Engaging the skills of a wise old owl today will enable us to flip from disruptive energetics of dominance, aggression, and anger to constructive energetics of interconnection, fellowship, and wisdom.

Mars and Pluto are astrologically in a square today, imposing strong masculine energetics which can be pushed to conflict.  Mars and Pluto are the rulers of Scorpio, and the Moon will be in Scorpio until the exact time of the square around 7:30 pm ET/11:30 pm UT.  Scorpionic energy goes to the depths, and it sometimes it can sting. 

This particular combination of Mars and Pluto can take us into a realm where things seem unreal, illusive, and hard to grasp.  A general disorientation or feeling of spacey-ness accompanies the energy.  This brings inspiration, which can be channeled into creativity.  Take advantage of the opportunity, because this is what it is.  It may not be the greatest energy for accomplishing tasks in the 9 to 5 world, but it is phenomenal energy for coming up with ideas that make ALL worlds better.

Remaining in an open stance with an open mind and heart facilitates this today.

Remaining open to possibilities and opportunities is also a good idea.  These new possibilities and opportunities could come about from something that initially appears unfortunate or negative.  When planets make squares (are 90 degrees apart), things turn.  Changes take place as we move in new directions, so be aware of the potential or opportunity for this.

Resisting changes can produce rather intensive effects, especially on the body.  Listen to your body's wisdom.  It is naturally attuned to follow these sorts or shifts, so it wants to "move" today.

Anything that attempts to be imposed upon us that is does not feel right (or does not feel good) will not work today.  The old imprint tries to bring things down on us, to clamp down on us and restrict us.  Anything along this line will not work out well.  Disallow any attempt to control your mind, beliefs, and feelings.

It's Disseminating Moon phase, the time when we share our ideas, projects, and thoughts with others and receive feedback.  What comes back enables us to see the bigger picture and modify things so that they can be better.  The universe naturally delivers feedback during Disseminating Moon phase, too.  Background conversations, symbols, and synchronicities bring confirmation.  An increase in confidence is the goal.

Strong solar activity continues with three M-class flares in the past 24-hours.  It is unknown at this time if coronal mass ejections accompanied any of the flares.  The flares occurred yesterday at 10:33 am ET, 7:53 pm ET, and 11:23 pm ET / 2:33 pm UT, 11:53 pm UT, and 3:23 am UT.

Today's overall energy is no less potent.  Mars meets up with Uranus at the same place in the sky.  In astrology this is called a conjunction.  Jolts (more accurately, joules) of energy ripple through the field of consciousness (or grid of consciousness).

When the electromagnetics of these two planets meet up, shocking, surprising, and amazing things happen.  Accidents are more common under this dynamic.  Mars' energy wants to move ahead and make things happen.  Uranus' energy wants to free us of whatever holds us back and get us back on our proper course.

Oftentimes, it's a clash of the titans.  Mars says, "Out of my way."  Uranus says, "Only if I say so."  Uranus always wins in this contest.  He is older and wiser and has the mission of alignment with what is in our highest and best desires/interests.  Uranus works at the soul's level.

Venus starts the day at the degree of "the gate to the garden of all fulfilled desires" today, so that is a bonus for the energy of putting us where we need to be. 

Later in the day, Venus will move to the degree of "a woman in pastel colors carrying a heavy and valuable, but veiled, load."  This energetic has been strongly in effect since March 2014.  Today it brings the power to release or share a burden or secret and also the power to "load in" our hopes, wishes, and dreams for the future.

It's a complicated day, and the Sun is amplifying it all.  Under these conditions, we aim for keeping things as simple as possible.  And we follow the course.

The Sun released a powerful M9.2-class (almost X-class) flare with coronal mass ejection Saturday, March 7 at 5:22 pm ET/10:22 pm UT.  The archetypal energy of 11 degrees of Libra - "a professor peering over his glasses at his students" was delivered.  This is most interesting given that the Sun was making conjunction with Chiron, the Wounded Healer and Teacher, at that time.

In the weekend's post, I discussed how the energy would bring up old pain, but that the wise thing to do was to focus on the teaching component of Chiron.  I think the Sun (the divine being Sabaoth, according to the Gnostics) wanted to make sure we understood the teaching (or lesson, if you prefer, though I dislike the connotation of punishment with that word). 

The solar flare and coronal mass ejection - the extreme light - reinforced our ability to see (and be).

Moving back into the present, today's energy prompts a feeling of wanting to propel forward or get things going.  We have ideas or visions in our minds of how we want things to be and we tend to want them now under this dynamic.  In many ways, change is actually craved today, unlike most days when we are rigid and rickety with change.

But the Sun is disseminating the energy of "a table set for an evening meal" today, which is about making preparations and having patience.  So there is a conflict or rub if we are trying to push things ahead of their time.

The highest octave of the "desire for change" energy today is to take another look at the table that is set for an evening meal (the field of consciousness) and see what we might like to add to it.  The table may be set, but are there flowers?  Do you want to add candles?  What would make it more suitable or beautiful?

In other words,  what do we want to add to our ideas and visions of the way we want our experience of life to be over the next year?  (The "new year" according to the natural cycle of the Sun and Moon begins April 18.  Until then, we are "loading in" to the fields of time and space our intentions and visions for the next year, i.e. setting the table.)

Keep in mind that there is an energetic signature that makes us more sensitive to going against the grain or the status quo or what is socially acceptable.  If you feel naked and exposed, you are stepping beyond your comfort zone as you follow your heart's path.  Be patient with yourself.

It's easy to find errors, see mistakes, and over-analyze today.  When coronal masses are ejected, our brains light up, too.  We have more brain power.  Let's keep ours from blowing fuses.  Take breaks so that there is time for mental rest.

One last thing: If you find yourself in a conflict with someone, pause and determine if it is a battle you want to engage and if you have what it takes to back it up.  It is very important to gauge situations before reacting to them today.  Even if you are "right," it is not necessarily in your highest and best interests to assert yourself.  If anger is being triggered, it is even more important to gauge the situation.  Be wise and take care of yourself.

Venus is delivering beautiful things that we can add to our "table" today.  What are you adding to yours?

The Sun makes conjunction with Chiron on Saturday at the degree of the Sabian symbol "in a huge tent a famous revivalist conducts his meeting with a spectacular performance."  This energy tends to take people, places, and things to extremes.  But the higher level of this energy wants bring something inside of us back to life.

The Sun making conjunction with Chiron empowers the themes Chiron "rules."  Chiron is the wounded healer, as is often said.  Wounding is experienced in order to activate knowledge of how to heal.  Old traumas can be triggered.

But what is not often said of Chiron is that it the energy of the teacher - excellent teachers - and bridging/bridges.  The best teachers are able to bridge us from something that we do not understand at all to understanding it.  We then can apply this new knowledge in the context of other things we have learned and we innovate it (do something new with it or take it to another level).  This is the way Chiron's energy works.

The Sabian symbol of the Sun and Chiron's conjunction, the "revivalist" energy of stirring things up and/or reviving something, is paired with wounding, healing, and teaching.  It's tricky because the wound-energy of Chiron easily wanders into the land of victim.

It should be noted that all of this, of course, is reflected in the world around us in the geopolitical theatre.  Wounds and division are being reinforced in order to manipulate minds.  This is the lowest octave of the energy, perfectly timed to the energetics of the planets, but doomed to fail because it is not based in truth, and truth is overtaking lies.

It's best to focus on or understand this weekend's events in our lives from the teacher-energy perspective of Chiron, with an added element of the events trying to revive or bring something meaningful back to life.

Engaging the imagination and opening the heart will help this revival.  Compassion and wisdom will go a long way, as well.

It's Full Moon Friday in the "crowded public marketplace" (the collective of humanity) and the air is buzzing!

During Full Moon phases, all kinds of things reach a height - an extreme.  This is great when a person, place, or thing is in balance.  The energy just makes those things even better or stronger. 

But the Full Moon phase energy shakes, perturbs, and rattles things that are out of balance.  This is why people are more impulsive during Full Moon phases or catch "Full Moon Fever."

The fever easily spreads throughout the crowded public marketplace today.  The highest octave of the energy prompts us to pursue or discover our passion.  It brings lovely creative ideas and insight into our gifts and missions in life. 

The lowest octave prompts people toward destructiveness (of self or others) because another thing full light does is bring out the darkest shadows.  The Sun is moving toward conjunction with Chiron, the planet of wounding, healing, and teaching.  Beginning today and continuing through Saturday, be aware that there is strong potential for a tremendous amount fear and wounding to be amplified.   It is very important to stay grounded and "hold the line" Saturday because a massive chain of events could very easily erupt.  Among other things, Chiron rules bridges and the arts of war.  We remain grounded to the values of life, love, freedom, peace, respect, and compassion.

Full light is being thrown off by the Sun, with two solar flares overnight.  The first, an M3.1-class) occurred at 11:57 pm ET/04:57 am UT.  A coronal mass ejection accompanied it.  The Moon was located at 21 Virgo with the Sabian symbol of "a girl's basketball team."  Teamwork, cooperation, and fellowship is implied with this image.  The fact that it is a "girl's" basketball team speaks to addressing individual needs and levels of ability within groups - a "feminine" principle.  The goal of this energy is to enable us to see or better understand what we have to contribute to the collective of humanity.

A second flare was released about three hours later.  It is unknown at this writing whether a CME was produced, but if so, I will write about it tomorrow.

Today wise owls are holding the line, keeping things real, and connecting to our heart's desires in the crowded public marketplace.

We are wise to always be open to receiving messages and inspiration, but today's energetics bring them via special delivery.

These messages and inspiration have various missions:

• to fortify or strengthen our inner knowing
• to stimulate creativity, ideas, and solutions
• to tighten our alignment with our heart's desires and course in life
• to break through illusions we have about ourselves (particularly our perceptions about where we think we have failed)
• to open our eyes to the fact that things are changing for the better (and thus giving hope) and that there is unseen assistance
• to teach us that the point of power is in the present moment and that there is no reason to fight against things or rush them.

Specifically today, if we can attach to the mindset of wonderment and fascination for the workings of nature and the universe, the messages and inspiration come more easily.  It's a child-like state of mind, and as we grow and become wiser, we see the value of it.  It connects us with joy and the fulfilment of the soul.  Ultimately it guides the actualization of our personal destinies.

The energetics of the day are quite dreamy, but it is a paradox because we slip into awareness where we are actually able to see things more clearly.  Much of the dynamic is courtesy of Venus at the degree of "fairies dancing in the setting sun."  As the Sun sets today, the Moon is Full, so a celebration of some sort seems to be in order at sunset.  Prayers of thanks are always good.

Be aware that along with this dreamy energy, our own and other's shadow sides may show out since the Moon is in Virgo, the sign where the Black Moon is currently transiting.  The Moon is in Virgo through tomorrow night around 8:00 pm ET/1:00 am UT.  During this time, the tendency is for people to project their own feelings onto others because we place on others that which we cannot face in ourselves.  Feelings of failure, inadequacy, mistrust, and vulnerability are triggered.  These are shadows; they are unreal.  These issues become blown out of proportion so that we will recognize and integrate the lesson.  If you experience this (by projecting or being projected upon), what can be learned here?  What needs to be seen?

Welcome to a phenomenal day for opportunities, wise owls!  This is the mindset to approach today's powerhouse of intense energies, courtesy Venus, Uranus, Jupiter, and Pluto.  These planets are delivering opportunities for profound change and transformation in our lives and in the world.

Phenomenal, profound power is a good descriptor for what is available today.  Here are the places where this phenomenal, profound power find focus to deliver change and transformation today:

RELATIONSHIPS:  The primary dynamic of today's massive astrological aspect takes relationships (professional, personal, romantic, familial, etc.) to an altogether different level.  This may be a higher level, or if there is not enough resonance (like-mindedness) in the relationship, it may end.

We can rest assured that the change is for the best because Uranus is involved, and Uranus puts things right when we have not been able to do so for ourselves.  It puts us where we need to be.  Uranus saves us by our rejections, so if you experience this today, know that the change is in the best interests of all involved.  Uranus' changes are often delivered swiftly and shockingly.  This only means that dramatic conditions had to be enacted to make the change. 

The relationship we have with ourselves is just as much under transformation as our relationship with others (maybe more).  Inner peace, inner power, and inner connection were the goals of this past year's energy with the Sabian symbol for the lunar year being "the ruler of a nation."  Mars reaches this degree today, prompting us to answer our inner call and do the things we need to do for our soul.  What calls you back toward balance today?

Be aware that strong Uranus aspects bring higher potential for accidents.  Maintain your awareness in the present moment while driving and take care to double check that electrical devices are turned off and flames are extinguished.

MARKETS:  Markets of all types (stock, currency, commodity, malls, etc.) are highlighted all month long with the Sabian symbol of the lunar month being "a crowded public marketplace," but today puts these in special focus, especially the ones related to money.  There is a signature of being "outfoxed" and "outfoxing."  False senses of security can be snatched away, showing where more personal responsibility needs to be accepted.

(Today's headline in the US is that major retailer Target will lay off thousands of people.  This comes as sweeping layoffs are quietly happening within the government and defense contractor sectors - the last stand of the new world order's structure.  This is a long discussion, but the fact that the globalists are ready to let their final sectors fall shows me that they are ready to take the final hit at the economy.  The second quarter of the fiscal year is going to be interesting.)

REVELATIONS:  Today brings insights, understandings, or recognitions that are life-changing.  Truly.  To come to this, the questions that may come up are What good is it? and What use is it? 

Venus and Uranus are making conjunction today at the degree of the Sabian symbol of "an Indian weaving a basket."  This is the weaving of the story of our lives.  Our past and our present is represented.  Elements of the past (people, places, and things) may return today for review and possible reintegration.

One signature in the myriad energetic signatures today is Spirit's signature.  Spirit desires to reveal itself in our lives.  It wants to write (weave) the story of our lives with us.  While remaining centered in the midst of massive energies today, pay close attention to the natural world, symbols, and synchronicities.  If you see a fox, pay extra special attention, and take care to not give away your power to someone who might be tricking you.

CHAINS OF EVENTS:  Today's energy has strong potential for something to set off a series of effects or consequences.  People can easily get caught up with something that is out of control (gossip, accusations, etc.)  Potential for a global chain of events is higher today.  Be mindful of what you are helping to keep in motion.  Is there something from which you need to withdraw?

We stay out of the swirl with a blanket of security today, aware that the energy may look one way, but is actually presenting phenomenal, profound, and powerful transformation.  Like the butterfly, we trust the process.

After almost a month of flat solar activity, yesterday the Sun released three solar flares, two of which produced coronal mass ejections (CMEs).  All of the energetics of the planets were supercharged (see the Archives for yesterday's post to see what was being amplified). 

The Sun does not release flares at random times.  It is purposeful.  We can look specifically at the degree of the Moon at the time of a flare for the most specific astrological message.

The first flare (M3.7-class) with CME occurred yesterday at 10:28 am ET/3:28 pm UT when the Moon was located at 8 Leo and the Sabian symbol of "a communist activist spreading his revolutionary ideas."  This symbol brings the energy for upsetting the status quo.  It can also be a brain-washing or mind-control type of energy.

A second flare (M4.1-class) occurred at 2:31 pm ET/7:31 pm UT, but was not accompanied by a CME.

The third flare (M8.2-class) did unleash a CME overnight at 8:35 pm ET/1:35 am UT.  This flare almost reached X-flare range and is rippling through the fields of our bodies.  Were you able to sleep?  The Moon was located at 13 Leo with the Sabian symbol of "an old sea captain rocking on the porch of his cottage."  This symbol images quiet reflection on the past and future.  We see what we have weathered and how it has shaped and strengthened us.  Perhaps we see how some element may have worn us down.  This symbol envisions that even the stormiest past can find peace.

The Sun's sudden liveliness is happening with the wave of energetics that crests tomorrow, Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 1:29 pm, with the conjunction of Venus and Uranus with Jupiter in trine and Pluto in square (Jupiter 120 degrees apart and Pluto 90 degrees apart from Venus and Uranus).  These angles produce massive intensity for the times, and many people are feeling it and responding/reacting to it. 

For a week now, this energy has "loaded in" high drama, insomnia, feeling like you or things are coming undone, high anxiety, deep spirals of depression, sudden surprises and shocks, and things that are radically life-changing (especially within relationships).  Strong solar flares such as these super-charge already-present energetic dynamics.  So all of these themes are being amplified by the power of "sun works" - the strongest fireworks of all. 

When we do not know what is going on, we personalize the energy and think that it is coming from something inside of us.  Something inside of us must be causing it.  But the fact is the energy is coming from outside of us, triggering a response.  Understanding the difference is key.  The knowledge of this truth frees us to see that we do not have to be victims of strong energetic influences.  We can keep them outside of us, and instead respond fro a place of wisdom to circumstances and events that occur.

We understand that the energy is trying to change the status quo of the world at large and our own status quo.  We can work with this instead of it working us.

We practice a lot of skills, but today we will add the skill of being like an "old sea captain rocking on the porch of his cottage," observing from a distance and far away from storms. Though we know a "stellar upgrade" is underway to bring all things to a new state (a new level, a new playing field), we can choose our responses.  We know that there will be effects from this energy (like insomnia and states of depression), but these are leading us to something else.  We can follow the transformation - the unfolding of Renaissance.

There's a crowd gathering around the tent of the crystal ball reader in the public marketplace today.  Word has it that something is afoot and everyone wants to know what's happening.

Mars moves to the degree of "a crystal gazer" amidst a slew of energies that are generally unsettling.  Much is "loading in" to the field of the future right now (more detail in this month's audio recording of the overview of the lunar month, available on the Home page of www.oraclereport.com).

In the immediate future, all of the energy is building toward Wednesday's massive astrological aspects.  What develops under this energetic is directly seeded into the future.

It's also a time of high magic, as we are in the Gibbous phase of the Moon.  So the power of intention is high.

The energetic that is building toward Wednesday is accompanied, on one end, by miraculous transformations, alignment with more of who we are and what we are doing, strengthening of values, and relationships moving to a higher level. 

On the other end, the energetic is accompanied by insomnia, hyper-vigilance, radical life changes, break-ups, sinking feelings of depression, and anxiety.  If your astrology chart is being activated by the degrees of Wednesday's aspects of Venus, Uranus, Pluto, and Jupiter, you may be experiencing more of this end of things.  This is because you are undergoing radical transformation.  It's a good thing, but it often comes with these symptoms, which are like growing pains.  Don't get it twisted by thinking you are coming undone.  This is a by-product or effect of energy.  If you are resisting changes, it is harder.  It's an opportunity to learn how to flow with the way things are taking you.  As with all things, especially astrology, it will end.  And you will be transformed.

The skill that wise owls practice today is the skill of emanating peace.  This means that we engender inner peace and hold the frequency of it so that it can radiate out.  The value of peace is a constant, but today it should be a concentrated focus.  All of the Mahavidyas (Wisdom Goddesses) are on duty today.  Their guardianship encircles us.  We join them by connecting with our inner power and connecting with the values of peace and freedom.

As I've been discussing over the past few days, the Sun is making opposition with the Black Moon on Saturday, which causes illumination to fall on shadows.  Our shadow sides are called to light, which means they are seen, usually through projection onto others.  What has been hidden shows out for healing.

It's actually a quest for healing on Saturday with the Sun moving to the degree of the Sabian symbol "men travelling a narrow path seeking illumination."  This was the symbol for the  Pisces Lunar Month last year, which was March 1 - March 29, 2014.  Where has your path taken you since then?

The symbol speaks to perseverance and following or even giving ourselves over to inner guidance, particularly when the road gets rocky.  At the highest level, the symbol speaks to reaching a place where our highest desire is to be an instrument in the service (symphony) of Spirit. It's the mystical life. 

(There is a popular bumper sticker in the coastal southeastern region of the United States that says "Salt Life."  I do not know if this is popular in other areas.  Someone should make one that says "Mystic Life.")

Revelations continue on Sunday,as the veils between the worlds, so thin during this time of year, virtually drop.  This is the time of the year that is like a month-long Balsamic Moon phase.  This type of month's energy is configured in the natural order of life to bring us closest with Spirit, closest to the dreamtime, closest to our inner self, and the closest to actualization of who we truly are and what we have to offer.

Sometime, the revelations that come with this energetic signature are like being blinded by the light.  Sometime the veil is snatched away.  Sometime the veil is pierced.  But a higher order takes over to direct how this happens and we are wise to accept the process because it is divinely guided.

The situations, conditions, and events that are "loaded in" or experienced Sunday feed directly into the power-packed day I've been highlighting - Wednesday, March 4, 2015.  Take note so that you can see correlations and patterns Wednesday.  Remember that Wednesday's dynamic includes Venus making conjunction with Uranus, both squaring Pluto.  Here's the easy equation:

Venus (love, relationships, values) + Uranus (change, putting us where we need to be, shocks) + Pluto (deep transformation) = necessary changes with feelings, relationships, and values that cause transformations at core levels and alignments with the highest and best interests of our souls

That's good stuff!  But there is a lot more to it because the added variable in the equation is Jupiter, which will be in a trine with Venus and Uranus.  Jupiter takes the equation into the range of calculus because Jupiter expands everything it contacts.  So, everything in the above equation is amplified.  See what develops for your Sunday because it is loading toward your Wednesday.

Themes that may be woven into Sunday's energy are levels of dedication or commitment and being tested or challenged.

A lot is happening this weekend because a lot is being loaded into the field of consciousness with angles in the starry skies.  There is tremendous opportunity for spiritual growth with this.  Remembering that the energy and events are trying to put us more in alignment with who we truly are and what we are here to do and experience.  It's illuminating.

Today's energy is all about seeing things and then measuring what that means.

Some things we see clearly but may not want to.  Some things we see with growing awareness as if we were panning back to slowly take in a larger view.  Some things are not visible at all, but we are still on the lookout because we intuit that clarity is there.

As we see things today, we are prompted to take measure of what they mean to us.  The energy tends to have us gauge things because we want to know what to expect in the future.  We don't want to be caught unaware.  This is a strong undercurrent in the energetic dynamic today. 

It is always best to keep firm footing in the present moment, but our psyches are naturally inclined towards looking toward the future right now.  That future should not be entirely gauged upon the status of things now because the status of things will undergo change and transformation next week with Venus, Uranus, and Pluto activating.  So take measure or take account of the insight you gain today, but understand that this will evolve to another level next week.  Maintain a fluid stance of awareness, not a stance of paralysis.

The energetic wave of the Sun's opposition to the Black Moon, which crests overnight Saturday, has already entered and people are already acting ugly.  Further projections of people's shadow sides (core fear) will continue.  Rise above it if someone projects their own stuff onto you.  Mentally climb a tree.

Today, look at things with eyes that see and then take their measure.  What does it mean to you?  Does it matter to you?  How does it fit in?  What do you want to do with it?  What has been learned?  Where do you want it to go?

Today's energy is all about looking ahead, but before we time travel, a brief account of the present keeps us grounded and keeps things real.

Things move quickly today.  The wise owls in a tree (the Sabian symbol for the degree of Saturn right now) shape shift into road runners, like the one wise owl Lawrence encountered this past weekend.  Road runners are ground birds.  They rarely fly.  Bu they can run 18 miles an hour!  In Animal Speak, Ted Andrews writes that road runners symbolize "opportunities to plan and set these plans into motion."  In other words, "load in" - the theme for this lunar month. 

This month, we are loading our intentions not only into the collective consciousness of humanity (the "crowded public marketplace") but we are also loading our hopes, wishes, dreams, projects, and goals into the next astrological year (which, by the natural count of time, begins April 18).

Today, Venus arrives at the degree that streams in threads of inspiration, ideas, solutions, information, intentions, and knowledge to us.  The energy is designed to stimulate our minds with new and even radical thoughts.  These may seem quite foreign or alien (and they are) because they come from a completely different energetic.  It's a very ancient energetic that is returning to awareness as part of the Second Renaissance.  Be open to people, places, things, and ideas that are different from your normal experience.

Now let's speed into the future.  There are two days that are highlighted for us:  Saturday, February 28 and Wednesday, March 4.

On Saturday, February 28, the Sun will be moving into exact opposition with the Black Moon.  This transit triggers everyone's shadow side to come out.  If we are not aware of our core fear, we react to the circumstances and events of the day through projecting our own fear onto others.  There are only a couple of days a year when the Sun makes an aspect with the Black Moon, and it can bring out the best or the worst in people.  It will heavily involve themes of expectations (our own and others), levels of trust and vulnerability (or lack thereof), and perceived failures.  However, it brings solutions to these themes, as well.  In the end, the Black Moon always leaves us with a gift.

There are also multiple, significant astrological aspects in play Saturday, not least of which is Pluto's move to a new degree in the sky.  Uranus, Pluto, the Moon, and the Moon's Nodes will form a different sort of Grand Cardinal Cross for five hours between 7:00 am - noon ET/ noon - 5:00 pm UT.  Events that are taking place, which likely involve changes, contribute to the future - destiny.

The main energetic of this mini Grand Cardinal Cross comes from Uranus and the Sabian symbol of  "an Indian weaving a blanket."  The threads of inspiration, intention, and knowledge that stream in today are being woven into something larger.  We are "weaving" blankets of protection, freedom, and creativity into the collective.  We are blanketing the field.

The things we are "loading in" (the mindset we are holding) creates the way your piece of the blanket looks.  How is yours looking right now?

Today in the sky above the "crowded public marketplace," two major events are happening. 

First, the Black Moon will move to the 11th degree and the Sabian symbol of "a boy molded in his mother's image of him."  The shift happens all day, but enters fully at 2:34 pm ET/7:34 pm UT.  This energy presses on any places where we seek the approval, validation, or acceptance  of others.  This energetic signature is amplified by the Moon in Gemini because this is the quintessential issue of Gemini (and most particularly those with the Black Moon in Gemini).  How well we feel we are living up to our own standards and expectations, as well as other's standards and expectations for us, is playing out at the Theatre in the crowded public marketplace.  It's a drama for sure, with deep swells of emotions and fast currents of rejection potentially running amuck.

Second, the Sun will meet up with Neptune today at the degree of "a girl blowing a bugle."  The Sun conjunct Neptune in Neptune's home sign of Pisces makes this a very significant day.  Much is being "loaded in" to the field from higher spiritual sources.  Spiritual information is being delivered  to each of us, courtesy of the Divine Masculine, which has been pivoting off of Neptune's energetics for over a year now.  The spiritual information that is being delivered to us tells us what we need to do to stand up on the inside.  Do we need to bring inner balance by being more receptive or by being more active or both?  A sort of energetic "call" is going out into the world and into our inner world.  It is an energetic ripple through the collective that will prompt or set off reactions - deluges.  On all levels, today's events will serve as a prophetic forecast for the future.  This energy is strong all day and builds to exact conjunction at 11:34 pm ET.

The issue to be aware of is the vast potential for things - anything - to be blown out of proportion under these two factors.  And since other symbols of the degrees of the planets today give a heads up that perhaps the girl is not quite adept at the bugle just yet, and likely blaring a good deal of dissonance.  Perhaps it's this assault on our ears and senses that wakes us up saying "Make it stop!"  Perhaps this is what we need to help us see something and solve something.

It will be interesting to see what or who floods onto the world stage of the crowded public marketplace's Theatre today.  On our own stage, we take care to understand the difference between what is being blown out of proportion as a release of suffering and what is blown out of proportion as a tantrum.  One is real and the other is fake.  One aims to free and one aims to control (others).

The Sun and Neptune together in Pisces gives maximum light for spiritual connection and expressions of creativity.  It's sublime and divine.  It's a wondrous day.

Today is the last day of the Crescent Phase of the Moon, the time of the lunar cycle that presents challenges.  The days of the Crescent Moon phase test our dedication to anything that was "seeded," intended, or happening during the New Moon Phase.  During Crescent phase, the seed that was planted opens, struggling to find its way upward and into the light.

Tomorrow, with the First Quarter Moon phase, the seedlings pop through the ground, ready to burst into growth and toward flowering.

Today, we persevere.  We continue upward with the knowledge that we are, in the natural cycle of life, headed toward more light.  More light means solutions can be seen.

If you having been dealing with troubles, worries, distresses, or challenges over the past few days of the Crescent phase, there is a spiritual force in place today to airlift you out of that.  This force is the Wisdom Goddess Kamala and she is not only real, but she is part of an even greater force.  Kamala never leaves anyone behind.  She scoops up everyone and brings them forward.  If you desire, she will oblige.  In your mind's eye (or even better with your actual eyes) , picture a flower.  Then take a deep breath and release the worries on the outbreath.  Turn them over to Kamala.  She will rework the issues so that we have a different vantage point with these things for the First Quarter Phase.

There is an energetic signature today that may find us feeling like we are repeating things, even repeating mistakes.  Instead of looking at the "failure" of something, think about what type of intervention or change is possible at this time.  We are not the same people we were the last time this signature was in place (heavily six months ago and one year ago).  We are stronger and wiser and capable of doing things differently.

Another energetic in place is the tendency to see things or see someone as less than we previously thought.  Most likely this is related to our own wishes about what we ourselves want to be.  When we project our own desires onto others, we tend to be harsh when we feel they are not living up to it.  This is unfair.  Be gentle with people today.  There is no pushing in the crowded public marketplace.

The highest expression of today's energy comes from recognizing and balancing our own needs and the needs of others.  This theme repeats within multiple Sabian symbols today, and is a worthy endeavor.

This weekend in the "crowded public marketplace" of the collective consciousness of humanity, sparkly things are on display, children play together, and people are laughing.

Another view of things shows that so much is happening that it is creating congestion, confusion, impatience, and even panic in some places.

There is a tremendous amount of dynamic energy that is fueling situations this weekend.  Venus and Mars will make conjunction, putting relationships in focus.  This will bring extra power to be objective about relationships and to see if values are aligned.  If people are no longer in energetic resonance (if their levels of consciousness are not in similar range), it will become apparent.

Under this conjunction of Venus and Mars, we also gain objectivity about the inner relationship - our relationship with our self.  We see where we need to lighten up on ourselves.  We see symbols of the past, present, and future.  Truer self-expression follows lightening up.  From here we can jump to anything.  This weekend's energy wants us to jump toward or link or connect to how we want to make a deep impression - a mark.  And this will then come full circle back to what we value.

Humor is a great value.  An assault on humor has been underway in force for thousands of years, but it is "loaded in" to the collective in force this weekend.

Creativity is also a great value.  An assault on uniqueness has also been underway for a long time, but it is loaded in to the collective via controlled display this weekend.  Mercury (how we think) will be at the degree of "beautifully gowned wax figures on display."  Beautiful gowns will be on display in Los Angeles on Sunday with the Academy Awards (a completely controlled non-contest) but the figures on display aren't all wax.  Hollywood is awake and will begin to lean more and more toward the alternative, independent, unique, and authentic.  It is already weaving truth into the mass dream.

Anytime there are sparkly things on display within the collective, it is an effective distraction.  We should be mindful of what the other hand is doing while one hand is putting on a show.  Usually we are robbed.

It takes a strong level of consciousness to find humor, creativity, and lightness of being any time the Moon moves to the Crescent phase.  We are challenged to not give up our heart's desires, our plans, and our intentions.  But wise owls see through the program, and step back to reconnect with the values of life through connecting with something greater than ourselves.  Something greater than ourselves is all around us, manifested through nature.  It is truly beautifully-gowned and it is on display and available all the time.

As the day progresses, the "crowded public marketplace" starts to hop as the Moon moves out of Pisces and into Aries. 

As the Moon moves closer to the sign of Aries, it also moves closer to Venus and Mars at the very first degree of the zodiac: "a woman has risen out of the ocean and a seal is embracing her."  A fresh wave of energy moves in to renew things!

Mars and Venus moving into Aries together switches the energy up considerably.  As the first sign in the zodiac, Aries is action-oriented and brings beginnings and new impulses.  New ideas, new relationships, new partnerships, new projects, and new additions to existing relationships, partnerships, and projects  are "loading in" to the field.  All of this will be carried forward and developed over the next astrological year, which begins April 18. 

So right now new things are emerging within the field that will begin to grow or blossom over the next year.

Today, the Earth moves to a degree that those who have been following the Oracle Report for a while remember well: "two guardian angels bringing protection."  This was the Sabian symbol for the Virgo Lunar Month (August 25 - September 23, 2014).  Themes, situations, feelings, and events from that time in your life may recur today, but with the "refreshment" energetic dominating and molding the day, these things may come to a new level, understanding, or direction.

Two of the multitude of "guardian angels" assisting humanity in its spiritual quest for freedom and actualization with us today are the Wisdom Goddesses (Mahavidyas) Tara and Kamala.  These are two of the faces or emissaries of the Great Goddess Gaia Sophia, the divine being embodied as the Earth.

Tara is many things, but today she is the energy that moves us "out of time" to refresh, renew, and play.  Tara can be wrathful for sure and will strike without hesitation if needed, but when at peace she is playful, wily, and flirtatious.  She encourages us to have some fun in the crowded public marketplace today.  Tara is also the Goddess Who Guides Through Troubles and is on call today for anyone who needs this.

Kamala is also many things, but today she is the energy that assures us and helps us rise above limitation.  Kamala is the Goddess of the Lotus, the flower that is rooted in mud but with petals transcend it.  Kamala never leaves anyone behind, and she will be utilizing the celestial music of Neptune to be a girl blowing a bugle, awakening those who are asleep and evoking the call to the inner quest.

Today's energy is about the new.  New things are trying to emerge and be "loaded into" our lives.  It's Friday and the public marketplace is hopping.  What's there for you?

New Moon Phase: set intentions

Today in the "crowded public marketplace" signs are posted "on high" at every turn to assist in directing us.  We stay out of the fray when we are paying attention to guidance from higher sources.  This requires that we pay attention, so we don't miss the signs.

Today's energy carries a signature of an underlying, vague sense of fear or danger that disrupts us or tries to tempt us to retreat.  The problem with this is that we will miss an opportunity if we shrink back.  The fear or danger is exaggerated and is a smokescreen of a bully.

The bully may be our own inner bully, beating up on us in the way that only a day that has the Moon in Pisces in opposition to the Black Moon in Virgo - meaning the tendency to think of all the days and ways we have failed - can bring.  Mixed in with it is a fear of being vulnerable.  The exact opposition of the Moon and the Black Moon occurs at 9:20 am ET/2:20 pm ET.

With the Black Moon being activated today, the bully may not be the bully of our imagination, but a bona fide bully trying to take something from you (mainly your power).  We don't abide bullies.

Instead of a full-on retreat, we can satisfy the natural feeling of needing to pull back by taking breaks and going "inside" ourselves to feel safe.  This is the skill of being like a an owl up in a tree peering out, and it is a skill that Oracle Report readers (the parliament of wise owls) practices often.

If a person, place, or thing feels threatening or triggers a fear response in you, take a deep breath and go within to regain your center.  Is something trying to divert you from your course?  Will you miss out on something that will feed your soul if you stop?  What are the signs telling you?

The Wisdom Goddess Shodashi, the goddess who guides and directs the destiny of our soul, is with us today to post the signs.  Additionally, she will take one thing and turn it into many things.  Situations and circumstances take on different shades today, enabling us to see them in new ways and see how they can branch out.  Shodashi's reach is vast.

The ruler of Pisces, Neptune, moves to the 8th degree of Pisces and the Sabian symbol of "a girl blowing a bugle."  Shodashi would be that girl, and the call will go out until March 17th, St. Patrick's Day, as Neptune discharges this energy.  This will call more people to awaken and add to the building wave of sovereign humanity.

Skill: practice flowing with where the day takes you instead of against it

Positive Imprints: ideals, contributions to the collective of humanity, exchanging, available resources, equilibrium, practicality, fertility of the mind, things that are majestic, truths that endure the test of time, ancestral roots, precedent, demonstrations and displays of joy, healing and re-integrating the physical body

Catalysts for Change: tooting your own horn, vanity, showing off, relationships based purely on physical attraction, needing approval, defeated, unmovable, a fog over the truth, murkiness, jealousy, greed, unclear intentions

The New Moon enters today, moving us into the watery reaches of Pisces, joining Neptune, Chiron, Venus, and Mars.  The addition of the Sun and Moon moving into Pisces today exponentially amplifies the already-dominant Piscean energy.

Pisces energy, at its essence, is spiritual energy.  Neptune is the ruler of Pisces, and as Neptune transits through its home sign, it makes clear and apparent that which we could not see.  If we don't want to see, Neptune will gladly hide or hang a cloud over it.  Neptune will fill our eyes with sand until we are ready.

Pisces' energy comes during the Balsamic time of the year - the time of the year that is like a month-long Balsamic Moon phase.  Balsamic Moon phases are ethereal, nebulous, and intangible to a great degree.  It like trying to hold water in your hands.  Hard as we try to contain it, we cannot hold it all.

So trying to tightly control or hold onto the course of things will be extremely frustrating over the next two months (we have two lunar months that fall in the "Balsamic" time of year).  Not much is impervious to water.  We certainly are not. 

Pisces is watery energy that is emotional and mutable.  It changes form a lot.  The massive "load in" of Piscean energy will make some people uncomfortable because it feels like we are out of control.  Control is an illusion, and Pisces energy has field days with illusions. 

The highest form of Pisces and illusion creates beautiful new things, sees the wonder and magic of life, and enables us to open our minds.  The lowest octave of Pisces and illusion causes moodiness, downward spirals, tendencies to isolate, and martyrdom.

Pisces energy isn't easy, but it can be if we mutate it.  It's mutable energy, ready to be "flowed" in a certain way.  If you start to swing through moods, see the gloomier side of life, feel disillusioned or betrayed (particularly by Spirit), or become mired in money issues today, hit the "go to" button and go outside.  Nature will knock the negative emotions off of you and help your flow.

Since the Moon is moving into Pisces, and the Black Moon is in Virgo, Pisces' opposite, today is a "Black Moon Day."  Black Moon Days are opportunities for growth.  But they also bring out shadows for recognition and integration.  This is experienced by everyone to some measure, but most profoundly for those who are Virgos and Pisceans and those with the Black Moon in Virgo or Pisces (you can look up your birthday in the appendix of my book on the Black Moon, available for free download on the Books tab, and then read the information on the Black Moon in that sign).  Since the Sun has moved into Pisces, the Sea People, Pisceans, will feel this most acutely. It is in effect until 6:15 pm ET/ 11:15 pm UT Friday, February 20, 2015.

I am taking a lot of time with this because even though we are entering a time of great expansion and revolution to build a new world, the next two days have potential to take a strong emotional toll on people.  Feelings of failure, feelings of not being capable or good enough, and feelings of vulnerability are hyped-up.  The tendency to want to escape is strong.  While these things often are powerful catalysts for change and improvement, there's strong potential for wipe outs.  We can opt for the higher expression by turning over to a higher power anything that becomes too much.

Flow with the watery currents of Pisces and maintain a strong, centered, connection with the planet.  As always, find beauty and keep it real.

The strong Balsamic energetics are coming in fast, and as wonderful as Balsamic energy is, it is uncomfortable if we are holding on tightly to things or trying to control them.  Balsamic energy floods and frees the fields of consciousness and materiality.  Spirit takes the reigns and directs our course most closely, but sometimes we don't want to let go.

This is reflected in things appearing to fall apart, fall away, break apart, or break away.  The common response is a fear reaction: confusion, paralysis, anxiety, anger, and self-sabotage.  We tend to clamp down when things feel like they are out of our control.

But, when we look deeper, we see that things are actually resettling into new patterns and new configurations.

When we look even deeper, we see that this process, which happens every year around this time, is much more profound (and therefore stronger) because this time around the field of consciousness is completely resetting.  The world is resetting and aligning toward what is natural and upholds the goodness and value of life.  (More detail in the audio "Load In" at www.oraclereport.com.)

The "Second Renaissance" is building as a wave that will imprint with full force at the New Moon in Aries, the new astrological year, on April 18.

So this means things feel very transient because we are in transition until that time.

But it is naturally a time of visualizing and dreaming because Spirit (the source field, etc.) asks us what we want: What do we want things to be like? What kind of world do we want?  What do we want to make of our lives?  What do we want to bring into concrete manifestation (create)?  How do we want to feel?

The energetics of this time of year clear the field so that our hopes, wishes, and desires are clear.  Higher spiritual forces take whatever is inserted or imprinted and work with it.  Our job is to insert intention and desire ("load in" the field) and let it go.  We hand it over so that something magical can happen with it.

This perspective may help if things are chaotic, confused, changeable, uncontrollable, uncertain, or loose.  We are not the energy.  The energy is in place to facet our brilliance, but it is a force of nature, science, and spirit - not us.  You do not need to be chaotic, confused, changeable, uncontrollable, uncertain, or coming apart.  Situations and circumstances are this way because we are under transition.  And it's designed to make things better.

Stay open to streams of consciousness, streams of action, and streams of creativity.  Being locked in to one thing is not going to be easy today.  It will stifle everything.  Following where the stream takes things is an adventure!

The question now is Can you let a higher power reshuffle and redirect your path?

So much is "loading in" to the field of consciousness today in preparation for the New Moon on Wednesday that we just may find ourselves mesmerized by it all.  Exceptionally beautifully-wrapped gifts (packets of information) fall down like rain (or snowflakes depending on where you are).

These gifts or packets of information are designed to make our hearts sing.  The song is called "The Music of the Spheres" and each of us is like an instrument in the philharmonic. 

In the audio recording of the overview for the next New Moon, which is titled "Load In" and posted at www.oraclereport.com, I mention that over the next two lunar months we are preparing for the new astrological year.  The energy of the next astrological year (which begins April 18) is symbolized by the image of "the music of the spheres." 

At the highest and purest level, everything is a sphere of energy (or coalesced within a sphere of energy) - planets, solar systems, Galactic Centers, aeons, us.  The "music" of the spheres is the expression or actualization of the individuality of a sphere.

In other words, the music of the spheres is the animating spirit of creation made manifest.

It's the best possible energetic to create the Second Renaissance, which is created by artists - artists of the soul.

You may not consider yourself an artist, but all things can be artful when undertaken with consciousness and intention.  In this way, there are many types of "art" - painting, sculpting, music, singing,  teaching, healing, speaking, writing welding, wiring, coding, protection...

You are an artist creating the structure of the new way to experience life.  Over the next two days, spiritual influences are radiating the field of consciousness to instill awakening, recognition, and eventual application of your uniqueness.  Talents, skills, and hopes, wishes, and dreams come to life to create a new experience of life.

Building the Second Renaissance is not drudgery.  It is supposed to be fun.

Here's what's happening in the sky to facilitate it:

The 26th, 27th, and 28th degrees of Pisces are all about moons- a New Moon, a Harvest Moon, and a Full Moon, respectively.  Mars is completing transit of these degrees, hitting them first in order to energize and "load in" feelings of desire (heart and soul's desires).  This has been happening over the last few days, so you can look at events, circumstances, and feelings you've had and see what is starting.

Venus will begin transiting these degrees tomorrow, hitting them again and reinforcing what Mars imprinted.  Desires are reinforced.

Then, between March 16 and 18, the almighty Sun will reach these degrees, flooding the field and reinforcing what both Mars and Venus have already imprinted.  This is just in time for the New Moon on March 20 and also in time for the Spring Equinox.

So you see how we the imprinting of energy works and also how important this time is for the future.

The Wisdom Goddesses (Dynamic Duo) of Matangi and Shodashi are close by with this.  Matangi brings wind and Shodashi corrects course, so we are moving forward.  But if the speed is too much for you, ask that the wind settle down a bit.

I am mixing metaphors all over the place today, but that is the nature of the energy.  Today we are tuning in and unwrapping packets of information that "unwrap" more of the nature of reality, more of who we are, and more on what we are here to do. 

Go outside.  Connect with nature.  Gaze at something beautiful and the beautiful gifts will flow.
