

8:44 pm ET/1:44 am UT: THE ROAD AHEAD IS REVEALED - The Moon will conjunct Uranus at "the magic carpet of Oriental imagery."  This is the primary energetic for the next solar-lunar year (beginning on April 7, 2016) because it is the Sabian symbol for the Aries New Moon.  Aries New Moons set the tone for the year.  Today foreshadows the next year, so take special note of the circumstances and situations that occur for you today.  (Who needs a Ouija board when we have the Sabian symbols?)

FRIDAY, 00:57 am ET/5:57 am UT: USING THE INNER COMPASS TO RISE ABOVE CHALLENGES - Overnight, Mercury makes conjunction with Neptune at "an aviator in the clouds."  Once again, the energy for rising above the fray is in store.  Since Mercury is involved, the aviator is trying to deliver a message.  The message may have a hard time reaching us, since there is cloud cover.  It's actually just shadows and perceptions of fear.  While the Moon remains in Aries, we remain in a "Black Moon Day," when deep emotions are stirred up so that we do not have to leak our power away through our fears.  As aviators today, we use the instrument of Spirit to navigate through what clouds our vision.

FRIDAY, 1:59 am ET/6:59 am UT - REBIRTH AND REVOLUTION - The Moon will oppose the Black Moon at this time, once again activating the "chanticleer's (rooster's) voice heralds the rising Sun with exuberant tones."  It will be very interesting to see what develops today and tomorrow.

Mercury hits the familiar note of "a girl blowing a bugle," the energy that Neptune was discharging for so long this year.  Today, we recognize something important - a wake up call of sorts - which prompts an impulse for action.  This may be a continuation of something that was shown to us last month with the theme of "a large white dove bearingmessage."

Last lunar month and this lunar month go hand in hand, as both are like month-long Balsamic Moon phases - the time of the year when we release the past and prepare the "field" or the "future" for the next year.  This is based on natural planting and growth cycles, the cycles of the Sun and Moon.  So, we are "loading in" our hopes, wishes, and dreams for the future and "pulling out" that which we do not want to carry forward.

The hyper-emotional element of this month's energy is triggered today by the Sun making conjunction (coming to the same place in the sky) with Chiron.  This combination highlights past or present pain/wounding in order to help us heal and learn from it.  Acceptance, forgiveness (in whatever way this means to you), and release go a very long way today.  Exact conjunction is at 9:27 pm ET/2:27 am UT, but is in effect all day.

To gain wisdom and guidance about the wake up call and the healing and teaching the day offers, we look to the degree of the Moon at the time of the Sun-Chiron conjunction.  The Moon always provides wisdom.  The Moon will be at 5 Aries and discharging the energy of "a triangle with wings."  This advises us to lift above the situation, let it go, or take flight.  Triangles (trines) in astrology serve to bring balance, support, and acceptance.

Self-acceptance is definitely spotlighted with the combination of today's astrology.  The Moon will move into the sign of Aries, making opposition with the Black Moon in Libra, bringing atwo-plus day period of time when personal and collective shadow sides (core fears) come out.  The instinctual body is activated and we have a face to face encounter with some type of truth about ourselves.  If our shadow side is not well integrated, we unconsciously project our feelings about ourselves onto others.  As I often repeat on "Black Moon Days," we project onto others that which we cannot face in ourselves.  The take-away from all of this is: Do you see your own value? Talents? Strength? Brilliant light?  The stars shine on us today to help us see.

"Black Moon Days" increase the potential for sudden changes, emotional outbursts, radical or revolutionary thoughts (not such bad things when change is needed), various breakdowns or breakthroughs, and refreshment to anything that needs revitalizing.  Those with the Sun, Chiron, or the Black Moon in Aries or Libra are experiencing this in the sharpest of ways.  Surrender to it.  Dive gracefully.  Accept the rebirth.

We remember that situations and conditions this month carry strong potential to be  exceptionally emotional, and that emotions are indicators (alert systems) to change anything that hurts (forgive and release it maybe?) and enhance anything that leans toward happiness. 

Remember, things are trying to be put in their proper place this month, setting a lovely "table" of consciousness.

The New Moon in Pisces, the last cycle of this solar-lunar year, enters at 8:54 pm ET/1:54 am UT.  As mentioned in the audio recording overview (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d2IZN9gylt0), the Sabian symbol or prominent energetic for the month is "a table set for an evening meal."  A place in our hearts is set for us to return - to return "home."

This lunar month puts our hearts and minds into a higher, more orderly state.  The energy is designed to lift us higher, placing us into ease.

Because it is the last solar-lunar month before the New Year (which begins April 7 with the New Moon in Aries), it naturally gets things ready.  This entire month is like a month-long Balsamic Moon phase, the time when the veils between the worlds are thinnest and our connection with Source is strongest.  Balsamic cycles "prepare the field" by ploughing up and removing the psyche's "weeds" - things that limit us or choke out our growth.  So our "fields" or our "table" or our "mindset" will be perfectly set and ready for the New Year (April 7, 2016 - March 27, 2017) and its energy of the Sabian symbol "the magic carpet of Oriental imagery."

Wise owls recognize that there are two purposes for a magic carpet: 1) an adventure and 2) to transcend whatever is happening on the ground.

This month prepares us to take our place on the carpet.  Next month, the ride begins.

Four primary themes unfold this month in service of the mission to order, structure, and adjust our minds (for the future).  The themes tend to make themselves known with the circumstances and conditions of our lives today.  The day of the New Moon is the day all of the month's energetics are in play (or "played" as in music).  The notes of the planets make different formations or harmonies.  The four themes that play out today and then gradually unfold this month are:

1- REVERING - We discover our blessings and say grace.  Beautiful things are set in place for each of us.  What a gift.  We come to appreciate things in a different way this month because of this energetic.

2- AIMING - The grandest ideas and ideals are pinpointed.  The quest for answers is set in motion and targeted for manifestation.  The highest, most civilized, most refined values and foundations are supported.  Attempts to induce chaos are taken by a caring hand and re-ordered where they belong, in order to serve the beauty and value of life.

3- TRANSCENDING - The proper way of things is arranged with additions and subtractions.  Ideas, feelings, beliefs, projects, etc. are revamped in order to make things better.  The things that pose potential future issues or challenges are seen.  What does not belong on our table is being put where it does belong.  Everything comes to its place by month's end.

4- EMOTIONALITY - The element of water rules this cycle, and it is extremely powerful with the combinations of the planets being activated.  This runs the spectrum of gentle spring rain, thunderstorms, tropical storms, to even hurricanes or cyclones of emotions. This month, we remember that we are much more than our emotions and that our emotions are indicators.  Emotions are alert systems, catalysts for creativity, impetus for action, and, together with the mind, our navigation system.  Best bet when emotions get overwhelming this month is going above for a better view (Neptune at "an aviator in the clouds")  or diving underneath them for safety (Mars at "the ocean covered with whitecaps").
